Unable to spend tokens after ECL release
I can't change deck format or spend wild tokens since the newest update

Mastery Pass Lorwyn Eclipsed Wrong packs EoE instead of ECL
I got 3 packs of EOE when I reached LVL4 of the Mastery pass, instead of the 3 Lorwyn Eclipsed that show up in the mastery section.

Near unplayable mana base in Midweek magic
I've played the Midweek magic to try out Lorwyn cards in the premade jump start decks and i chose 'blighted' as an option and combined with gobline. By picking this its given me 5 plains in manabase and there is only one hybrid white card. the deck would run with 9/8 swamps and mountains and the deck now is near unplayable as i cant play the majority of my deck when i draw plains, which keeps happening. It would be great if you could edit the mana base just basic lands or if this can be changed.

Lorwyn Jump In Packets Not Appearing
Hi, I ran several Jump In! events (I believe six) and only old packets showed up. I didn't see a single new packet from Lorwyn despite playing against others with the new packets and having the Lorwyn lands in my decks. I understand there's a chance I could just be unlucky (I think?) but after having seen some other posts about similar issues online I figured I might have just encountered a bug.

Twilight Diviner not triggering
Twilight Diviner is bugged and does not trigger the token making when a creature entered.

Opponent Hand Hover Causing Lag
During a draft game, my opponent was constantly hovering my hand rapidly. As soon as this started, I began to lag out. My connection was fine, no other device in my house was experiencing issues, this cost me the game and the draft. Playing on IOS. This was obvious bug abuse.

Bot keeps playing with the same deck
You advertise your bot as a way to test out your deck but the stupid thing keeps playing with the same deck time after time (I have had it do it 10 times in a row). This is ridiculous! Please fix this or provide a way for us to at least select the color to play against. As it is, the bot is mostly useless to test out decks.

アリーナ ios ランク戦 でマッチングし対戦中、こちらの手札から欺瞞や幽愁を想起コストで唱えるべくカードをスワイプして、同じ2色(例、青青や黒黒や緑緑)を支払うのボタンを押した時に、通常自動的に選択した色マナが支払われるべき所、動作が止まって処理がなされず、自身の持ち時間のみが経過してしまい、その後の操作ができないまま、待ち時間が経過してターンを対戦相手に返してしまう、もしくは敗北してしまう、という現象が起きます。対策をお願いいたします。

Mythic wild card consumed with no card given
Used mythic wild card to add mythic card to my deck using the "complete deck" feature that automatically uses wild cards you have to get the cards you dont have in deck.
My mythic wildcard was used but no card was added.
I had one copy of the card but a second was not added.I would like my card or wildcard back please.

don't receive my season rewards
it's the second time i don't receive my season rewards... last week, that was for the gold rank and yesterday for the platinum rank.
What should i do to resolve the problem ?

midweek event: jump in
I chose the Giant(WR), then the Elemental(RU), but the lands are 7 plains, 4 mountains, 4 Islands and 1 Steam Vents, while there are only 2 cards with hybrid mana is white

Match was quit when I was about to win
I didn't manage to screenshot this, but I was in the middle of a Lorwyn Eclipsed draft game and on the penultimate turn when I was about to win, a message came up saying "Waiting for Server", and then the program simply took me back to the draft menu screen.
This negatively impacted my draft experience, especially given I had just spent money on gems to draft.
I unfortunately was unable to capture the exact moment as I was not sure what was happening until it was already over.

Game froze
Game froze during combat; I couldn't play an instant between blockers and damage. Kept clicking around to no avail—even tried just progressing to damage without playing my card, but it remained frozen on the stack. Log attached; bummer to lose a game this way, especially during a run where I'd spent a Sealed token!

Matchmaking
So as I’m getting ready to type this, I stumbled across other players reviews and feedback, to no surprise this is a common issue.
There should be random matchmaking. Sure there can be guidelines to it, but overall it needs to be random. There should be no reason why the game is choosing a deck specifically built to counter my deck for me to play against.
That’s not fun. I don’t wanna spend 30 minutes to an hour building a deck and planning out a strategy for that deck just to play against It’s antithesis.
Also, I don’t think matching me against a similar deck as mine is good matchmaking either.
If I put together a black blue graveyard deck, I don’t want to play against a black blue graveyard deck for the next five matches.
I want to see how my creativity with the cards that I’ve chosen matches up against the general populous, not somebody handpicked by the computer to see who made that specific kind of deck better.
Lastly, there should be no reason why I draw eight lands in a row in a deck with 60 cards.
That itself isn’t impossible, but that happening in 12 out of 20 games is extremely improbable and not realistic . This seems to be more of an issue whenever I use white.

Standard Ranked Bo1
Playing Standard ranked Bo1 seems to automatically be set to draw your deck, even a 74 card (28 lands) deck, in the most inconsistent and inconvenient of ways.
They say keeping it at 60 and using 4 copies of cards ups the chances of drawing the deck so that it’s actually playable and almost predictable. Never once, not even with the free decks they provide. How can you not draw a land in 7 turns out of a 60 card deck with 30 lands in it? Nuts. Don’t get me wrong, there is no actual perfect and unbeatable deck, but the algorithm on draw in these ranked modes needs to be more consistent.
Matchmaking is ok in that I rarely see the same player within a day of Standard ranked Bo1 let alone a week sometimes! That’s very nice! Buuuuuuuut…when you are on a win streak in Standard ranked Bo1 at say 4 or 5 in a row, the next opponent is just out of this world equipped and draws in an oppressive and uncanny way while you get land &@$#&$ or draw like someone is mixing your deck while you play, and not in a good way.
There are too many cards that put just incredibly insane X counters on creatures that can easily get into the tens of thousands?!?! Even more. Hard to see how that can be a legit card in Standard ranked Bo1. Sure can be fun, but maybe some of these should be removed from ranked play?
I have also never spent any $ on this game, achieved everything just grinding. This game is fantastic for that, you do not need to p2p, necessarily, but obviously that gives one an edge. But the fact that you don’t get stuck in this p2p system like so many other games is just awesome.

Duplicate Earthbending Animation
Steps to reproduce:
1. Oponnent plays Iroh, tea master, and gives me control of 2 of their lands over 2 turns.
2. Opponent earthbends one of their own lands with Aang, at the crossroads (transformed).Result: Earthbending animation plays on the target land, as well as on the 2 lands now under my control.
Expected: Earthbending animation plays only on target land.Does not affect gameplay, just incorrect animation.

Scute swarm
Scute swarm is maxing out at 247 copies even when you should have a lot more as soon in screen shots provided. Please fix

Lorwyn Eclipsed horrendous mana bases for jump in packs
Why on earth would you build a mana base like this for jump in packs?
And why not allow the player to change it for the event?

Jump-In broken
Lorwyn Jump-In Elves Vivid does not give the proper mana base; 3 forests and an Overgrown Tomb for a primarily green deck, and 3 plains when there are no white pips.

Grapeshot
I cannot figure out how my opponent played grapeshot twice. They only had one card in hand (going down to 0) when they played it, then it was played again. Not copied, and I died. It happened both games. The first time I didnt know what happened and assumed it was an effect I didnt know of, but the second game I scoured the field to see if I missed anything, and I seemingly did not, yet still died. They didnt have any alchemy cards to "conjure a copy" or whatever. I tried capturing the log, but it didnt work on my phone for some reason.
