1. Bug/Max Speed ability unable to activate at Max Speed

   Bug: During a premier draft match I was unable to activate a max speed ability on Slick Imitator (Copy a spell or permanent) essentially costing me a match. There was just no option to activate. I have screenshots and logs. I will be removing this (essential) card for the rest of the draft.

2. 1 land hand start after mulligan, drawing no lands with a 24 land/ 60 card deck

   Please do something about this shuffler and the open hand AI system. I have a 60-card deck, 24 lands and plenty of mana dorks. why after 3 games am I having to mulligan after starting with only 1 land into another with only 1 land, then play 4 turns and no land draw. this is really annoying me because it seems this deck doesn't work anymore because of this. I am getting really bored of arena and going to start only playing on table top sim if this doesn't get changed.

3. Too many hackers/cheaters and no way to report or ban them

   MTGA has always been a cheaters paradise but now every mode is close to unplayable.
   There is not a single mode where you can use standard decks without being matched against a hacker who just rigs the match.
   For the record I like the concept of deck building. But it should be reserved for ranked and super competitive play, where it belongs, with all the butthurts who can't handle losing.
   A "casual mode" would be handy where both players are limited to standard decks.

   1. This is a card game - you never get beaten on skill, you get beaten by better cards.
   2. Some of us enjoy Color Challenge. This is for smart people who actually want to use skill with some of the more basic cards. Logically, if I am playing color challenge the opponent should be playing color challenge also - and bound by the same deck rules. Single color, 60 card STANDARD deck vs single color, 60 card STANDARD deck. That's called a level playing field, try it.
   3. There should not be cheese cards. They only exist for the people who are too stupid to learn actual strategies. Wizards of the Coast are under the delusion that "Magic is for everyone". It is NOT for everyone. It's for butthurt hacker cheats and noobs who can't play unless they have cheese cards. Those people account for 99% of the player base.
   4. Decks for Starter deck duels simply don't work. These are supposed to be random cards but players are still clearly hacking the game. Not once but literally thousands of times I've seen this, in all modes. As soon as you get the upper hand or play a card that is even slightly advantageous, opponents will mysteriously draw the EXACT cards needed to combat whatever you do. It is painfully obvious they are using an open deck stacked full of cheese and can just play any card in their library.
   5. Mana $crew. The game is programmed to prevent you playing certain cards. Example: if a card costs 5+ mana, the deck will find a way to never give you more than 4 mana. In other cases, you either get a hand full of lands and no creatures or creatures with no land to play them. Rigged.
   6. Timewasters. The bane of existence. Play a land, then play a creature or spell - it's not hard. I have seen multiple players just sit there for 10 minutes without the timeout fuse appearing. There needs to be an INSTANT penalty for this. All turns should have a maximum 30 second timer no matter what. If you can't do what needs to be done in that time, you forfeit the turn.

   The system needs a complete overhaul. Due to these issues the game is actually not fun anymore.

6. Unable to log in. Authentication failed: timeout

   Attempting to log into my account gives me this 'authentication failed: timeout' error. I get this error on all platforms (windows, android and IOS), and I can log in on these devices with other accounts. About 3 weeks ago I could log in but I have been having this issue for a week or so now.

   I have already tried restarting my router, using different networks, uninstalling and reinstalling the game on all devices, flushing DNS and resetting winsock on windows, verifying my account and changing my password, linking steam account, and disabling my firewall.

8. cannot select creatures to attack

   I tried to click the gear button to change settings but closed the client by mistake.
   I quickly restarted the app and rejoined the match.
   It was my declare attackers step but I could not select attackers.

10. Card Baleful Strix does not appear on searchs, and do not appear ok in acreated deck

    I have a deck with BALEFUL STRIX (1/1 deathtouch/flying arttifac bird) and it does not show it properly in games, causing not to stay in the battlefield.
    Also it cannot be retrieved from the deckbuilder to be added in new decks.

11. Unable to use all cards available to me in certain circumstances.

    Unable to access all my cards when I’ve reached a certain amount.
    On my iOS phone, once you reach a certain number of cards in your hand, or you’re able cast spells from exile/your graveyard etc. then you can’t select all of your cards as they become off- screen and unelectable.
    This is obviously an issue as you can’t cast all spells you’re allowed to. A recent issue I’ve just experienced from playing Emet as well however is that I’d flipped him and could play spells from my grave and had too many cards I could play so my actual hand went off screen. Then at my end step, I had to discard a card but because I couldn’t select one to do so, it made me forfeit instead.
    There needs to be a slider to scroll through your cards at a certain point so that you can access all your cards when playing on a smaller device.

12. Bad Shuffle fix

    Every time the game shuffles a deck it begins with the deck in alphabetical order so that identically named cards are stacked together. Once the game shuffles using the algorithm you most likely bought, it then locates those similarly named cards closer together in the deck than they would be in the real world. 13. Unable to connect on phone and pc

    Can not connect to magic arena, getting the errors:
    Network error
    Or
    unable to get collection

    Problem is on windows 11 AND on my android phone.
    Before I was able to play, but game was laggy and the store suddenly had a lock symbol om it, on restart I was not able to connect anymore.
    Friend of mine said my account was online, while I was unable to login.
    It worked on my pc suddenly, but half an hour later I got the same error again.

    Costumer support seems to not even read my message and just reply with standard information, which I tried like reinstalling and rebooting etc.

    Did a fresh install on both of them
    Rebooted pc and phone
    Turned off wifi on phone to use mobile network, did not work
    Dropped the 2 latest log files.

    Does anyone know what is wrong here?

    I had a friend tell me that arena gives you the option of the most resources out of a pick of two hands when giving you your first seven.

15. Casting Dragonologist does not let me select a card

    After casting Dragonologist in draft, I was not presented with the "select card" option at all. There was no option to move to the next phase so I had to let the turn timer expire. I had both an Instant and a Dragon Creature in the top 6 cards of my library.

17. Seal Product Codes Should Not Expire

    I bought a new old stock Jace Planeswalker Deck. It came with a digital code to play on Magic Arena but I can't use it apparently because it expired! How does it expire?! Digital is the only way to play right now with the pandemic and I can't use this deck all because Wizards of the Coast has codes expire... makes no sense. They should reactivate all codes that have expired from sealed products.

18. Unable to play cards from top of library

    I am unable to play cards from the top of my library mid game. I will have out Traveling Chocobo and the game will only let me hold to see the card in greater detail. It will not register that I am trying to tap or drag the land/bird card into play.
