How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Stack cards blocking view of cards beneath them on screen

    I just played a game where I had food tokens. I was unable to activate their sacrifice ability because an ability on the stack blocked the box for "activate ability" on the tokens.

    Similarly I sometimes can't read cards that go on the stack because they are immediately covered by a triggered ability thus my ability to respond with the knowledge of the card underneath the triggered ability is hampered.

    My suggestion is the ability to drag spells and abilities on the stack to a different part of the screen so permanents on that portion of the screen, or other…

  2. Missing rare and mythic rare wild cards after opening packs

    I was opening M21 packs (the 50 pack bundle) and I was monitoring how many mythic rare and rare wild cards I was getting.

    Doing that monitoring I saw on the wild card section that several rares and mythic rares wild cards that I opened weren't updating the values on the wild card section.

  3. Favourite cards not being remembered

    I installed arena on a new PC and it never remembers my favourited cards. Even if I set favouerite lanfd cards, log off and log back on, the game does not remember the favourited land .

  4. Fecund greenshell triggering on 0/2 creatures

    I was playing a bloomburrow draft and fecund green shell was triggering on 0/2 frogs entering the battlefield. am I misunderstanding the text or is this intentional? It was very unfair because the turtle was basically triggering for free and drawing the opponent tons of cards

  7. Chorus cards not counting in Alchemy Ranked

    The chorus cards are not increasing intensity when played/ Selectively increasing only with other chorus cards in hand.

  8. Card style bug

    Whenever I add a card with an alternate style to my deck, all of the cards on my decklist even the ones I dont own the card styles for become available to use and even favorite. However, if I attempt to make a deck with any of these cards (even if they're not using the style of which I do not own) the client will say deck invalid making many of the cards I own unavailable to use.     Just after opening Arena and going to any deck or collection. No text on cards. No text on cards shown on store or during game play. Mac OS 13.1

    Sideboard not appearing completely (5 visible cards ? ) in deck editor since the release of Outlaws of Thunder Junction.

    The statistical probability of this is virtually 0. Fix the stupid shuffler.

  13. historic with friends bo3 sideboard 7 cards

    Playing BO3 with friends in Historic format just show 7 cards of sideboard.
    I later play standard and BO3 std with friends is shown normal 15 sideboard cards.

  14. Argentum Masticore triggering with no cards in hand

    Opponent had Argentum Masticore in play with Perennial Behemoth in play. Opponent had no cards in hand at the start of turn (but did have 1 land in graveyard). During upkeep, opponent was not able to discard a card with no cards in hand, but did not have to sacrifice Argentum Masticore. Instead, the game allowed him to destroy a token of mine (CMC 0 non/land permanents). My guess is the game allowed him to treat the land in his graveyard as though it was in hand because of the Perennial Behemoth.

  15. midweek magic event uses alchemy cards

    Please, never use alchemy cards in any sort of event. Alchemy is the worst idea, the cards suck and it makes me want to quit Magic.

    Hello Wizards! I purchased 3 cards in the daily deal today, and they not show up in my card list, even the money was spent. Please solve this issue

  17. Golden packs containing cards that are not standard-legal

    According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates, golden packs will include:
    "At least one card per pack will be Mythic from any standard-legal set, 2 cards will be Rare or Mythic from the latest set, and the final 3 cards will be Rare or Mythic from any current standard-legal set."
    This means 4 cards will come from any standard-legal set, and 2 will be guaranteed to come from WOE. Because LTR is neither standard-legal nor the most recent set, these cards should not appear in golden packs.

    As a standard-only player, this hugely devalues golden packs and is honestly incredibly disappointed. I went…

  18. Bo3 deck loads just 7 cards in sideboard

    Bo3 deck loads in with 7-card sideboard.

    I don't know why but this keeps happening to me. Select traditional standard as deck type, fill in sideboard. Load up deck, click on deck, verify 15 card sideboard and traditional standard. Click start game - only top 7 cards in sb.

    go back to the deck after leaving the match, look at the deck, still listed as "Traditional Standard" but now with only the first 7 sb cards.

  20. Non-Standard Cards in Standard Ranked

    Dear Wizards/MTG Arena
    Please can you remove non standard cards from Standard Ranked matches. I believe if the name of the game mode is "Standard Ranked", players should be playing Standard legal decks. If I see my opponent is using one of these cards, I take a screenshot of the card and auto concede as I want to play standard games, not historic. As a result, my rank has gone down dramatically, causing me to be playing against players more likely to be running these cards, and so am stuck in a downward spiral.
