How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug in hand smoother in traditional draft
There’s clearly a bug in the draw smoother in NEO traditional draft.
I had three matches in a row w/ no land in opening hand (17 lands / 40 cards).
Then I had it every other match for next 4 matches.
Mulligan appears to solve the bug (it’s just opening 7).

harmonious emergence and tamiyo's safekeeping bug
With four life remaining and a tamiyo's safekeeping in hand, I knew I had exactly lethal on board by using a harmonious emergence and swinging with every creature that didn't have summoning sickness. However, arena multiple times in this game is requiring a 5 mana cost rather than a 4 mana cost to cast emergence, so I couldn't attach it to my last remaining land. Unable to deal lethal that turn, I knew they only had a 5/5 flyer so that I would just cast Tamiyo's Safekeeping after they declared attackers, give myself two life, and then crack back to…

When chosing a deck when lauching a game, MTGa crashes and the app stops working. I have to reopen it at each time. The only way I can change the deck I play with is to change it through the Apple iPhone app.

lost priority
Dear support,
despite having 2 treasures in play i did not gain priority post combat on my opponents turn, it made me skip a draw in this draft game from my reckoner bankbuster.
Maybe it had something to do with my opponent casting the card clawing torment on my vehicle?

In the last month my game keeps freezing and crashing multiple times a day

Intercessor's Arrest + Replication Specialist
I lost in sealed when I played intercessor's arrest on a replication specialist. The specialist was able to continue to produce duplicate artifacts for my opponent.

MTGA freezing
Arena freezes during game (standard ranked). After a while opponent seems to be roping out but never does, hourglass stays. Can't concede the game so have to force shut.
Second time in 20 minutes... Unplayable atm.6 votes -

Lost suddenly during draft
I was playing draft, and suddenly I lost. I had more creatures than the opponent and good amount of life. If he attacked, I would survive and I would win next turn.

Opponent timeout counter not used.
Playing a match of standard play (not ranked) entered a match with a blue red deck. They played reality chip turn one, I swung in with a 1/1 flyer turn 2 and on their second turn they played lizard blades and emoted "oops" "goodgame" and now their timeout counter reached zero but never actually timed out the match. (The match is still on in the background) I've attached the log file and have screen capture of the board state and infinite timer if that is required. Arena disconnected me twice in a row
MTGA froze two times in the same manner (nothing happens, but in reality the timer has been activated on me and eventually I get disconnected) while playing the Standard Event. This also happened to me in a tournament.

timeout
- I am playing in a limited draft
- I am on a PC
- The opponent's timeout timer got to the end and nothing is happening
- It's supposed to go to my turn automatically if the opponent does nothing

TIMER DOES NOT TIME OUT?!!
$%^& your bug reporting system, as I have had to do this 4 $%&* times just to get this post. Game is not timing out on my opponent, who is just chilling at the damage part of combat. SEE LOG

Game not timing out when oppent does not go to damage step.
God **** and ******** you ****** bug report system. Game is not timing out on an opponent who has stalled me out at the damage step.

Maskwood nexus not interacting with shrines
Maskwood nexus did not make my creatures count as shrines and count for the number of shrines when my shrine abilities triggered.

Arena skipped my turn multiple times - Kamigawa Premier draft
Arena skipped my turn multiple times. This happened when I had cards exiled with experimental synthesizer on two occasions, but had the mana to cast them. It also did so once while I had mana to cast a colorless artifact creature.
Can you please refund my 1500 gems? This caused me to lose.

Disconnected during draft for update
Hey, I was disconnected from a draft and couldn't log back in. Didn't realize this was due to an update occurring, wasn't given any heads up while I was playing that this would be occurring else I would have waited til after to start the draft. Hoping to get a refund as I only got halfway through the second pack and couldn't make a coherent deck. Thanks!
