How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

koma cosmos
Why is it so hard for you to fix Koma, the Cosmos Serpent? She crashes every game on mobile. Has been doing that for MONTHS. So many people have reported it, upvoted it and posted on social media about it by now. Do you guys go to work or just call in sick every second day or what's up with this company? At this point, it's just annoying. You earn so much money. Do your job and fix crucial bugs like this. Graphical glitches, crashes, and computer crashes.
Ever since the Duskmourn update, I (and multiple other people, including a few other bug reports on here) have been experiencing graphical glitches and freezes, including application crashes, as well as computer crashes caused by "graphical exceptions" on mutliple macs.
Hopping straight into a game with a already-made deck, including stuff like Jump In, still works (with a few graphical glitches here and there), but the minute you try to edit a deck, go to the shop, open a pack, or go to any other part of the application, it glitches like crazy and periodically freezes.
Reinstalling doesn't help.

graphic settings are not persistant after last patch
After the today's patch graphic settings are not consistant. after each game or restart of MTGA the client switches to windowed mode instead of the selected full screen. the window is cropped, due to the fact that the resolution of the window is the same as the screen, so the bottom is hiding under the task bar. maximizing the windows is also not possible (greyed out).

Cropping occurs on 16:10 screen resolutions (on macOS after 2024.40.30 update)
I’m thrilled to see that the new 2024.40.30 update has finally resolved a longstanding issue where MTGA was forced to display in the lowest resolution on macOS when in full screen mode.
It isn’t perfect however, as on my MacBook Pro M1 Pro, which has a built-in 16:10 display (3456 x 2234 resolution), several UI elements on the very left and right edges of the UI get cropped (e.g. the companions and stack partly appear off-screen).

Bestow
On mobile, when a bestowed creature dies it falls off but its icon stays small as if it is still an aura. If multiple creatures are created this way they stack on top of one another and are unable to be selected for the purposes of targeting, attacking, and blocking. Lost games because of this :(

"Arena Weekly Announcements" link in MTGA inbox throws 404 error
If you click the link in the "Arena Weekly Announcements" message within the MTGA inbox, it takes you to a 404 error page.
This has been happening for about the last month, and the 404 error goes away after a few hours, so there's clearly a timing issue with the post and notification publishing.

XP not given after 6th win today
After my 6th win of the day, each subsequent win displayed the graphic that I received 25 XP, but my XP total didn't change.

Don't get any exp anymore
Shortly after the update today, after I completed one of my daily quests, my exp didn't go up anymore. I've gone through my 15 victories, but after the 5th it stopped counting. Should have reached level 33 today on the mark, but it got stuck at 875 exp. ICRs and gold were awarded just fine.
I restarted the client, didn't help. I even restarted my computer, didn't help.
I'm running Arena under windows 10 on my laptop.

ERRORE DI RETE
Da oggi pomeriggio non si collega al server. Rimane in caricamento e poi viene fuori la scritta errore di rete. Mi sembra assurdo che sul sito dica che tutto funziona. La mia connessione è ok così come l'aggiornamento del gioco.

The Bushido ability has no tooltip for it's reminder text.

Please add collection tab to main screen
Please add collection tab to main screen. It's inconvenient to navigate multiple screens each time, and there's plenty of room for it.
Picture shown is me adding it 4 times in ms paint before the space normally reserved for draft tokens etc. (of course, adding it once is enough)

make a digital platform that isn't doodoo
Make the game less awful. Just once, try making a digital platform that isn't 1 million times worse than playing in paper. Fire everyone involved with arena and start over.

24 Sep 24 update causes game to crash
After downloading the updates on 24 Sep 24 the game will not load.
It comes up with a black screen with: Asset Error Detected
Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents
( OK )
The first time this screen comes up it will reload if you press OK. After the first time it will not reload and you can not press the OK button.5 votes -
Unable to get collection
Title says all. Impossible to connect to servers in a stable manner. The error states 'network error - unable to get collection'.
Tried all possible solutions listed in the troubleshooting section and nothing worked.

find match window problem
When I go to "find match" there aren't any playable visible decks, the rank is off and I can't choose the deck to play with...

Reproducible Game Freezes
Since last update, game will immediately freeze after 1) attempting to access store and 2) scrolling over rewards on home screen. If I steer around these problems, I eventually run into a mid-match freeze.
I can find no fix, including game reinstalls, computer restart, computer clean boots with no startup apps, and dropping game settings to lowest graphics.
I'm playing on a PC that has handled MTGA for 2 years without problems.

Constant crashes on Android since Foundations release
Game constantly crashing on Android since the release of Foundations. Crashing is frequent and sometimes happens with seemingly no cause, though accessing the deckbuilder always causes a crash before I can finish assembling a deck, and attempting to cast any "split" cards or "Room" enchantments causes an instant crash every time.

Auto Tapper Issue
Auto Tapper doesnt properly account for the ETB of Tranquill Frillback. I had it happen multiple times that it tapped two green sources to cast, leaving only a non green land untapped. With autotapper usually being somewhat reliable it sucks to take a loss because of this seeming oversight

Screen bug
I just started my Draf match and as soon as a card was casted for its Impending doom the card where stuck in the screen and I couldn't play
