How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Black screen on loading initial screen ipados
Bug. Game does not load. Stuck on a black screen at loading initial scene ipad os 15.4.1

Screen Resolution
PC
Cant change resolution.
No other options.
Game start in window mode by default no matter how I set it. Edit the reg but the game overwrites when it start.
Was playing 1280x720 before. My monitor is 1024x768 with and hdmi to vga adapter. Never work well, constantly going to one resolution to another between matches. Just entering the config screen solves the issue. I would play in my native resolution, but the cards dont show in a 4:3 aspect ratio.
I find incredible how you manage to broke something new with every update. Just need my screen settings not being override/lock. No need to your game to try to detect or force anything. Just to use my native setting at startup, and save any ******* change I made in config with the propers options available. Stop. Ruining. Your. *******. Game.PC

frozen draft
Client frozen during ranked draft.
Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

750 XP quest gave 500 XP
I completed a 750 xp quest shortly after reaching a new level on my mastery path. My current xp is at 500, which leads me to think I was awarded 500xp rather than 750 xp.

Player turn time limit
For the love of god, reduce the amount of time a player has to use each round, or at least reduce the amount of time before the time outs kick in. The turn length gets used and abused because of the game design. No one needs more than 30 seconds to figure their turn out. Just another ding in this game.

Land bug
Land I played wasn’t actually counted as played. The land was on the table but didn’t give any mana. So I wasn’t able to play spells I needed. After reloading app during the same match I found this land in my hand. Lost Premier draft game because of this :(

Missing 5th mythic pack from bundle
After opening 4 out of 5 mythic packs, the 5th pack disappeared.

Alchemy what garbage.
FIX the shuffler.
Get rid of Alchemy(and If I'm not playing in Alchemy I don't want to see those fake cards in ANY of my other decks.)
Get rid of those bs Arena cards.
Arena is abomination of Magic in its current state. And you wonder why you can't get more Arena players LOL.
The latest running Joke. "If you want to learn how to play magic completely wrong go play arena."

Alchemy Cards in Historic
Get alchemy cards out of the historic format. If I wanted to play Hearthstone, I'd play Hearthstone.

Infinite Loop
Was about to win a match when my opponent used Marauding Blight-Priest + Exquisite Blood to exploit a loop where if I lose a life the opponent gains a life, but if the opponent gains life then I lose life and so on. Opponent was at 6 life and I had over 20 but I still lost because of the loop. Also, while the loop was in process I was unable to concede, so I had to just sit and watch as I lost life one at a time.

Stop with Alchemy in Historic please!!

Please, PLEASE stop putting Alchemy and other digital only cards cards in Historic (or other non-alchemy formats for that matter..)
It's such a dumb format now, just as Alchemy itself is just horrible.If you want to have Alchemy/Jumpstart on Arena, fine, but please leave Historic alone! If I wanted something where cards get made out of nothing I'd be playing heartstone or Eternal.
Jumpstart Horizons and Alchemy should not exist.

Shuffling
The update today, 12/9/2021 has had me having 0 lands in hand after multiple mulligans. This is ridiculous. It's to the point where I'm putting down arena. There's no point in playing a game that resembles an EA based strategy. I'd rather go and play some knockoff online before putting anymore time and energy into this. It would be a different story if it was a one off instance, but I have consistently had 0 land hands mulligan in down to 2 before drawing a hand of all lands. Something is amiss and needs to be fixed.

Alchemy decks are invalid in Bot Match
New Alchemy deck with new Omnath and Goldspan. Go to a bot match to try it out, deck is invalid. Mouse over deck, says "invalid cards: 0"

Mac optimization, iPad Pro optimization, and some Mac bugs, and please, please, fix fullscreen on Mac.
Mac game really needs improvement. (I have a MacBook Pro M1 with MacOS Monterey)
Recent bugs:
The text in menu buttons will not show up.
The app won't launch from the dock shortcut, have to launch from inside epic client.
Two-finger swiping on the touchpad doesn't work, it pretty much only scrolls in one direction, it just goes wild.
Sometimes going in and out of the app it will stop playing sound, or some other problem.It is just ridiculous that the fullscreen mode clips the sides of the screens. It only recently got full screen. Windowed doesn't seem to let you resize and now it's a tiny window, like Arena for ants. This should have been done correctly at launch, like every other app on my Mac.
The game should be optimized for Apple silicon. Like other apps optimized for M1, it should be available on the Mac App Store as a native Mac App. This would have countless improvements for Apple users like better battery life, not taxing the hardware needlessly, and an all around smoother, seamless experience. But Wizards has made a deal with Epic. So one can assume that this kind of sloppy and unfriendly design will be a staple of this game going forward, since Epic has needlessly declared themselves the enemy of Apple and it's user base. Using the Epic Games client does nothing for me, the consumer. I hate it. I don't want to use it. That's why I paid $1500 for a Mac, so I can use Mac Apps, from the Mac App Store.
iPad and iPhone games could also do a lot more, including 5G optimization.
The resolutions are pathetic. iPad Pro users are running the same high powered M1 chips as desktop Macs, but getting pixelated artwork, and android phone animations. Hearthstone looked and played better than this on an iPad in 2016. The app is only "optimized for iPad" because the the android app was resized.I didn't use Magic Online because I own Apple products. I am not buying a PC.
If you want my money, you need to make apps that work well on Apple's platforms.

Better Bot Matches/ chose bot's Deck
is there a possibility to add a better bot experience?
sometimes i like to playtest ideas vs specific decks and as of now this cannot be done with the current bot

network error
Since today, whenever I want to play I just receive a network error.

Alternate card styles
Is this issue being worked? I reported this 2 weeks ago.
The alternate card styles show in deck builder but not in matches.
To be clear, its only card styles that the artwork vis different from the original arts on the card. so the styles that have motion but are still the same. art appear to work.

rigged
Game is rigged!
Here is an example, I built a mill deck to force the opponent to concede and first game, I get my opponent down to 6 cards left in deck and guess what he pulls? Thassa's Oracle... No response when using the 6 word communication chat in Arena which tells me that I was playing against a bot.... I mean seriously... That's not luck.... its called rigged!Another example, I build a shock deck that is mainly raw damage instant sorcery cards! I get mana flooded and none of those cards that are mainly the portion of the deck draws....
Another example, I build ESIKA, GOD OF THE TREE deck and wait time for matching an opponent is roughly 1 min where every other deck I build is with in 15 seconds. And most of my opponents I go against are guess what deck? ESIKA, GOD OF THE TREE...... .... Game is rigged!
Everything about this game is rigged! I seriously feel sorry for the people paying money to these ... hats.
I only play Brawl being its far less broken then standard especially in rigged Arena!
Here is a suggestion!!!
If you want to implement your rigged algorithm in this game then give us the option to trade cards or sell for coins and or gems! What ever happened to gamers making games for gamers.... .... you Hasbro!Game is rigged!

Unclear disconnect
Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.
This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.
