How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Golden Pack error
I have bought the ten packs i need for getting a golden pack, in fact, the progress bar is full but the golden pac wont appear in my inventory
I have tried to reestart the game and oppened it in different devices but it wont work

The game is just not random - make it random
This type of thing happens to often. I can't enjoy your products or justify spending money because I don't get to play games of magic instead I just experience extreme luck swings either for me or my opponent. We would all be happier if you just made things random.

Vito and exquisite blood automatic win
If you combine Vito, Thorn of the Dusk ROse and exquisite blood you automatically win the game. You have to cause damage once to your opponent and the damage and life gain counters of each card bounce of each other, meaning you automatically win the game.
This needs to be fixed now

Mythic Rare Wildcard from Mastery Pass Reward not being added to user account
- Reach level 65 of Crimson Vow Mastery
- PC
- Not getting a Mythic Rare Wildcard
- Getting a Mythic Rare Wildcard
This happened not only once.
It seems rather suspicious, that somehow out of all the Mastery Pass Rewards, only the Mythic Rare Wildcards don't drop as a reward in the Crimson Vow Mastery Pass.

Indestructible creature gets destroyed
I had my Indestructible creature destroyed by a destroy target creature equal to the number of cards in graveyard. That shouldn't be destroyed when it hits it's indistructible phase. it is a destroy target creature not a untargetable destroy creature spell.

Infinite Loops
Infinite loop timeout on non-infinite interactions should not exist. I was playing a game with a chip damage deck, lots of ways to inflict little bits of damage on enemy health, there were three Exquisite Bloods on the field, and three gain +1/+1 per health gain cards. Now yes, every time this interaction popped up it took a while to get through, but that's what happens when you have two highly developed lifegain decks swinging at one another. Broken Logs in 2021.8.0.3855
Since 2021.8.0.3855 update many things 3rd party devs rely on in log is gone.
The most painful endpoints we currently miss are:
*PlayerInventory.GetPlayerInventory
*PlayerInventory.GetPlayerCardsV3
*PlayerInventory.CrackBoostersV3
*Inventory.Updated
*Draft related endpointsWe understand that seemingly your backend undergone refactoring and there's no more remote procedure PlayerInventory, but there's definitely it's analogue, and please make it write data to the log.
To summarize, we need following data from log:
* Player's collection
* Player's actions in Draft
* Player's inventory updates
* Players decks WITH DECK STRUCTURE (not like now, only names and some diagnostic data).748 votes -
Game is BROKEN
Aside from the OBVIOUS fact that this game is so **** rigged and broken, I'm not sure why I even post about this bug, but MAYBE the hackers can have a better game if it gets fixed. Whenever I close out of this terrible excuse of Magic, it freezes, Now, I know most people quit out by ALT+f4 of this trash, but it still should not lock up EVERY **** TIME.

No mythic card reward mastery pass
I've won the mastery pass mythic card reward but i've recieved an uncommon reward (groom's finery). Here is the log. Can I have a Mythic reward please?

Urabrask / Spellchain Scatter
So this needs to be fixed ASAP.
I just got killed by a hacker who was able to loop an infinite situation to whittle me down. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but if it’s not and you use this technique to win, you’re scum.
With Urabrask on the field, it’s affect states:

Game is definitely rigged. Mono red players are definitely sucking off developers for perks.

Auto-pass
Auto-pass should also pass when the opponent takes an action so I don't have to keep hitting pass/resolve.

Arena rng isnt random
The draws are obviously manipulated, idk what your going for but it's not natural, I've been tweaking the land bases and all I can say is after two decades of playing paper and six months of arena there is something off and it feels suspect, I hope it's just me but I wouldn't be surprised if it was by design the way these games shake out. Unable to play after reconnection
- Lose connection and reconnect after 10 sec in a ranked game
- Click 'Reconnect' button
- Notice Timer stops on your opponent and you are unable to continue

Not allowing instant speed
During gameplay, I was unable to cast tailswipe at instant speed during my turn or opponents. I had mana available and no other cards were preventing instant speed spells.

surveil
attempting to play any card that discards chosen card from opponents hands or retrieves cards from graveyard prompts a surveil since im not surveiling the game freezes. this has happened 4 times in 4 games. time out and lost each time
