How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  1. Infinite loop rule 729

    Based on your own rule mtg if a player uses infinite unbreakable loop it’s a draw, stop giving them wins for doing unbreakable loops in mtga thats bull that it doesn’t even follow your own rule. You reward players for running them and punish those that want fair gameplay. Get your rules put into your app.

  2. Piétineur des cavernes text issue

    There is an issue with the French text of Cavern stomper (Piétineur des cavernes). It seems the second parentheses used to display a green mana is misplaced. It displays "3(GC)ette" while I suppose that the text should be "3(G) Cette". See the enclosed screenshot from Ixalan Quick Draft on Android MTG Arena.

  3. Incorrect Rules Interactions - Lost in the maze + station = sporadic bug

    Steps to reproduce.
    1. Station Land in play
    2. Lost in the Maze in play
    3. Creature "A" in play
    4. Use station ability on land with Creature "A"
    5. It has the text box of "Hexprooof" BUT does not have the graphic (this part does not always happen, when graphic is present it truly has hexproof, but otherwise it will say hexproof but it can still be targeted
    6. When hexproof graphic is not visible BUT the card say it has hexproof, it can STILL be targeted.

  4. Tinybones, Stash Burgler text says any mana but cards require matching mana

    Tinybones card text says exiled cards with stash counters can be played from exile during my turn using any mana. This is not how it is working

    Play Tinybones
    Play Pilfer to choose a card for opponent to discard
    Discard card is exiled and appears for me to cast
    In this case the card had cost of 2W and 3 any mana
    I had 6 black mana untapped
    Trying to cast the exiled card brings up the message I need 2W and 3 any mana
    Expected: Any mana can be used to cast cards with stash counter from TinyBones, so…

  5. Ketramose bug/rules question

    I had a Ketramose, the New Dawn in play when opponent had 6 cards in exile. I also had a Trapped in the Screen in play which had a card exiled beneath it. I could not attack/block with Ketramose.

    Trapped in the Screen says "exile... target... until" - does this not count towards Ketramose's "in exile" wording, or is it a bug?

  6. Wasn't able to respond to a sorcery on the stack with an instant

    I was in the middle of a game with more than enough mana to cast a Wrath of God followed by Teferi's Protection. But the moment I cast the Wrath, it instantly resolved without allowing me to respond with my own spell. I did not have full control on, but most times don't need it when priority is passed. Why does it feel like the game will pick and choose when I get to respond without having full control on? It's very annoying, fix your game

  7. Strip shouldn't be legal in Brawl - As per rules!

  8. Missing ALL card text and ALL numbers

    I’m using iOS and since the last update I’m unable to see any text like card names nor am I able to see anything that has to do with numbers anywhere in the game.

  9. Fast land text in Japanese

    MTGアリーナ上のファストランドのテキストのタップインの条件に「2つ以下のこれでない土地をコントロールしていないかぎり」と書かれています。日本語として一見文法上成立しているように見えますが、3重否定で難解あり、普通に読む限り意味不明です。なお、サンダージャンクションの無法者の紙版のカードはカラデシュと同じ「これでない3つ以上の土地をコントロールしているなら」なので翻訳テキストが更新されたわけではないようです。また、そもそも3枚目まではアンタップインで4枚目からタップインなので境界となるこれでない土地の数は3枚以上または以下のはずでありテキスト自体間違っているように見えます。修正をお願い致します。

    On MTG Arena, the tap-in condition text for fast lands is currently written as:

    「2つ以下のこれでない土地をコントロールしていないかぎり」

    While this text might appear grammatically acceptable in Japanese at first glance, the triple-negative phrasing makes it overly complex and practically unintelligible under normal reading circumstances. Furthermore, the printed version of "Outlaws of Thunder Junction" maintains the same clear wording introduced originally in Kaladesh:

    「これでない3つ以上の土地をコントロールしているなら」

    This suggests the current confusing wording on MTG Arena was not intentionally updated from the original translation. Additionally, considering that fast lands should enter untapped when you control up to three other lands and enter tapped starting from the…

  10. Incorrect rules interactions

    A player took back Omniscience from the graveyard as a creature 1/1 with Abuelo's Awakening. I was going to kill it with an Instant spell before he could play anything else. But the game let him play an enchantment from his hand before allowing me to play my instant and kill his creature. The enchantment from his hand was another Omniscience, but since it was an enchantment, my instant should have had the priority to be played first, and to kill his creature/enchantment 1/1 before he could play the enchantment.     There is a bug with mutinous massacre. I cast it and selected "even".

    My virus beetle was destroyed but the token on my oponent's side of the field wasn't, and I took control of it until end of turn and lost the match

  12. incorrect rules interaction

    When Benevolent River Spirit is face down in play (via a "manifest dread" effect), it should be 2 mana to flip it back up. When attempting to flip it up, the game prompts you to pay the waterbend 5, which is should not.

  13. Incorrect rules interactions

    It concern about the mastering color (black): It's about the sacrifice of 6 permanents. I have in play "bêtes de somme dalkovanes" and "Mondrak". So, when I've attack, it create 6 warriors with mobilize. I've sacrified them at the end step.
    But, it doesn't count it for sacrifice 6 permanents.
    Can you fix it?

  14. Incorrect rules interaction

    I've never encountered this before today. It has always worked correctly, but I lost a match and rank today as a result of omniscience not interacting correctly with x spells. I had 2 x spells in hand with 13 available mana (lands + Ugin activation). The two spells were "Portent of Calamity" and "Doppelgang". I went to cast Doppelgang for 3 to finish milling my opponent out using Scrabbling Skullcrab's ability, but it would not let me choose a number other than zero. I tried multiple times, changes game settings, and even restarted the client. Nothing worked. I then clicked…

  15. Incorrect Rules Interaction

    Match resulted in a draw when no effect in play would have prevented my atttack. After confirming my attackers the opponent tapped a land creature for mana, then the message “action will result in a draw” flashed across my screen briefly before ending the match in a draw.

  17. Incorrect rules interactions

    When I create a temporary token with the effect of Saheeli, Radiant Creator, Worldwaker Helm creates a temporary Map token that I have to sacrifice just like the token created by Saheeli, Radiant Creator. Additionally, I can’t choose the order of the triggers of Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer and Saheeli, Radiant Creator at the beginning of combat.

  20. Commander Name Text Blocking Hand Cards

    Commander card names clip over the cards in hand, making it very difficult to select cards behind the name.
