How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

All my companions are missing
All my companions are missing when I try to access them through the appearance customization screen in deckbuilding. I have ran in-game fixes and reinstalled twice. Please help!

Winter Sale 5 Full Art Lands not appearing
I was looking at the winter sale bundles available and when I realized it was a twelve days of christmas thing, i wanted to look at what each day's sale was. I purchased the ones for days 2 and 3, then I could see what was for days 1, 4, 6, and 7 (current day). However I can't see 5, which I looked up was 5 full art lands. Freezing Gameplay
Game simply freezes during game. I've played for over a year online and no huge issues. Last week games began freezing. Always when I activate a map token, but sometimes after attacking, sometimes I can't click to pass on a move made by opponent, and so many other scenarios. Then the timer runs out despite me clicking to move on or choose blockers, or anything. I can see my opponents sending messages. The app keeps sending me requests to take action, despite clicking to take action to no avail. I have submitted logs and requested to repair files probably 100…

Games freezing
my matches keep freezing after deciding to keep the hand. Neither me nor my opponent get to play the first move, the timer runs out and then the client freezes or crashes

Mastery pass wrong packs
I was supposed to get 3 Lorowyn packs when I reach mastery Level 4 but it gave me 3 Edge of Eternity packs instead. Please Help.

My pick 2 TMNT draft wins did not register. Already won 2 wins.
I already reach mythic playing pick 2 TMNT drafts. Hoping to improved my mythic rankings. Played today afternoon and won a game. I noticed that my win didn't register. Still at zero and quest also didn't moved. Tried playing again tonight and still won but my win still at zero. I'm 2 - 0 now. I hope this can be fixed. Im trying to improve my mythic ranking.

My victories are not being counted
I won the 3 midweek matches and won a best of 3 ranked. And no victory was counted, and the mission that I would have already finished remains zeroed

Magic Arena, can't log in
after my last match today i simply wasn't able to connect to the game again, i get "Unable to login authentication failed for ********: Timeout"i tried reinstalling the game and some other trobuble shooting but nothing seems to work

All cards are black during drafting
During premium draft just now I was drafting and all cards were black. Loging out and loging back in during the draft did not solve the issue. I would like a refund for the gems spent on the draft.

Game freezes on cast or attack animation
When casting a spell and it goes to the stack, or during attack animations the game freezes and timer starts running out. I am unable to do anything and have to restart and rejoin the match

Matches freezing mid-game
Since the last update on February 24th, I've been having trouble playing. Matches constantly freeze mid-action, making it impossible to continue. I must have tried playing around 10 matches today, and this happened in 4 of them. This occurred in both standard ranked matches and duels with starter decks. I tried disconnecting from the game and rejoining the match twice on one occasion, but I remained frozen (it wasn't an internet outage, as the opponent continued to communicate). BUG: Cant change a Brawl deck to a Standard Brawl deck
I've made a duplicate copy of a brawl deck, and want to modify it to a standard brawl format. However, when I go to edit the deck details, the dropdown for deck type shows up under the card statistics, and is therefore unselectable.

Food Chain playable in historic format and missing alt arts on cards
Food Chain is playable in historic format after new patch. Also several alt arts missing (e.Force of negation, entomb..) from collection.

store error
When purchasing gems I am getting a Store Error - Unknown Error and am unable to purchase gems. I have repaired game files and the same issue remains.

Daily Wins and Missions not registering progress
On iOS, daily win progression and missions/quests are no longer tracking across any game mode. Progression stays on 0 despite meeting wins/criteria.

Daily quest doesn't light up and my wins doesn't count too
Being playing a couple of games I noticed my wins don't count trying to make it to 15 wins for the daily wins. Got stuck at 14, then the reset came played no counts still for both the wins and daily quest casts.

The daily win reward and killing opponent creatures reward is not working.
