How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

STARTERSTYLES code not working
When i put the code in it says its redeemed already but i dont have the plain black traditional MTG sleeve as a sleeve option in my profile.

Login Disabled Again
The authentication problem was once resolved, but now it’s back after a ranked match. I guess the main cause of the problem has not been resolved. I play on iOS. Done everything recommended on the trouble shooting page.

Game crashing
I am playing the midweek event on iOS. I am trying to change up my sealed deck and when I remove the lands and add new ones the game crashes then resets. It was repeatable. I tried four or five times.

Kavaero Mind-Bitten / Superior Spider-Man not working with new evoke elemental ETB
An example of this interaction not working correctly would involve a new evoke elemental, for example Deceit, being in the graveyard. When casting Kavaero copying Deceit with 2 blue and 2 black spent once it enters as the elemental, the elementals "When this creature enters the battlefield if 2 of x mana was spent to cast do this" does not trigger. This interaction works in paper as rather than a cast trigger the elemental has an enter the battlefield trigger which should indicate that it works with Kavaero, which it currently does not in arena.

Game freezes on iPad after latest update
After latest game update on newest iPad and iOS - game randomly freezes making you think the opponent is stalling but it’s actually me that has stalled and only able to regain gameplay after restarting several times during a game. Unplayable on iPad after this last update 2026.57.0.4042.1241037. Works fine on windows pc… but I play on my iPad

Edge of eternties packs by mistake
At level 4 of the new mastery i should have received 1 lorwyn pack by default and 3 more lorwyn packs from the purchased mastery, instead i got 3 edge of eternities packs, a few friends had the same bug, is it possible to get the actual lorwyn packs? Thanks

Store Not Working On mac
Title seems self explanatory.
I play on a 2025 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.6.1, it runs the game without issue and I've been able to use the Arena shop in the past. Wanted to pick up some wild cards to craft Badgermole Cub and hop on the mono-green bandwagon but attempting to use the shop just leads to a forever state of "Waiting for Server."
I have restarted the game, launcher, computer, and uninstalled/reinstalled. I no longer have any interest in spending the money but the issue persists and was annoying to deal with.

Why are the game not working, and why are no Wizard people responding!? There are plenty of reports, fix your **** game and let us know that you are working on it... I demand some refund, throughout the last year or so i have had many games end in loss due to these kinds of shutdowns where the system is not working, but Wizards of the coast is not acknowledging the problemts...

Bug
- I start a standard match.
- Both on PC and on IOS on my phone.
- Game freeze before the first hand is shown. The timer starts running, but the game state is still frozen. I can't concede.
- The expected result is to be able to play the game.

bounce not working
around an hour ago, bouncing cards became impossible in all matches I am playing. the steps to reproduce is just using any bounce effect (I was using retraction helix and this town aint big enough) on any permanent you or an opponent controls. You expect the cards to be returned to their owners hands, but they stay on the battlefield instead.

Client options not working
Client options are not running: when I start quick draft cards do not appear, when I try to upload a deck I cannot access the deck menu. It happened today after the update.
I use a PCE with Windows 11. The client starts normal but when you try any option they do not work well and the program ends up closing.1 vote -
Game keeps freezing
I have been playing Arena on iOS. Today, my game started freezing when I try to load into a game. I first noticed it when I joined a Standard Event. I loaded into my first match, started playing, then the game randomly closed during the match. I then reloaded the game. I went to the event and it showed that I had 0 wins or losses, as if my game hadn’t happened. Now, whenever I try to join a game of any kind, it freezes after drawing the initial hands. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I rebooted…

Can’t Play the Game at all
Whenever I try to play any type of mtg game like historic I find an opponent but when I enter the match I’m stuck with no cards and I can’t do anything they don’t have cards either but my time runs out but the line disappears also I can’t even concede it won’t let me I’m on IOS I don’t know how to fix this and also some times if I get cards I can’t play them and my time runs out but never actually kills me

Collective inferno not working with changeling
Title. On MTG arena, Play changeling such as prideful feastling. Play Collective Inferno naming Giants. In combat the changeling does not assign double damage.

Encumbered Reejerey not working with persist.
Encumbered Reejerey enteres the board with -1,-1 counters. I got rid of those counters. later in the game when Reejerey was going to die, i targeted it with Rhys' Persist ability. Persist should return Reejerey to the board since Reejerey had no -1,-1 counters, but it didn't. Reejerey just went to the graveyard as if it didn't have persist. I think the "comes into play with -1,-1 counters" is causing a bug with how MTGA checks for those counters legality when it dies.

Friendly Brawl deck list card versions not matching after game start
bug=Friendly Brawl is automatically switching non-alchemy cards to their rebalanced versions upon issuing a direct friendly brawl challenge. Effectively making both deck options identical aside from the ban list. Friendly brawl is supposed to be non-alchemy & no-bans. It's currently forcing/switching to alchemy versions after you load into the match.

- Change existing deck format from Standard to On the Edge
- PC and iOS
- Change existing deck format from Standard to On the Edge. And then, it can not be changed the format.

Brawl deck not working
I decided to try Brawl out and saw a deck in the store that looked like a fun one to start with. I paid about 8000 gems for it. The problem - it is bugged. I can't edit it, there is a problem with the format (says brawl but also says only 60 cards?) and most of the card are bright red like they were banned.
