1. Redeem Card in Master Emporium (Lorehold Historian) failed, card missing or still unowned but lost orb

   Orb redeem failed; Today I got orb reward (Pic 1), proceeded to go to Mastery Emporium by clicking spend orbs. Spent orb to redeem Lorehold the Historian Card, purchase done, card no longer in lineup (Pic 2). Check card to include in deck but card is unowned and missing in library despite redeeming with orb (Pic 3). Requesting admin to help fix problem and I'm expecting to get the redeemed card. Using PC to play MTG Arena.

2. repartee

   Repartee is not explained on the card, and the normal side text found when hovering over a card does not include an entry for Repartee. I literally just found this while opening packs for the new set, so unsure if this is exclusive to checking cards while openning a pack.

3. Unable to loggin

   During the 3rd pack of the draft, the server crashed and wouldn't let me log back in, always showing a loading error message followed by a black screen.
   I conclude that the draft has already finished and I haven't been able to pick a single card from pack 3, and I still can't log back in.

   It's worth noting that I have a stable internet connection with no signs of interruption, and other errors of this type have occurred throughout the week, affecting other drafts I did previously. Will there be any kind of compensation for this type of error?

4. Newly aquired cards not being added to inventory

   I've had this issue for a while but I wasn't entirely sure but I've just confirmed it now. I collect cards from boosters that dont actually end up in my inventory. I confirm this when I collect a SECOND copy of said card in a later booster. E.G. Zombify from the new Strixhaven. I opened a copy on Arena from a reward booster last week with the new mystical archive treatment but my inventory didnt update. I then aquired a 2nd copy just now from a booster on arena, this second one also noted it was a 'First Time!" pull and it Finally updated my inventory. This has been going on a LONG time but it was hard to pinpoint an exact exmaple because I didn't believe it was happening for a while and when I did start to notice I played infrequently.

5. Achievements should be retroactive

   Just came back after a 1yr break. Before that break I played religiously non-stop since the app was released.

   wahoo... achievements for all my hard work & dedication to the craft... yay... 🙄 except that its not retroactive. This feels like more of a slap to the face than a reward for loyalty & effort.

   Its not like its too complicated for the devs to figure it out. I played ESO on the pc for years then dropped the game for several more years, but when I installed ESO to my Xbox & signed into my old account, I got spammed wirh dozens of retroactively awarded achievents for like 3 minutes straight.

   Don't get me wrong. I like the feature, I just think we deserve a bit than a 'hey thanks for playing, now do it all again' situation.

6. Fixing the over all problem

   So how about we get to the root of the problem in this game? Between the pay walls and the impossible ranked climb due to "fixed matches", and the worst possible grind for gold, how about you listen to your customer and fan base and quit alienating them?
   First, give us more gold outlets. We should make enough to earn five packs a week. Regular packs, not mythic.
   Secondly, fix the match making program. There is no reason why like decks should get matched with like decks. This is ridicules. No paper magic ever works like this. FNM events always have a wide variety of decks. Fix it. In the events, quit match making people with decks that they are inherently weak against. Again, the match making should be random and within the events. Quit with bot players because you want to gatekeeper the events so people cant earn the tokens to actually compete.
   You shouldn't need them if this game is good enough. Just saying. More people quit because the program is messed up than you are willing to admit.
   Please use critical thought here, I voted for your union, and I support wizards and MTG, but speaking as a fan of 20+ years, please fix this stuff.

7. Inaccurate Set Collection

   Set collection says I have one copy of all commons, uncommons, rares, and mythics (and as you can see I've opened probably 100 packs), but it also says I'm missing a land. When I view my collection I see that I have no copies of Escape Tunnel.

   (1) Why would I have zero copies of that particular card?
   (2) Why is it not listed as a "missing" common in the set of commons?

   It seems the only way to complete TMNT would be to craft four copies, but that doesn't line up with my understanding of how this should work.

8. Midweek magic event not showing up

   I do not have the Midweek magic event in my list of events, I have checked on iOS, Android and Windows platforms. I do midweek magic every week, so this is causing me to miss out on two rares and a cosmetic reward.

9. My game suddenly froze in the middle of a ranked historic match, and then went back to the main screen with my match just now with absurdum.

   Out of nowhere, the game just froze and didn't do anything. Instead, without any mention of error or anything, it brought me back to the main menu and gave me 2 packs for no reason (cool, but why?). After that, I tried to play a game again, and went back to that same game. However, when I did, I was already losing because I probably missed at least a turn or two and lost that match along with some points in my link. I tried to look at the current bugs list but couldn't really find something that was relevant to this...

10. Please retire emotes that encourage players to be immature and rude

    There are three emotes—sleeping giant, sleeping hedron, and wolves yapping at Arlinn—that 95% of the time are used to say "I don't like that you killed my creature". People who cannot handle one of their creatures being killed should not be playing Arena, or Magic at all. Removing creatures is an integral part of the game, but some players get bothered so much by one creature getting removed that they have to whine about it. In fact, they are encouraged to whine about it with the emotes they have been provided. Please stop giving rude, immature players the tools to lash out and complain towards their opponents who have done nothing wrong by removing a creature. Please retire these three emotes and give a gem or pack reward to all players who had them. As the curator of a game / community, you have a responsibility to promote the wellbeing of players, and a duty to weed out toxicity and toxic players who can't interact with others in a respectful way. Thanks for your time.

11. No Daily Quests since account created CRITICAL

    Hello!

    I have not received a 500 or 750 gold daily quest since my account was created.

    Yesterday, the timer read ~4-5h until quest refresh before I signed off and my account was at 525 gold.

    Today, the account reads ~20h until quest refresh and my account is still at 525 gold.

    Steps taken:

    ​- I have restarted the client multiple times.
    ​- I have played multiple games to try and force a refresh.
    ​- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both PC and MacOS.
    ​- I confirmed my local time zone is correct (PST/EST/etc.).
    ​- I have waited through several full daily resets (3 AM PST/6 AM EST).
    - I have repaired game files multiple times.
    - I have restarted and cleared the tutorial.

    This mean I am missing out on nearly ~50% of maximum gold generation. I have no incentive to play on this account as a result. Please remediate and, ideally, either restore ~625g/day or 1 pack/2 days to the account + the resulting XP.

    There are other versions of this bug on the forum with many votes - please acknowledge and remediate.

12. Not received 2 Mythic card rewards after reaching level 9 of Mastery

    After reaching level 9 of Secrets of Strixhaven Mastery, I did not receive the 2 Mythic Card Rewards. I got the 2 rewards at level 12, but never got the ones at level 9.

14. MTG Arena Unplayable on Xiaomi 13T Pro After TMNT Update – Unreadable Text, Lag, Freezes, Lost Progress

    I’m playing on a Xiaomi 13T Pro running Xiaomi HyperOS 3.0.4.0. Since the TMNT update on Tuesday, MTG Arena has become effectively unplayable on my device. Text and numbers are replaced by unreadable square boxes, and inputs are severely delayed (for example, trying to play cards from my hand). This regularly results in the game freezing entirely or timing out, which directly causes avoidable losses.

    This issue has been happening consistently since the update, and it has already made me miss multiple daily quests and ongoing progress/rewards. As someone who plays every day, this is extremely frustrating and has significantly impacted my ability to play and earn in-game rewards.

    Given the duration and severity of the problem and the progress/rewards I’ve lost through no fault of my own, I would appreciate compensation once the issue is resolved.

15. July Season Bug Fixed but my Rank hasn't been

    I was playing ladder in Diamond 2 yesterday and after a match I got the season rewards again (having already gotten them at the end of the May season after finishing in Mythic), got kicked down to Gold rank, and the profile page said it was July season as reported by many others.
    The profile page has now been fixed (now saying June season) but my rank hasn't been restored to Diamond where it should be.
    Could you please look into this and restore rank for those affected as it appears to have affected multiple people (looking at the bug reports and Twitter) and would require us to grind an additional two tiers just to get back to where we were the day before otherwise! Thanks in advance.

16. Missing Marvel Spider-Man cosmetics in store

    I am on PC and the Marvel Spider-Man cosmetics are not showing up after the Marvel Super Heroes update on the 16th in my store or at all including the Avatar's, Web Basic Lands. I don't know why but every source says the should be there and that there's no problems but the only things that I can see for Marvel Spider-Man are the cards that were swapped in my collection and the Spider-Man card packs that replaced Omenpath. other then that there is nothing else even remotely related to Spider-Man even though the announcement for this update says they should have been added the same time as the Spider-Man cards on the 16th.

17. Card Favorites / Lists

    I would like to track card lists or Favorite cards, separate from Decks. I also want to be able to Favorite a card or quickly add it to a list, while in a match.

    Although I grew up in the era of MtG's birth, I never played it. Now, 30 years late, I'm new to MtG so I'm way beyond the age of "memorize every card"- ain't nobody got time for that!

    So when I see a super cool new card I've never seen before when playing a match against another player online, I'd like to remember that card. It'd be great if I could Favorite the card with just a simple checkbox (similar to the "View Printed Card") when viewing a card's details in game. Even better, I'd love to add it to a List, and then I can later refer to my different Lists for deck building layer on. It would also let me keep track of cards in particular sets that I'm interested in collecting. If I don't have a specific wildcard to unlock the card, I would be targeting packs to get from the Store.

    I am so tired of wasting gems on Sealed. Especially with Strixhaven. You pick your school and get no cards whatsoever to really help. Even though you get 2 packs dedicated to whatever school you pick, they are all low mana duds that give you no chance whatsoever. All of your rares and mythic rares (if by some miracle you actually get one) are colorless or are every other color besides the ones you chose. Come on what good is a a 6 mana card that only is useful when you spend multiple colors to cast it. This has happened to me 2 out of the 3 sealed drafts I have done.

    I think that you should make an event in MTG arena where people (with a certain amount of play time) get to submit and vote on cards to be put into either just Arena or MTG as a whole as a real card (and you could make it so that people need to pay gems to submit card idea (no photos (and maybe names) just rules text, costs, and stats)) and maybe it could reward the top 3-5 winners for getting their cards created by giving them some gems (and if you choose to make 5 or more cards you could make secret lairs)

20. Daily Deal Lands

     I'm sure there are others that may agree, but, the daily deals for Lands in my opinion may be a little overpriced as well as hard to come by. 
    

    5000 Coins or 1000 Gems per basic land type for each set can be extremely difficult to obtain especially if you are looking for a specific set.

    A solution that i bet would make a lot of people happy is to take the older product off the "Daily Deals" and keep the newer content rotating there. Then to move the older content to a new tab for people to purchase what they'd like from previous sets.

    This will keep the customers happy and the money to stream in from people purchasing coins to get their favorite cosmetics. A win win in my opinion.

    Reducing the cost of the land cosmetics or maybe bundling the Lands in each set at a reduced cost would be greatly appreciated since they do nothing to support gameplay unlike how purchasing packs add to your collection and the cost is maybe a fifth that of the daily deal costs.
