How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. My companions page is empty

    When I go to the "Select Companion" section while building a deck the page is empty. I can see me companions on my profile tab and can change the one used by default.

  2. Friend request interface

    Friend request not working for myself nor my friend. Also can’t direct challenge one another. We just sit at the matchmaking screen waiting for the other to accept/challenge. Game says friend request successfully sent yet neither of us are a friend request to accept.

  4. Unable to Login (Timeout)

    I have this seemingly old bug some ppl experienced before. Is there a clear path i could not find in all the posts how to fix this issue? Cant login since a few hours.

  5. Sokka's Haiku unable to cast during Omniscience Quick Draft Event

    Sokka's Haiku was unable to counter Crashing Wave in the Omniscience Quick Draft. The card did not highlight to indicate it was a "potential" instant-speed response but other cards did highlight. I tried to drag it out anyway and it would not cast the spell.

  7. Unable to earn EXP or rewards on Mastery after purchasing the Mastery pass

    Unable to earn EXP or rewards on Mastery after purchasing the Mastery pass. I am stuck on level 38 (300/1000), even after winning several games in a row.

  8. Unable to target Bloodletter of Aclozotz

    Unable to target Bloodletter of Aclozotz. It is not being recognized as a creature for no apparent in game reason. See screenshots of me attempting to target with multiple removal spells. Edit: this forum is not allowing me to post the screenshots for some reason.

  9. Bug - Unable to play at all

    IOS
    After finishing the 5 initial training duels where you get the starting cards I am unable to log in the game anymore (tried several times for 2 days. The game starts to load but then just gives some network error althought when I try the option to check status all seems correct.
    PC - Windows
    I tried playing through Steam on my PC running Windows as well. I dowloaded the MTG Arena, signed in with the same credentials and got the exact same problem. So, the issue is not related to the platform

  10. Unable to target Exalted Sunborn with Ugin

    I could have lost this game I just had because yet another random card with at least one color was unable to be targeted by Ugin, Eye of the Storms. This time, it's Exalted Sunborn.

  11. MTG arena color challenge rewards issue

    After coming back from a long brake (before game update). Color challenges show as completed and claimed but final reward is unclaimed (card styles/wild cards). Even after completing final duel card styles/wild cards are not unlocked.

  12. Unable to unlock doors for Rickedy gazebo unacceptable

    Unable to unlock door rickety gazebo says mill 4 bring 2 back did not do that than tried to use my remaining mana to bring in another creature using a skill and again did not work fix your stupidity ******* game this is unbelievable waste 50 minutes on your ********* game and the only cards that do what they say they do is my opponents

  13. 13/15 games land screwed or flooded with 24 lands, 2 fetches, and a 60 card deck. 1/2 games not opening hand

    13/15 games land screwed or flooded with 24 lands, 2 fetches, and a 60 card deck. 1/2 games not opening hand land screwed/flooded, stuck at 3 lands until turn 5. So basically 14/15 games lands are messed. That's pretty high.

  15. Opening hand is missing

    After match creation was made, the first screen after the "battlefield" loads, is where you select your hand or mulligan. This overlay/splash screen is missing! Nothing happens after that. You can emote, view deck, or click setting.

  16. Deck size

    I've had multiple games where I start the match and it shows my opponent with a 200+ card library I don't know if this is some sort of glitch/exploit or a display thing. I'm on mobile if that matters. Forgot to screenshot

  18. Deck builder search issue with Vintage card styles in Brawl

    Hello MTG Arena Team,

    I am a Brawl player on MTG Arena and I would like to report an issue with the deck builder and card search system.

    There are certain cards that appear to be hidden or very difficult to find when searching, especially cards with Vintage styles. For example, Mystical Tutor (1 mana instant).
    Even though there is a newer version from the recent Avatar expansion, I prefer to use the Vintage-style version of the card.

    The card does exist and can be used, but it does not appear properly in search results. The only way to find…

  19. White challenge 4 sticks after I defended bots first attack with a 1/1 double strike and enchantment counter of +2/+2.

    Issue is in the title. Game freezes when, during white challenge 4, I destroy opponents 1/6 creature with a 1/1 creature with double strike and +2/+2 enchantment on it.

  20. Can't select between two choices

    Can't select between choices. Anytime I playa card or use an ability that gives the "choose an option" prompt (in my games using station on Evendo vs. tapping it for mana; playing or casting Boseiju; casting one or the other side of the adventure spell) nothing is selectable. Z does not undo the attempt, I cannot select either option, and pressing cancel does nothing. Hitting enter will pass through to my opponent's turn.
