How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to get Collection
Hi, since April 24th I can't access the Arena server with the following error message: Unable to get collection. On April 23rd you did a server maintenance, apparently with an update to version 2025.47.35. I'm stuck on 2025.47.10 and my Epic Games Launcher (I have a Mac) still doesn't show any available updates. I can assume that this is the problem, but I can't find a solution. For now it's impossible to play.

Opponent segregation makes this a very unenjoyable game. Program chooses opponents based on decks used. Needs to be random.
The deck I use determines the deck I will face. This is unrealistic. Opponent selection should be either entirely random or by deck ranking based on performance. As things are, a deck becomes boring because it faces ONLY the same type of deck over and over again. A few decks fall into the program's algorithm for multiple deck types and that is more enjoyable, but it only makes the opponent selection algorithm obvious. MGTA needs to be more like MTG real-time in opponent selection - random or by deck ranking.

Can't read red lettering for deck count/size
When constructing a deck you have the total amount of cards shown. But, when you deck is under the requirement [deck size] the numbers are red. The red with the brown background doesn't allow enough color contrast and these numbers are unreadable (on a cellphone screen). Please fix this to allow these numbers to be readable.

Unable to draft cards in top/bottom view
Since the avatar update, on Android, I am unable to draft cards using the top and bottom view, because the select card button is missing. Only the side by side view works.

Can't craft FIC commanders for a brawl deck
I tryed to craft Tidus, Yuna's guardian for a brawl deck and it didn't appear in the browser when I searched by "tidus". Also, I didn't get any result when I filtered by "E:FIC", but for some reason, I changed my deck to "Friendly brawl" and now I'm able to craft it and put it in my brawl deck.

Sideboarding Issue
During sideboarding for a BO3 Explorer match I was unable to select any of my sideboard cards. I could remove cards from the main deck but once removed I could not add those back in either.

Unable to Login - Server Error
The app loads through “checking for active matches” but eventually times out and displays “Unable to Login” message. This was repeated on a Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel Pro Fold. Opening the app on an iPad Pro initially displayed “waiting for server” followed by “Error: error updating data,” but after restarting the app displayed “Network Error” and then “Unable to Login” after attempting to reconnect.
I was able to login very briefly circa 8:45am PST and opened the July Renewal Egg to collect the rewards before being logged off.
Issue began circa 9:00am PST on 29 Jul, 2025.

Direct challanges providing rewards
I have recieved rewards from a direct challange and, according to my research, thats not supposed to happen.

750 xp challenge only awarded 500 xp but awarded 750 gold
As the title says, I was supposed to get 750 xp for completing the challenge but only got 500 xp. I was at 250 and now am at 775 (500 + 25). Log file attached.

Tibalt's Trickery deck legality
I've played a Traditional Ranked Pioneer match in MTG Arena using a Tibalt's Trickery deck. Enjoying the experience, I've searched online to recreate the deck. However, when attempting to build it in MTG Arena, the game flagged Tibalt's Trickery as illegal in the Pioneer format, leading to confusion about the card's legality.

Depressurize Shows in Deck Despite Not Adding It
I have a Depressurize card and am trying to add it to a deck, but it shows that it's already in my deck. If it is, it does not show up on the deck screen and cannot be removed. Additional Depressurize cards (that I don't have) can be added and removed at will, it's only the initial card I own that can't be added.

Unable to purchase Edge of Eternity brawl decks
After patch 2025.50.20 and patch 2025.51.00, I still can't buy any EoE brawl deck. So, despite what you say at "bug fixes" at 2025.50.220 patch notes, no, decks are no back in the store! Tested in Windows PC and Android

unable to make purchases mac OS
Unable to make purchases on Mac OS running Arena through Epic Games Launcher. Clicking on price to purchase any item results in the client endlessly hanging on the "Connecting to Server" screen - the only way to kill it is to exit the client.
The 1-2 year old reddit suggesting running the client and Epic Games Launcher at the same time as a fix doesn't work.

Can’t add land to deck in cube
In chromatic cube draft on iOS, selecting Spara’s Headquarters to add to draft deck instead brings up menu to purchase cosmetics.

Deck Validation Failed during Midweek Magic BrawlBuilder
Throws deck valid error when trying to use a deck w/ the default restrictions in creating one from the midweek event’s “new deck” button. Please advise.

Deck Building with Upcoming Sets
I’d like to suggest an improvement to the deckbuilding experience with upcoming sets in MTG Arena. As it stands, we are able to preview new cards from the upcoming sets (EOE, in this case) in the MTG Arena client a week before their release. It would be great if we could at least build decks with these cards ahead of time, even if we couldn’t actually play with them.
Currently, players who want or need to build decks before a new set is released are forced to rely on external sites and tools, which some people either…3 votes -
My initial starting hand in every game is inconsistent and I think the deck shuffling and hand dealing is unrealistic.
I have 25 creatures in my deck, only 21 noncreature spells and 29 land. Every game I have played lately I am always getting like 3-4 noncreature spells and only 1-2 or sometimes 0 creatures in my initial hand. I am also hardly seeing creatures in my initial hand that I have 4 of in my deck but am always seeing noncreature spells that I only have 1-3 of and am getting duplicates or multiples of those spells in my opening hand. It just seems very unrealistic and inconsistent (the shuffling mechanism isn't randomising enough perhaps?) It is just…

Deck Construction side board bug interaction
When in the deck builder and having 4 copies of a single card, you are not able to move a copy of that card to the side board. This interaction happens when you have a combination of some copies already in the side board.

deck builder does not open (get endless loading screen instead)
Steam - PC
Steps:
Open deckbuilder (either via Collection tab and clicking any deck, or in limited try to build the limited deck, or view card pool in cube draft)
Get loading animation with message "Waiting for the Server..."
Should open the deck builder screen and let me edit deck.1 vote
