Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

brawl ranked
Can we add a ranked version for brawl and historic brawl? I prefer this game mode and it makes me sad to see it's the only official mode that does not get a ranked version.

Sound not working
I have been playing arena on iOS since lunch without issue but just yesterday my sound completely stopped working in the app and I have no idea why. I have restarted my phone and I have read that others who have had this same issue have had little to no luck even when deleting And reinstalling the app. I tend to rely on the sound for certain cues so this is essentially unplayable for me now. I will try reinstalling the app but if that does not work what is the next step?? It is not my phone because my sound is working properly and every other app.

"did you have fun in the match" dialog should always be available
You should always be able to access the "did you have fun in the match" dialog if you want to report that a particular match was fun or unfun. The periodic polling is nice and should probably continue but it doesn't capture all instances of unfun matches nor does it give people a chance to recognize which matches were good. I wouldn't explicitly prompt people most of the time but there should be a button you can push to report a match either way.

Ban exquisite blood
Why hasen't this card been banned? This card in combination with a card that has 'whenever you gain life opponent loses that much life' creates an infinite loop that stops when your life total is zero. Infinite loops shouldn't be part of this game that is just lame.

Sparky needs upgrade, difficulty levels, and more
I play Sparky to get a feel for my decks, but the vs-AI mode could be a fun, more challenging aspect to Arena. There is really a lot of untapped potential here. Here are some thoughts.
- Give Sparky more recent cards. Maybe from the recent beginner decks. The cards feel underpowered and dated. It just isn’t challenging playing with the most recent cards against Sparky’s older sets. I have noticed that the programming only allows it to play cards that have direct interactions (for example, Pacifism on one of my creatures). It is not programmed to play cards with activated or triggered abilities. This limits its card pool and ability for more realistic, clever play. Sparky will never be able to play a Planeswalker in its current state, for example.
- Give Sparky difficulty settings. For example, give Sparky really good tournament decks from the most recent event and that would be the “hard” setting. Such decks would also be fun to play against with our own decks. This would also make the AI evergreen.
- Make Sparky smarter. Sparky had me beat, when it had two attacking cards vs 1 defender; it dropped a +2/+2 white card on the attacker who was blocked, probably because it is programmed to do so. It did successfully take out my lone defender this way. However, the problem is that it should have used the buff card on the unblocked attacker to take me to zero and win the game, as any good human opponent would have likely done.
- Change Sparky to give the AIs differently personalities and playstyles. Chess.com is a good example of how this can be done. Each AI player has different emotes, which would add some variety and charm. Maybe make them Planeswalkers.
- Sparky is particularly bad at endgame scenarios. For example, if I am leading in health, it will attack me with all of its creatures, doing damage certainly, but doing so leaves it completely open to a game-winning attack on my turn. It should learn to block in such situations.
- When Sparky wins, it is noticeably because I got mana screwed, or drew all forests in a green-white deck. I guess this can happen to Sparky as well?

WHY do you CHEAT your PLAYERS
It’s been officially addressed that opening hands are manipulated.
This is cheating by any standard.
It’s been officially addressed that matchmaking is manipulated by deck content.
This is cheating by any standard.
WHY do you CHEAT your PLAYERS?
The wonderful game of Magic: The Gathering has been turned into this obnoxious exercise in manipulated, cheating corporate greed called Magic: The Gathering Arena.
It is not Magic: The Gathering.
I am done with it.

activated abillities wont activate
Activated abilities wouldn't work. I couldn't activate the abilities of any of my creatures in my deck.

Sportsmanship and leaving a losing game by timing out
Once it is apparent that a game is hopeless for one player, most players are civil and either concede, or quickly play through their turns to bring the game to an end.
But, I've experienced enough players that just walk away from their computer and let the game finish by timing out, that I've taken the time to write this note.
It is an awful game play experience watching the opponent's timer count down for 3+ minutes. Particularly when it is obvious they are not looking at how they could win (checking card text, looking the graveyards, etc.) and are just hoping that the other player will get fed up and concede instead of waiting for all the timer extensions to expire.
My suggestion/question is whether players that repeatedly abandon games, as described above, could either be sanctioned in some way, or warned/reminded that this is bad behaviour that makes MTGA worse for everyone?

Bugs get buried under general player gripes due to bugs & feedback being handled as a popularity contest
Gameplay bugs/issues need to be recorded independently from general feedback for application improvement. In the first place, voting for what to work on is ridiculous - you're not children; manage your own workflows and don't just outsource it to your player base.
Secondly, by storing these together gameplay bugs are forced to compete against UI improvements, which is nonsense. You're a mature, out-of-beta application. Fix your bugs! "I was issued a game loss due to a bug" shouldn't be competing (and losing by thousands of votes) against "something something shuffler algorithm." These are two totally separate concerns and the former is a genuine issue while the latter is a subjective quality-of-life modification.

Opponent Executing Inifinite Loop Exhausts My Timer
Playing on mobile using a Samsung Galaxy S9. During game one opponent executed an infinite loop using Cathar's Crusade and Scurry Oak. I had a wrath in hand so I waited for them to make their tokens. I tapped out all of my mana so I could pass turn without having to resolve their triggers. Opponent made about 80 tokens then passed their turn. I noticed that my timer had been running down during their turn even though I was never passed priority while they made tokens. My turn started, I drew a card and they won the match as if I had timed out. I unfortunately don't have a log file because this was mobile.

Ban Tasha’s Hideous Laughter
I’m starting this as a prediction that this card will cause major problems.
I’m surprised that this was a preview card, like Wizards is trying to troll us now, or that they think mill is so awesome that this card will get players excited for Adventures in Forgotten Realms, on par with the Tiamat or Drizzt reveals.
You might as well ban this card now, before release. Mill is bad enough, and now this? Clearly Wizards isn’t paying attention. It‘ll either be unfun, OP, or both, but the lack of caring either way by Mark Rosewater and team is evident.
And just when I was looking forward to rotation, too. Shame.

Historic Brawl Forever
Historic Brawl is so much more fun than regular Brawl. The larger selection of cards makes it feel more like commander! It's a great way to use older cards other than just playing Historic matches.

Paradox Engine Isn't Banned
Not sure how you missed it but Paradox Engine is completely legal on Arena in Historic and Historic Brawl. It's banned in Commander for a reason... there's no way you should be allowing it in Brawl. What's the deal? Sheoldred is too powerful to include but cards like Ulamog and Paradox engine are fine for a fun and friendly experience???? Why?

stalling
Every few matches I encounter a player that will wait until the very last second on the clock every turn before clicking continue, never resolve cards until it times out, and drag the game on for as long as possible for no reason whatsoever. This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. Please program in functionality to take an average/total of overall 'stall time' spent. If it is extremely high ask the opponent after the duel if it appeared the player was purposefully stalling the game for no reason, word it how you want. If the said player receives enough reports they should be banned for X days and permanently if the issue is frequent enough/longstanding.
I fail to see how a lack of this programming helps your sales when people such as myself hesitate to spend money on your game due to the excessive occurrence of players stalling the game. No one wants to have their playtime wasted by people that do this intentionally.
Thank you for your consideration.
