How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. When opponent's "Joshua, Phoenix Dominant" transformed back, my opponent gained control of my own "Joshua"

    Me and my opponent played Joshua, Phoenix Dominant. On his turn, they used its ability to turn it into a Saga Creature. On my turn, I did the same with my own Joshua, Phoenix Dominant. When the last Lore counter was placed on my opponent's Saga, it transformed back to Joshua. But! It also transformed back my Joshua under my opponent's control.   2. Triggered effect not working. Dina soul steeper, soul warden, scurry oak, Heliod sun-crowned

    Dina soul steeper, soul warden, scurry oak, and heliod sun-crowned combination not working as intended. While the life gain, +1/+1 counter and summoned token work , the opponent doesn't lose life. When any other creature triggers the life gain Dina soul steeper's effect does trigger. This combination should in practice cause the opponent to lose one life every time it's triggered and lead to them losing all life.

  3. Auto-concede on big stack unacceptable

    Turn off the auto-concede! There were around 500 triggers on the stack, including life gain which would then trigger ajani´s pridemate to get a counter, so the stack took a couple of minutes to resolve. Then, when the stack was completely resolved and I would go to combat to take the win, the game auto-conceded me resulting in a defeat. Unacceptable.

    I understand we the need for the auto-concede when it comes to inactive players, but waiting for a stack to resolve does not equal inactivity.

    2) FNM/Event style modes, available for friendly battles

  5. Decklist is Glitched white

    There appears to be a problem with the Deck List. It appears to be white and does not show the number of copies of the card in my deck. This is occurring in both deck builder and in traditional ranked play when sideboarding cards. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

  6. Infinite Loop

    Was about to win a match when my opponent used Marauding Blight-Priest + Exquisite Blood to exploit a loop where if I lose a life the opponent gains a life, but if the opponent gains life then I lose life and so on. Opponent was at 6 life and I had over 20 but I still lost because of the loop. Also, while the loop was in process I was unable to concede, so I had to just sit and watch as I lost life one at a time.

  7. Counter target spell Instant cards doesent counter targeted spell

    I was playing Ranked with my deck All Blue and in two ocations my cards that counter spells didnt counter at all. More over they trigger oddly: there were instants, and when i play them, they make me target the spell (that never happen before) and when i oddly target the image of the card that was visually blocked by my card and the legend <Are you sure you whant to target xx with xx?> (that never happen before) and i click YES; The spell was not countered that way and enters play and resolves.   8. Starscape Cleric Bloodthirsty Conquerer Bug

    I encountered a bug where a card called Starscape Cleric caused me to lose life every time my opponent gained life, and then a card called Bloodthirsty Conquerer caused my opponent to gain life every time I lost life.

    This became an infinite unstoppable combo which caused me to slowly die with no way to prevent it, regardless of the fact that I was sitting at 45 life prior to the combo beginning.

    This interaction is quite obviously a bug, as no sane or sensible game designer would ever include such a ridiculous mechanic in their game.

  9. Matchmaking

    After winning a match to move me from Silver 1 to Gold 4 my next opponent was the #11 overall ranked player in Mythic. After reaching out to customer support they assured me that the matchmaking had been "tested extensively", "working as intended", and was "a level playing field". This appears to be none of those things and should be addressed.

  10. Locked out of Ranked and some play modes

    I was playing a Ranked match, I unlocked Quick Draft at the end of the match. Now I can only access 3 modes: Jump In, Jump In Final Fantasy, Quick Draft Final Fantasy. My dailies and weeklies work fine. The Quick Draft quest is bugged (already upvoted that idea). So either I have an issue with my account and I'm locked out of Ranked and some other modes that I had already unlocked or I need to complete the Quick Draft quest (which is bugged) to gain access to my other modes again (including RANKED).   11. Unintended Instant-Win? Game Breaker?

    The cards Bloodthirsty Conquer and Marauding Blight-Priest seem to have an unintended synergy. One grants player life gain on opponent life loss and the other grants opponent life loss on player life gain. This creates a loop that will (practically) end the game instantly. Unless you already have an instant and enough mana to resolve this exploit, their respective abilities trigger endlessly until the game ends. It's this a mechanic or an unfortunate combination?

  12. drawing lands only

    I'm drawing lands only, two games in a row. played 19 turns, drew 17 lands... next game I drew 13 lands out of 15 cards... It's not fun! It doesnt happen in paper magic. Is it something wrong with the game today? Game also froze while oppoent turn but I lost my ranks because I quit the game after 4 hours. Can you Wizards fix these problems. We are using money on your product and all we get back are losses.

  13. matchmaking

    Matchmaking in Ranked mode constantly pairs you several tiers above where you are currently playing; I'm playing on Platinum tier 4 yet I am constantly paired up against Diamond tier players. Like I get it if I've ranked up that far consistently but I have literally made it to diamond one time... I'm an okay player but this just makes getting a couple wins to get rewards take hours and ultimately not rewarding or fun.

  14. Scute Swarm Bug

    The game times out on you if you reproduce too many scute swarms with a life gaining card like Prosperous innkeeper. I timed out because I made 175 scute swarms plus added those life counters and it would not let me skip the scute swarm making graphics or move onto my next step. So it prevented me from attacking to end the game and then from taking another turn until my timer expired.

  15. why ever have ratings if you dont use them...

    Idea, use or dont use your rank system... in that case I can make a decision. Dont use it only for 20 seconds and then decide that you know better what I want..... Cause you dont

    Why you ever have ranks if you dont use them in matchmaking... The idea of this whole rank system is to match with people of equal level and that is good, but dont just throw me in matches as gold with diamond players if I pay for these games...   16. Tractor Beam stoppping Ragost untapping itself

    In EOE draft, I stole a Ragost, Deft Gastronaut with a Tractor Beam, and on my opponent's turn I sacrificed a Dubious Delicacy to gain 3 life. Expectation is for Ragost to untap itself on my opponent's endstep since Tractor Beam should only stop my untap step, but it remained tapped.

    the card does not work properly.
    it states:
    at the beginning of your upkeep sacrifice a creature. when you sacrifice this creature each opponent discards a card, you draw a card and gain two life.
    the first ability works fine. however the 2nd part being: when you sacrifice this creature each opponent discards a card, you draw a card and gain two life. doesnt trigger at all.
    please fix because my deck is broken atm.

  18. Sudden defeat

    I was playing THEROS Beyond Death Ranked Draft and both players had enough life, but when I clicked "My Turn", the Defeat message suddenly appeared. Since it was the third defeat in the draft, my draft ended there.

  19. Standard Ranked Bo1

    Playing Standard ranked Bo1 seems to automatically be set to draw your deck, even a 74 card (28 lands) deck, in the most inconsistent and inconvenient of ways.

    They say keeping it at 60 and using 4 copies of cards ups the chances of drawing the deck so that it’s actually playable and almost predictable. Never once, not even with the free decks they provide. How can you not draw a land in 7 turns out of a 60 card deck with 30 lands in it? Nuts.     Can someone please fixed banned cards from being playable in ranked. Besides the fact it wont let me play with banned cards whats the point in banning cards for them not to be banned for everyone.
