1. memory leak

   After entering a draft match after the Lorwyn Eclipsed update my ram fills up and eventually crashes the game, I lost a whole premier draft match that I paid for because of this. After a restart the game runs ok for one match but any subsequent match causes a memory leak and freeze/crash

2. Crashes every game when casting spells

   I use an iPad mostly for this game but just for troubleshooting I tried to play on my android galaxy 23 ultra and it wouldn’t even load up. It is just crashing immediately and goes back to my Home Screen where the app icon is. On the iPad I have tried repairing the game files and uninstalling it and clearing the cache but nothing works. As soon as the tmnt arrived I never worked properly. This app became trash. I have been playing since 1994 and I enjoy the game so please help me fix this.

3. Continuously crashing

   The game keeps crashing and it has been for about 3 days now.. its crashed while I was building decks, playing games, and the crashing even ruined a draft I paid for and made me waste a draft which has left me quite frustrated.

4. Doppelgang crashed the game again and again

5. Audio starvation freeze on Proton

   Platform: Steam (Linux, Ubuntu 24, Proton)
   Game version: 2026.57.20.11631
   Wwise SDK version: 2023.1.14 Build 8770

   Summary:
   MTGA freezes randomly during matches after 5–10 minutes of gameplay. The game window becomes unresponsive but the desktop remains fully usable. The game process must be killed manually to recover.

   Steps to reproduce:
   1. Launch MTGA via Steam on Linux (tested with Proton Experimental, Proton 9.0-4, and GE-Proton)
   2. Enter any match
   3. Play for 5–10 minutes
   4. Game window freezes — no crash dialog, no error message

   Technical findings:
   Proton logs consistently show the following sequence before every freeze:
   - "AK Error: Voice Starvation" (Wwise audio engine)
   - "AK Message: Audio thread resumed, audio restarts"
   - "AK Error: Unknown/Dead game object ID used in function SetPosition"

   Crash dumps (located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA\BacktraceDatabase\crashpad\reports) contain:
   - ANRException: Blocked thread detected

   This indicates the Wwise audio thread crashes, attempts to restart, fails to recover cleanly, and the resulting dead audio objects block the main Unity thread indefinitely.

   The issue occurs regardless of Proton version, GPU settings, or in-game volume settings. It does not occur on Windows.

   Requested fix:
   Please investigate Wwise audio thread stability on Linux/Wine, or add a timeout/recovery mechanism so that a failed audio thread does not permanently block the main thread.

6. Arena keeps freezing randomly during games

   Last week the game update caused my Android Arena to just randomly crash when in menu or game. Now this week I there is another update and now it is playing but when I cracked a map token, or pinnacle starcage, or just randomly, the game freezes and I can't interact with the cards. There are still music and sounds and I can swipe my mouse over the cards and they make a sound but no response. I start to time out and I reload the game which then puts me back in the game I was playing but then I have timed out and have even lost the game due to no more timeouts. It is extremely frustrating.... it has happened multiple games.

   I am on a Android Galaxy Tab S7 FE. Had no problems before last weeks update and this weeks update. I also ran a repair files on the game.... no change.

   Please help with this.. thanks.

7. Crashes on Win11 PC, Quick Draft

   Hi. It's the third time I lost an event (2x PickTwo Draft and 1x Quick Draft) because of game crashes. I don't know what to do. I couldn't find what's causing it yet. It happens only with MTG Arena, no other app on my PC crashes. I've made 2 more tickets before this one and I still didn't get an answer on any of them. Please, what can I do to fix this? Thank you in advance.
   The game crashes after I start the game, during any turn. Sometimes the first one, other times later on the game. It just freezes, and I get the "MTGA.exe is not responding" Windows message. I'll upload the log and png in comments. These are the other two tickets I've made.

9. Arena on android mobile crashes multiple times per game.

   I paid for draft and the game crashes multiple times per match and because reconnect takes so long I lose a turn causing me to lose the game.
   This happens on multiple different format. Brawl, premeir draft, and alchemy.
   I am playing on Android.
   It usually seems to happen right when a trigger I control was supposed to trigger and instead it gets locked onto thinking while my timer counts down. And I have to restart the client.
   It has ruined 2 different premier drafts I've bought into. I kept trying waiting for things to get better but at this point I've wasted 2 draft tokens and a lot of my time. I've had patience but enough is enough. The game is basically unplayable.
   It has happened on games when on cell network with good signal and when on a wireless network, so it isn't a network problem. (I gave another draft a try thinking it might be better on a home network but that was mistake!)

   This game needs better reconnection protocols, both to reconnect to existing matches FASTER, and also to reconnect on its own without having to exit to the client and reload EVERYTHING when this buggy game crashes.

   That poor reconnection protocols in this game have been an aggravation of the player base for years. I've put up with it, but with this new bug disconnecting me multiple times per game its hit the point of unplayability!!!

10. Daily wins and ranking not working

    I've won 3-4 games now, no rank change, no credit for daily/weekly wins. Also your website crashes when I try to add a log (Google Chrome and Firefox).

11. After TMNT update game is crashing all the time

    After the update preparing for TMNT last week the game is unplayable on iOS. It runs fine on PC. At first I thought it was just when I sacrificed tokens or creatures but it’s happening all the time. If I have to sac anything it crashes. If my opponent sacs something it crashes. Now it seems like if the stack is more than a couple spells it crashes. I normally play 3-6 games a day and now I can’t play at all. My rating has gone down significantly.

12. Game is ridiculously unstable reporting bugs is difficult

    I feel like i am being robbed its very frustrating and not fun. Crashing during drafts this format for reporting bugs is useless. When people pay for a game you need to do better.

14. server issue?

    weird stuff is happening today. i boot the game fine, though the "connecting to the server" with the spinning loading icon did take a bit longer than usual, but i either cant find a match, or the 2 times i did it doesnt progress correctly. first of said 2 games I was on the play and got my opening hand, chose to keep, and when the clock ran down for opponent, the game crashed. second game it didnt even load any hands and this time the timer ran all the way down and nothing happened. tried to concede and nothing happened. had to manually exit the game. I also wasn't able to go back into a avatar premium draft to collect my rewards, which is the thing i take most issue with. side note I was queued for the avatar premium draft match for ten minutes this morning before i gave up. I was at 5 wins! gimme my 1600 gems and 4 packs!

    Mobile game crashed mid matches. Wouldn't allow me to select blockers. Losing my draft that I had to pay my gems in is not okay if it isn't my fault.

16. Heliod Sun-Crowned

    1) When an oppoent plays Heliod, Sun-Crowned the arena client closes as Heliod enters the battlefiled.
    2) Playing on Android Phone
    3) Client closes. If I try to restart it works fine until it searches for an existing match and then it closes again.
    This is 100% repeatable and has been for several months.
    (Im not sure if it matters but I am usually playing in the Brawl format)
    I am unable to get back into arena for a few minutes.
    (It seems like as long as that match is still active the client is going to close when is finds the match with Heliod in play).
    4) I expect the game to not crash
    5) Cant add a screen shot because it would just be my phone without the game running
    6) Unfortunately the only workaround is to wait 4-5 minutes (I assume until the match has ended beacause all of the timers ran out)

19. Android Application Crashes randomly after claiming items or trying to join drafts/games

    I recently updated app to play lorwyn eclipsed on android app. After multiple crashes I was able to clear the cache and the app loaded. I was able to purchase gems and the mastery pass. I bought and started a draft. As soon as I clicked begin the app crashed and was unable to return me to the draft. I checked on PC and it auto selected my craft deck for me, wasting my gems.

    App still crashes when trying to open draft deck.
