How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Did not recieve mythic card from mastery pass upon hitting level

    Did not receive mythic card from mastery pass upon hitting level 62 of the mastery pass. No prompt after the game in which I reached that level.

    Historic brawl commander pairing adjustments don't seem to be working. Getting paired with Golos time and time again is ridiculous!!

  3. Historic Brawl match making

    Something is wrong with you matchmaking for Historic Brawl. I'm playing a 5-color Niv deck. I know it's one of the top-tier decks, and before the update I was mostly paired up with top-tier decks, like Golos, Bolas, Jeskai Narset, the Izzet Prismari head, mirror matches, Kinnan, etc. But now I ONLY get paired with one of three decks: the Prismari head (SO MUCH!), Jeskai Narset, or the mirror. That's it. The past about 30 games, have only been one of those three. Something's wrong. I play other decks and get matched against Golos, etc. , so I know people…

  4. Conclave Mentor and Cleric of Life Interaction

    There are two interrelated bugs involving Cleric of Life’s Bond and Conclave Mentor. First, when a Cleric of Life is on the battlefield and you play Conclave Mentor, the Cleric of Life does not always gain life, despite stating that “Whenever another Cleric enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 1 life.” Second, the Conclave Mentor, when life is gained, seems to negate any addition of +1/+1 counters.

  5. Instrument of the Bards bugged

    Instrument of the Bards is bugged. No matter how many counters were on it, I could not get a creature from my deck.

  6. Unable to selet/read/target jaded sell-sword

    In game [ios, ipad] opponent played jaded sell-sword and I was unable to block/target/read/select it at all. It was only this card.

  7. Ranking is broken, not moving up or down

    Constructed rank not moving up or down, been stuck on platinum t1/2 pips for 2 days should easy be diamond by now. Doesnt go up or down.

  8. Earn a new deck stuck at 0:00:00

    The earn a new deck quest feature is stuck at 0:00:00 left on the timer with no way to earn a new deck

  9. Best of 3

    Lost the first game in a best of 3 match and as sideboarding started the match ended and it said victory, but my rank was reduced by 1 tick from Platinum 1 to platinum tier 2 with 5/6 ticks.

    This was on the PC.

    I am not sure what it looked like for the other player's end, maybe to reproduce try losing the first game in Best of 3 then have the winner quit during sideboarding?

    Expected result with a Victory should be my rank going up and not down.

  10. Brawl Continued after opponent was in the negatives

    So, I was playing a brawl against another player and I got them to negative 17. I wanted to know why the game continued until I had to make another move which ended in me having to draw the last of my cards when it should have ended before the opponent had made another move? Is there something I am not aware of with brawls using commander decks?

    My opponent was at -17 and was still able to attack another turn making it so that when I did my final attack I had to draw cards and the game told…

  11. No mastery pass rewards past level 80

    The mastery pass rewards are bugged past level 80, where one should get an uncommon each level. I am at 87 currently, and didn't get anything for the last few levels.

  12. Only getting one point in BO3 if opponent quits during sideboarding

    Whenever a player quits during Sideboard in BO3, the winner only gets one point when before it was two. This needs to be addressed as it can get very abusive. Easiest way to reproduce bug is to play a BO3 ranked match and quit right away and concede during side boarding, checking the rank afterwords as it should only go up or down by 1 point

  13. Only getting one point in BO3 if opponent quits during sideboarding

  14. incorrect wins when opponent concedes Bof3 rank

    Twice since the recent Jumpstart Historic Horizons update on 24Aug2021 when my opponent concedes the entire match mid match I only get credit for 1 win on the Bof3 ladder. I believe this is incorrect. It should give two wins on the ladder like it always has. Please fix this.

  16. Memory Leak on 2021.8.0 iOS update

    Playing on iOS on iPhone XS and after the 2021.8.0 update as of 8/26/21 whenever I play several matches the game will start to stutter and eventually freeze up. Closing the app and restarting will fix it.

    I’ve seen things like this in software before and feels like you have a memory leak of some kind.

  17. Approach of the second sun

    Approach of the Second sun

    I cast Approach of The Second Sun from my hand twice but the second time it did not trigger to win the game. It just gained me 7 life and it went back into my library.

    It happened twice to me this week. Please help to rectify immediately.

  18. Friendly Brawl

    Me and my friend are trying to play friendly brawl or hitoric brawl but is not letting us to select the decks we want to play. We're trying to do it on our PCs. We want to be able to play either the friendly brawl or the 100 historic cards.
