Lanzo una carta y se congela la pantalla completa
En repetidas ocasiones, pasa esto en medio de una partida. Ya cansa y da ganas de dejar el juego por estos inconvenientes. Así como en esta ocasión me ah pasado en medio de drafts. Y eso provoca más enfado de mi parte. Mi sugerencia es que optimicen el juego en android.

Game crashed during premier draft
Game crashed during draft. No error message appeared. I was passed a pack, but no cards appeared. I clicked the drafters to my right and left and the screen that shows where packs are did not open. I clicked out of the draft and tried to click back but that didn't work either. I quit the game and restarted and by that time the draft was finished and I didn't have a playable deck.
I need a refund for this draft.
Screenshot shows the closest thing to an error message that appeared during this issue.

Mtg crash on iPhone after chat
Hi, I was in my fifth game of a quick draft on my iPhone 11, my opponent said hello on their first turn. I played a land and responded with a hello. As soon as I did, my screen froze and my app crashed. I loaded the game back up, entered the match and as I did I could see my timer was running out, so I quickly played an island. Despues de utilizar "descubrir la fórmula" no se descuenta perpetuamente el valor de las cartas que tenia en mi mano, no me deja jugar "dividir entre cero" por 2 manas. Adjunto foto

ladder play no longer affects my rank
Ladder play no longer affects my rank. It's been this way for weeks now. I remain stuck at Bronze Tier 1 no matter how many ladder games I win or lose.

I just want to play the game!
I'm so sick and tired of your rigged ******** shuffler screwing me out of nearly every draft! Going 0/3 with a GOOD DECK because the game doesn't allow you to play 3 games in a row, before your deck ever got the chance to function, is ridiculous. This trash would NEVER happen in paper. EVER. The only time I ever drew 9 lands in a row in paper was after the deck had done its thing and all I needed was 1 spell to win the game. But in Arena, the INSTANT I waste resources on limited I start drawing…

Optional Monthly Subscription Implementation
The economy in Arena is abysmal. The ability to play different competitive decks is a huge challenge for a budget player how does not want to spend money on a digital card game as if it’s an actual physical card game. I purpose, as a solution, an implementation of an optional subscription service that gives players all copies of cards in the game so long as the subscription is paid. Ideally the subscription would not be at odds with season passes or cosmetics because a) a player could still add to their personal collection that is separate from the subscription…

No reward from Daily Quests
For the last 2 days, when I've completed a daily quest (ie; Cas X blue/red spells, etc), the test progress will complete, but once the quest finishes it simply disappears w/no reward.

Multiple-double damage
While I was fighting versus a player, he was using two "Calamity Bearer" giants, which have the ability of double the damage you or your creatures are going to inflict to an other player or to his creatures.
When there were two "Calamity Bearer" the damage I got was ×4 (is applicated one ability and next the other over the first, bht these abilities were called together, so right is get normal damage ×3:
basic damage + the same basic damage by first ability + the same basic damage by second ability=
=basic damage(1+x), x=number of doubling damage.

Hexproof problems
Hi, I have detected a malfunction in the mechanics of hexproof and in the more particular mechanic of the Iron-Scaled Hydra, albeit similar.
CASE FIRST, more precisely found with the Rock-Armored Baloth, a card I use, against a player who used a lot of mass destruction creatures cards. I bring it to your attention because hexproof says:
"A player or permanent with hexproof can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control."
but it didn't work against cards like Strand the Wreck which reads: "Exile all attacking creatures opponent controlled ..." or Realm Collision: "Destroy all creatures",

Scute Swarm Bug
The game times out on you if you reproduce too many scute swarms with a life gaining card like Prosperous innkeeper. I timed out because I made 175 scute swarms plus added those life counters and it would not let me skip the scute swarm making graphics or move onto my next step. So it prevented me from attacking to end the game and then from taking another turn until my timer expired.

The reason I've stopped playing arena.
Hi there,
I just wanted to say I've not felt the desire to play magic the gathering arena since you changed the matching system to pick decks of the same type. It's over simplified the game. I was a daily player and I've not not played in months.I'm not expecting you to do anything about this, but if I feel this way then I guess there is a fair chance other people do.

Emergency Powers card drawing
Opponent used Emergency Powers, received 7 news cards to hand, but I only received 1 card (instead of 7). Definitely impacts the competitive balance of a game.

Forcing alchemy
Stop putting alchemy as the default for decks and playing. I dont want to play alchemy. I hate it, the implementation is awful and has pushed me to not even want to touch historic.
On top of that I get put into alchemy que accidentally because y'all are trying to force it down our throats by putting it as the default deck building format and default que. I have never once wanted to play alchemy or make a deck for it.
If your going to put that garbage into arena at least stop trying to force me to "try it…
