How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Where does the fifth copy goes? And mastery pass
Where does the fifth copy goes? It seems that it disapears as soon as I got it. Even rares. Maybe I don't know where it goes, I need some help
I purchased the mastery pass but I didn't get the mythic cards

Can’t Resume Event
I was partway through a Traditional Standard Event that I paid with gold to join. I had several wins but I admittedly don’t remember how many as it has been several days since I played. Resuming my event appears as an option when I go to the Play screen (see screenshot). But, when I click resume, it takes me to the standard pay screen (see second screenshot). I for some reason cannot resume or finish the Event I had started so I would like my gold refunded. Thank you.

[BUG] Incorrect Loss registration Alchemy Meta Game Challenge
On 26-3-2022 at 11:50 I played my 5th match in the Alchemy Meta Game Challenge and I won the 2 necessary games to get the win, but after the win I am sent back to the event page and it registered as a loss. The meta game challenge is really hard to get to 7 wins and I was going for it. Now I missed out on my possibility to get 7 wins straight. I have attached proof of my wins.
Please give me the 7 wins reward (5k gold and 30 packs) or restore my progress, so I can…

Suggestion: Proxies for unranked games - 1 proxy per current rank (mythic: 6)
It's painful to use wildcards for a deck you think would work great - but then it doesn't perform as you expected. So you've wasted that precious wildcard ... that's a bad user experience.
In paper magic, there is an easy solutions: Proxies. We put a piece of paper in our sleeves and write the name of the card on it. We test it and if it works we buy the cards.
Like in paper magic, proxies should not be allowed in competitions or ranked games.
For unranked games, to avoid the risk of taking away the fun of collecting…

Alchemy Metagame Challenge Rewards
Hi, at aprox 9 pm, I finished a run in the alchemy meta challenge. My score was 4-1, so I clicked in claim prize and I received 5 kamigawa neo dinasty packs instead of the kamigawa alchemy packs I as supposed to receive. In the image of the event you can clearly see that the prizes are alchemy packs and not standard ones.

Youre forcing people to find the most cost efficient cards, and whatever YOU make most efficient wins. You need to release the controls.
The corporation's control over the game is boring and stale, you needto diversify what CAN win by reducing the cost of mana artifacts and increasing their availability. This will diversify the top and allow people more freedom to bring anything at all to a tournament. People are so sick of black doing the same murder creatures in every set since the beginning and when the company decided to make it a creature oriented game, that made black more powerful and imbalanced the system. is there a possibility to add a better bot experience?

The number of mana decrease is showed as "1]" instead of a clear mana circle with a 1 inside.

Compensation packs
Many players (mostly mobile ones) are not receiving the compensatory packs for the bug in the alchemy challenges, can you at least avoid bugs when you compensate the players?

Draft froze during picks
During a premier draft Neon Dinasty I didn't receive my 5th pick. I suspected the game had frozen, but when hovering cards they would still appear, open the friends menu and change the deck layout. So most of the interface was working, but I couldn't see the rotation of boosters. These buttons didn't work. After a while I was sure something went wrong, but still there was nothing I could do. I exited Arena and reentered. My deck was built with random cards as I suppose I the console made all the picks after timeout.

Rank Will not Go UP
1. Play standard ranked
2. PC/Android
3. Ranks will not advance and are stuck on Bronze Tier 4 stating I need to play in an event that I've played several of. I've attached current event SS to show I'm playing in events.

I would like someone to answer me …is it normal that I lose my match just able to play a land and a creature ?

22 damages while I have time only to play one land ?
Ok the game is fast but this is comic ridicolous..it’s something the players will leave the game because it’s unreal
