How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Yathan Tombguard caused a draw when it shouldn't have
Had a Yathan Tombguard on the Battlefield while being on 2 life. Attacked for lethal while 2 attackers with counters on them connected. The trigger should be put on the stack and not resolve, because the game is already over. Somehow I got a draw though.

Duplicate Rares in Sealed Pool
I have played in countless sealed events since 1998, everything from local pre-release events to massive Grand Prix events. In all that time, I can probably count on one hand the number of times I have received two copies of the same rare in my sealed pool. In the few times this has occurred, one of them has typically been a foil explaining away the occurrence. However, when playing sealed events on Magic Arena, it is not even uncommon to get two copies of the same rare in my pool. I have even received a duplicate of two different rares…

quick draft
Quest to complete 3 Quick Draft matches did not count any matches and rewarded me nothing. It still shows 0/3. Clicking the icon also doesn't bring me anywhere either.

Extra daily Quests
Having finished a daily quest earlier today, I now have 3. Pretty sure you are only supposed to get one new one every day, and i don't think i had any floating. I don't mind, but I don't wanna get accused of using exploits, so I'm giving you a heads up.

Crashing during draft
During my draft, the game lost its connection, and I had to restart and log back in to continue drafting, and had to take whatever cards the computer had picked for me

Update Midweek Magic Article with current events
Could someone update the webpage that talks about what the Midweek Magic events are? When you click the link in the article that comes out each week in Arena, there is a link to the midweek magic events for further explanation of them. This has not been updated since 2 weeks ago worth of events even though the article says Nov 18, 2024. The last event explained was March 18-20 Standard Cascade. Draft Loss Bug
I just won 2 games in a quick draft, i even got the next reward in the draft steps to the seven wins, but they are registered as losses too, so i lost a winning draft because of a bug. This is a loss of resources and it’ s a bit frustrating . Please can the team pf magic at least send me back the gems of the draft?

Unable to play/resign from my limited event
During a MKM quick draft match I got disconnected, and it spit me back out into the main quick draft screen nullifying the game. It counted as neither a win or a loss.
Following that I kept playing and trophied the run. Now I am unable to claim my rewards/queue a match/or even resign from the event. The client is saying I have 0 wins and 1 loss (though I cannot queue/resign) So I am effectively locked out of limited until the format rotates and the server auto resigns me :)

Mastery Pass card rewards not received at Level 58, Level 60, and Level 60+
I am level 67 in the aetherdrift mastery and have never received the card rewards. Level 58 mythic cards were not received

I play cube draft on arena, and when i win a match it signs as lost ?!?!?! wtf
I win 3 match and the draft said that i ve lost but i get me on 3 win step but with 3 match loss??

App shuts down during arena cube match loading

Unable to reconnect to match after server disconnected
I was playing in a standard event and was disconnected and bounced out of the game. I hit Play from the event screen expecting to be reconnected but it put me into a new game rather than reconnecting me to the existing game. This caused the other game to be scored as a loss

Finale of Devastation Bug
There is a bug with the card Finale of Devastation, it wouldn't let me search my library as its supposed to and I lost matches because of it. I'd like my gems back so I can draft again in a different format. Thank you for your help.

MWM locked after third win - cannot claim cosmetic.
Playing on iOS mobile - after getting my third win in MWM earlier, the claim/play button was replaced by a button to return to the home page. I’m unable to claim the cosmetic reward.
Tapping the reward track shows a total of 4 wins though I only had three. My last Opp conceded as I was swinging for lethal.
