How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Redeem Card in Master Emporium (Lorehold Historian) failed, card missing or still unowned but lost orb
Orb redeem failed; Today I got orb reward (Pic 1), proceeded to go to Mastery Emporium by clicking spend orbs. Spent orb to redeem Lorehold the Historian Card, purchase done, card no longer in lineup (Pic 2). Check card to include in deck but card is unowned and missing in library despite redeeming with orb (Pic 3). Requesting admin to help fix problem and I'm expecting to get the redeemed card. Using PC to play MTG Arena.

i selected play and was looking at my decks when i noticed the format where it says best of was colliding with the my deck title

Your game can’t shuffle
Why in the **** do 250 decks almost always win? They have an answer for everything and top deck everything they could ever dream of in a 250 ******** deck. Proof is in the pudding, the last game should NOT have come this close with that many in their deck.

The Reality Chip
The Reality Chip is attached to a creature, I should therefore be able to cast spells from the top of my library which I cannot. Fix it.

Major Graphic issues with latest Android update feb 24, 2026
The fonts are unreadable.. and graphics are missing..like nunbers representing health and power/toughness on cards! This is required to play the game I have put money into...

Arena keeps freezing randomly during games
Last week the game update caused my Android Arena to just randomly crash when in menu or game. Now this week I there is another update and now it is playing but when I cracked a map token, or pinnacle starcage, or just randomly, the game freezes and I can't interact with the cards. There are still music and sounds and I can swipe my mouse over the cards and they make a sound but no response. I start to time out and I reload the game which then puts me back in the game I was playing but then…

Timeout mid match
In 2 out of 3 of my matches today, the game would freeze after I took my action for the turn, and the screen would flash indicating I was timing out the match, but it gave me no option to continue playing. Before, I had some luck closing and reconnecting mid match quickly to fix issues like this,but in this case it kept getting stuck on this bugged loading screen. I am playing on android.

In the middle of matches, getting freeze screen with options button disappearing unenabling options for leaving match,multiple times today.
Freezes in midmatch with loss of option tab for backing out, only option left is to completely shut down app and reload, games not loading into match you left, automatically making it a loss. Has happened 4 times today, never in 3 years previous to last patch, I've tried uninstalling, and reloading, clearing cache, updating, it's definitely on your side.

Since the most recent update I cannot see text that is affected by abilities (life points, titles of cards, or power and toughness).

Today on 05/21/2026 @ 1800 hrs I used an orb in exchange for mythic rares that are not appearing in my library after purchasing pass
I purchased the pass for $20 and used the orbs from leveling to get multiple mythic rare cards from the store such as Prismari the inspiration, Mathemagics, Witherbloom the Balancer, Silverquill the Disputant, Lorehold The Historian none of them showing up in my library. which alone is a $20 value if i were to use mythic wild cards. Leaving me feeling ripped off and shorted. i was using these to build multiple different commander decks and now I can not until it is fixed or i am reimbursed.

0/3 Artifact creature with Skulk for 0 mana. A ground and pound version of the Ornithopter. Perfectly boring and yet multiple decks will find a way to exploit it.
