How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to play Jump in!

    Cannot resign a deck in "Jump In!" mode, the activated button says "home" which just takes me back to the main screen & i am never able to play the mode.

    Additionally i have no ability to resign the current deck that i am stuck with.

    This problem persists both on windows and Android.

  2. Can't play my deck in the Brawl event

    Hi, I cannot play my deck in the Brawl challenge currently ongoing on MtG Arena.
    I've imported a deck and the game approved it but when I try to start a game, I get stuck in “Waiting for opponent” for infinite time, at each try.
    When looking at my deck, it looks like no Commander appears in the Commander slot. It should be Saruman.

  3. Can’t check deck stats on premier draft

    When playing on ATLA premier draft on mobile, during deck building I am unable to check my stats. After tapping to see creature/noncreature spell ratios, color ratios, etc., when I attempt to tap the back button the prompt to change my deck name appears and I have to go do a different tab to go back into deckbuilding. It’s extremely frustrating and once back in the deckbuilding, all the cards in the pool are added and you start from scratch.

  4. Jumpstart deck too many lands

    I chose powerful cabbages for the new jumpstart Avatar, and I had 27 lands and 13 spells for my whole deck. Every starting hand was 5-6 lands and 2 spells I couldn’t do anything with. I don’t know which of the two deck halves is broken, but I had to resign because I couldn’t win any games and flooded every time.

  5. deck validation failed

    After finishing ArenaCube Draft run, I cannot either finish or edit my deck. After any submit of changes, Arena always reports "Deck validation error". My assumption is that it has something to do with the card "Abrade" which always stays in the sideboard and cannot been moved

  6. Unset Deck customizations

    It would be nice to be able to unselect avatar/sleeve/companion per-deck selections to force the deck to use the defaults. Or perhaps have an option when selecting a new default to override selections that had been made on individual decks.

    The only way to do this now is to export the deck, delete the deck, and reimport it.

  7. BUG: Unable to select province when adding credit card

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Open MtG: Arena client (localized to Canada, English)
    2) Click "Store"
    3) Click "Change Payment Method"
    4) In the Xsolla window, click "Card"
    5) Enter card information and click "Save"
    6) Scroll the Xsolla window to "State or Province"
    7) Click the State or Province dropdown
    8) Observe that there is no scroll bar within the dropdown, and the last province shown is Nova Scotia (leaving out Ontario and beyond) -- additionally, the interactable area for the "Nova Scotia" entry extends past the bottom of the dropdown

  9. Back button in deck starts overview not working

    Playing a sealed deck currently and when i go into the deck stats the back button is not working (on mobile android). It always just gives the box to change the deck name. The same even happens if I am in the choose avatar view and click on the back button. This worked before the last update.

  10. Unable to add new cards to sideboard in deck editor [mobile]

    When editing a deck I am able to remove cards from sideboard but cannot drag and drop cards into the board once removed. On iOS

  12. Jump-In Deck Selection Broken

    Midweek magic Jump-In deck appears to not have given me the cards for the second half I selected.

    Chose "Firebending" first, then "Powerful", but only got (Presumably from the lack of green cards) Firebending cards .

  15. Allow Sparky to use already built deck that we own

    Would be nice to make Sparky use the decks we built to test a deck againt another or having it use a random deck from ours.

  16. Starter Deck Duel battles should be against other starter decks only.

    It's not fair to pair players using a starter deck with opponents using upgraded and customized decks. If you make an event targeting new players, why would you give them a challenge they cannot win? I'm very frustrated about this.

  18. Match Against Bot with Invalid Deck (cards not in collection)

    Hi.
    I have a suggestion about match against bot.
    In physical game, I can get a card from my friend or in a shop to test a deck before buy the cards.
    In MTG Arena, I can build a deck with cards not in my collection.
    But a deck with cards not in my collection, I can't play matches against bot to test this deck.
    Is it possible to allow a match against bot using a deck with cards not in my collection to test?

  19. Cancel challenge button color is wrong

    Currently, when waiting for a friend in a challenge game to select their deck, the Cancel button is a bright orange Call To Action button. This is confusing, and leads to accidental cancellations of the invitation, as it is the incorrect usage of the orange CTA style. That style should only be used for the most common, most desired action, like Play. In this context, the cancel button should be a smaller, gray, secondary button. This style is used in other places for the cancel button, as well as the not default play button, etc. My guess is that…

  20. jumpstart deck too many lands, too fewer spells.

    In midweek event "jumpstart Avatar".
    I picked deck [Aang][Rebelling ] ,and i take deck with 13 spells,27 lands.
