How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

daily reward not working
I have had a couple of games with my mono white deck, it's not crediting me with summoning creatures

weekly and daily rewards don't fully reset
Sunday Dec 21 my rewards for both daily and weekly were reset except it said I had 3 wins. (i haven't played since the reset). Last day I played I had 3 wins. This has happened multiple Sundays in a row and since rewards are weighted highly on your first 4 wins I'm missing out on a lot of gold and gems.

that weird light thing keeps popping up every time I hit home, it tells me “What an adventure!” You're well on your way to being a great plainswalker" “You've got a quest! If you complete it, you'll get a reward.” “click here to play a game.”
if you click on it then it opens up the web client and direct you to https://www.boxlunch.com/pop-culture/shop-by-license/avatar-the-last-airbender/?cm_mmc=WEB-_-EXT-_-PRS-_-MAGIC
Is this a scam and why is it showing up after every single time I arrive at the menu? ie: every time after a game

Daily deals, 4 lands offered, 1 land missing
I would like to buy John Avon lands for a looong time, probably more than 2 years.
Today I see them in the store!
However, there are only 4 lands offered, Island is missing.
I do not own that island land, I have double checked that.
Please, could you reoffer those lands again? Thx you for answer.

Sparky Bug
I am having an issue with Sparky though. I have reached Rank 3 in the spark rank, but the quest won't complete.
As a result, I am constantly harassed by Sparky at the home screen.

Give daily rewards for finishing a match without conceding
I believe that the perception of the game of Magic (online or otherwise) would improve immensely if rewards were given not just for winning, but for playing. I'm tired of always facing the same old meta decks in standard unranked matches. I want to see these so called "jank" decks and "for fun" ideas, but with everybody's limited time, and life's other priorities, they don't play them because they need to get that gold to stay competitive with their leisure time.
I'm sorry, but Magic Arena makes it seem like most games of Magic I will play, I'll be up…

Unhinged island
You cannot purchase unhinged island in daily deal today, all other 4 basics are showing but no island

Tutorial
The option to turn off the tutorial is missing or been removed. Or there’s a glitch in which the blue little fairy has been reactivated with no tutorial decks remaining, as I have completed it all.
In essence I don’t want to hear it every time I exit a match to complete a quest that’s not even their or on my home screen as I’m sure that in its self is a glitch…

Numbers show as blocks
Updated to latest version January 14, 2026 on iOS mobile. All card names, creature types, power/toughness, quest reward amounts, and life totals blurry blocks rather than numbers. Card rules box text still visible. Had to scrape through a draft match guessing at stats and life totals. App is unusable until resolved.

Basic Island (Unstable John Avon) missing under Daily Deals in the store.
On Janurary 26th 2026 the Basic Lands Cosmetic (Unstable by John Avon) appeared under the Daily Deals in the store but the Basic Island was missing and was not already owned in my collection.
I have attached images of my collection after having purchased the Basics since the items no longer appear in the store after purchase.
Could this a potential bug linked to user's collection? Does the Arena client mistakenly thinks users already own this item? it would explain why it did not appear in the store.
Usually in the past, all five basic lands are available for purchase.…

Daily Deal Purchase didn't get Foundations Pack. Paid 900G, had 3 packs already, purchased Foundations pack, still have 3 packs .
Win 11, up to date.
Having multiple Graphics issues (no graphics on Packs and Cards) BUT this is about a Store purchase.
Have 3 unopened Airbender packs already (packs appear black-graphics issue).
Went to Daily Deals. Purchased Foundations pack for 900G. Go to Packs, still only have the 3 Airbender packs.

Daily Deals tried to sell me a cosmetic I already own
This needs to be addressed ASAP as it probably constitutes fraud. Today a cosmetic for "Murder" showed up in the store. Its a common card, so I looked up which cosmetics I already had. In my collection, it shows that I have 8 different versions of this INCLUDING the one it listed as on sale in the store. Usually the store will display "already purchased" but now WOTC is trying to sell me the same thing twice. Thank goodness I didn't fall for the scam.

layers incorrect since lates update. cant change companion in deck builder, main screen dailys hidden behind goblin, cant change deck format
- Cannot see daily or regular challenge text over new goblin avatar. layers are messed up easy fix. 2.Deck builder, if duplicate deck is made or changing deck from alchemy to standard the drop down text is layered behind everything and cannot change deck format anymore. 3.Changing companion in deck format is null, no companions show up at all.
cheers and happy new year. Minor issues/ fixes but im sure people are crying over this.

MTG Arena Unplayable on Xiaomi 13T Pro After TMNT Update – Unreadable Text, Lag, Freezes, Lost Progress
I’m playing on a Xiaomi 13T Pro running Xiaomi HyperOS 3.0.4.0. Since the TMNT update on Tuesday, MTG Arena has become effectively unplayable on my device. Text and numbers are replaced by unreadable square boxes, and inputs are severely delayed (for example, trying to play cards from my hand). This regularly results in the game freezing entirely or timing out, which directly causes avoidable losses.
This issue has been happening consistently since the update, and it has already made me miss multiple daily quests and ongoing progress/rewards. As someone who plays every day, this is extremely frustrating and has…

Best of 3 match didn't gave experience and quest progression. Don't know about other type.

After receiving the 1000 experience as the reward through in-game mail, I received the prize for the level gain. It took a few minutes to update on the tracker on the Mastery tab.
The issue came when I played another match, cleared one of my daily quests, earned 750 xp and gained the same level I had gained for the bonus experience listed above.1 vote -
Have spent hundreds of dollars this month...
FIX your shuffler and the RNG. Some of the things that are happening are not statistically possible. You're losing customers daily. I've spent thousands of dollars on this game and will not spend another cent until you FIX IT.

Fairy
Every time I come back to the menu from a match or just opening the app, the tutorial fairy will do the “What an adventure! You’re on your way to becoming a great plainswalker. You’ve got a quest. If you complete it, you’ll get a reward. Go here when you’re ready to play again”. It’s been like 3 months of this and I keep hoping to see it patched with every passing update. I am on mobile iOS

Tutorial Faerie never stops talking
I did all the tutorials a couple of years ago, completing anything the Faerie needs to talk to me about. I've since reinstalled on another device. Ever since, every single time I am on the main page, it goes through a tutorial animation.
“What an adventure! You're well on your way to becoming a great planeswalker.” Etc etc up to the point where it's telling me what daily quests are. It tells me to go “here” to play my next match, but it's hovering over buttons that are not there anymore.
While not game breaking, this is incredibly obnoxious…
