How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Resolution on MacBook

    After the latest Update to Crimson Vow the resoultion on a MacBook Air is a mess. I can suddenly only choose one resolution and the windows is ether tiny in window mode or when I choose fullscreen mode on the left and right side there is some space missing so I cannot see the pets and the whole cards on the stack - which makes it not possible to play the game. Before the latest update all was working. (macBook Air 2020)

  3. Resolution on Mac after last update

    Have resolution problem after last update. Before that didin't have any issues
    I play on 1440x900. Thats highest resolution on my Mac and one and only one available on MTG Arena. No matter if I play on full screen or in window. Still don't see full card description :(

  4. Screen Resolution

    PC
    Cant change resolution.
    No other options.
    Game start in window mode by default no matter how I set it. Edit the reg but the game overwrites when it start.
    Was playing 1280x720 before. My monitor is 1024x768 with and hdmi to vga adapter. Never work well, constantly going to one resolution to another between matches. Just entering the config screen solves the issue. I would play in my native resolution, but the cards dont show in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

  5. Game client does not close on exit.

    When I close the game, it freezes and I need to shut it by force through right click - Close window. Otherwise it gets stuck forever. Happened every day since last week.

  6. Please fix your matchmaking

    Your matchmaker is constantly making me play a mirror match. Nine games out of ten will have at least one card in common with my deck. This makes for stale matches, especially when playing a control deck. Please make the match maker random!

  7. Avatar changed after restart MTGA for crash

    I usually use Sarkan Vol as my avatar.
    When I played a ranked match in the constructed, MTG Arena crashed.
    So I restarted it. After this, I found out my avator changed to Karn.

  8. Mac client won't run unless started from Epic Game launcher

    Ever since the last update, when I attempt to run the Arena app directly, it starts up as a black screen and shows the Arena cursor, but then never loads the game. The only way I can launch the game is by running Epic Games and then launching from there and the game will start and run normally. This DOES NOT occur on my other Intel based MacBook Pro, where everything is running fine.

  10. Treasure tokens and clue tokens unable to be sacrificed for mana or a card (relative to what the token does). This has been a recurring bug.

    Treasure tokens are unable to be sacrificed for mana intermittently. With Magda Brazen outlaw this seems to happen most often. Additionally, clue tokens generated frrom Briarbridge patrol and fateful absence have regularly been unable to be sacrificed to draw a card.

  11. All of my emotes are gone

    Playing on iPad, the client crashed while I was in the middle of a game. When I logged back in, all of the emotes I had were gone. When I go to the emotes page in my profile, it displays a message about how I can unlock emotes along with a confirm button. Clicking confirm takes me back to my profile. While on the emotes page, however, I can see behind the message that I have 0/10 stickers and none of the text emotes beyond the default ones. Please restore all of the emotes I had collected. Thanks!

  12. Cannot activate Clue tokens

    In multiple games today, I have had plenty of mana to activate clue tokens, but arena doesn't let me. In my most recent match, it almost cost me the game as I used Fateful Absence on my own creature to intentionally produce a clue token to draw a card, and arena refused to let me activate it for the remainder of the game.

  14. Mastery reward not received

    Hello

    I just finish mastery level 14 and I did not received corresponding rewards.
    Is that normal? Could you fix this?

  16. Color challenge bug

    On ios, downloaded arena when first available earlier this year. I did the first two of the black challenge and never got back to it. Picking it up again today it says the deck isnt available as you can see in screenshot attached

  19. Auto pass bug

    When using the auto pass button on opponent's turn, it does no work. I still have to click resolve manually on each effect. I use arena on android os. Auto pass functions normally on my turn.

  20. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.
