How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Hendon Shrine Fail
I bought all the Hendon Shrines and when I went to build a deck it says that I didn’t purchase them. I later find out that I can’t use them with the standard battles. Why are you selling them if I can’t use them?
I would like the 4250 coins back please. I would have bought a Strixhaven deck instead.

Purchased card style not applied or available
I purchased the 5 legendary dragon card styles yesterday (01/02/22) and in my deck editor there is no “apply styles” button, nor are the cards changed. I have checked for updates and reloaded my game numerous times. Please remedy.

Make the Welcome Bundle a monthly option
Could you make the Welcome Bundle (or something similar) a monthly option instead of a once-in-a-lifetime-oppotunity?
The current Gem prices are ridiculous, but the Welcome Bundle was very fairly priced and I would gladly buy it once in a while. And I guess, I'm not the only one.3 votes -
store buttons not working
The Packs section of the store is partially functional. Some of the purchase buttons don't work (e.g. Innistrad: Crimson Vow purchase for coins doesn't work, the Cancel buttons for others don't work)

Internal Store Error when purchasing packs
When I purchase a pack, I get a message that says “Internal Error” and when I return to the pack screen, whatever I tried to purchase has been duplicated on the menu.

Gifting Gems and Coins
Hello,
My son loves to play Arena (I play, too), and I thought a great gift would be to buy him gems and coins, or gift him the ones I've amassed through playing my daily quests. However, there isn't any way to do this that I could find. I had to log onto his account and just buy them there, which wouldn't be an option if his laptop didn't happen to be handy. It would seem like a no brainer to have a way to gift these items through the site to "friends" on the app. If that's possible, it's…2 votes -

mastery pass reward missing

Strixhaven Daily Deal
Purchased a Strixhaven pack on Daily Deals, but no pack appeared on the Pack tab. On Daily Deals the offer says it has been purchased. Purchased with coins. On Android.

Cards not received !!!

I tried to purchase the daily special of one pack of cards, but was not given the pack. The store said that it was purchased, but I did not get the pack. Rip-off!

Buying Booster packs
Hello!!
I would like the option to buy as many I can boosters.
When you buy with coins you must do it one by one. It will be such easier if you let us choose how many do we want to buy.
