How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Not receiving Mythic Rewards on Mastery Pass
I have not received any of my Mythic Card Rewards on the battle pass. I’ve been receiving only common or uncommon.
I am level 79.

Vault Progress Is Not Correct (Reward % For Duplicates Is Missing)

First of all, I don't know if you're aware of this, but your website seems to do everything in its power to make it impossible to submit a ticket with your Customer Service. After signing in on the main https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account sign in page, this page (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us) still asks you to sign in if you want to submit a ticket. However, clicking on the Sign in button on this second page just takes you back to your account/profile page. Subsequently, clicking on Customer Service from there takes you back to the Support landing page where you are…

PC, I was opening a booster, after clicking the screen just said "ok". Clicked "ok" and check on my bag i didn't see what it came in that booster, just like nothing was gave to me, please help me.

The packs that I exchanged for gold do not appear
I bought packs redeemed with gold and could only open one pack. I need them to be able to recover the rest of the packages as Only one can open

Bought with coins didn’t get items

Update the drop rate webpage for DMU
Can you please update the drop rate and mastery pass description page for DMU? Specifically I'm wondering how the system handles rare card rewards which are specific cards (not ICRs) which the player already owns.
The below page would have the info I'm looking for, except it's only been updated for HBG...

Packs Contained One Card Each, Missing the Rest
I just cashed in 3000 coins for 3 regular Dominaria United packs and went to go open them. The first pack opened normally, displaying all the cards on the screen. I still had two packs left to open, but when I clicked on the next pack it just showed me two rare cards at the same time, already revealed, and no other cards in the pack, and apparently that action consumed BOTH of my packs. I'm not seeing any other cards in my collection that could have been the undisplayed cards from those incomplete packs.

Wildcards in the season pass
All of my wildcard rewards have not been awarded to me throughout the recent most battlepass, I've lost out on like 3 or 4 mythic wildcards and a couple of common and uncommon wildcards. This is very annoying and also causing my progress on my deck to be paused.

Store Daily Deals
If it costs 3000 gold to buy a rare card style normally, then why would the Daily Deals for the pain land styles (such as Adarkar Wastes) also be for 3000 gold? Especially when they claim to be 40% off? I would like some sort of refund for the gold/gems I spent on these styles because of my lack of discount.
TLDR; The 40% discount on the Daily Deals in the Store are not reduced in price at all, let alone 40%.

It says it has already been redeemed but I only opened the pack last night at a draft.

MTGA Dominaria United prerelease code redeemed, clicked redeem, but no packs were delivered
Arena code from prerelease event was entered and accepted fine. Upon clicking "REDEEM" I have one pack, not six, in my PACKS tab. Tried code again and it says it has already been used.

Prerelease code not working
I picked up a Dominaria United prerelease pack and the code inside doesn’t work. I tried a few times in case of errors on my end but to no avail. It simply gives an error message saying that the code is wrong or already redeemed.

No Jump In Tokens in Mastery pass
I cannot see the advertised Jump In Token rewards in mastery pass, only the extra boosters/IRCs.
They be added to our collection at a what levels?
