How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Limited rank dropped after winning a constructed match

    I was playing in a traditional constructed event (Historic), and after winning a match, my limited rank dropped. This has happened multiple times, and will likely prevent me from getting to mythic if it continues.

  2. Return Land from Graveyard to Battlefield

    When playing World Shaper with the new land cards, such as Song-Mad Treachery/Song-Mad Ruins. Should World Shaper return Song-Mad Ruins from the graveyard to the battlefield. It's ability reads "When World Shaper dies return all land cards from the graveyard to the battlefield tapped". Song-Mad Ruins is a land card, it can be played from the graveyard as a land using the Ancient Greenwarden ability.

  3. Scute Swarm Gamebreaking

    I see no one posted this, but its a bug people are abusing hard even in Play Queue, the combo of making 700 "Scute Swarm" tokens making the opponent timeout or even lag out of the game, instead of the caster being the one timing out, giving free wins by breaking the game, luckily i had ''Peer Into the Abyss + Underworld Dreams'' and a high end PC that left me with 3-5 seconds before timing out and ended up winning even when opponent was spamming emotes thinking he timed me out while game was also lagging hard, this needs…

  4. Game automatically passed my turn when i had cards to play

    I had a Rabid Bite in my hand, an indestructible Archon of Emeria with a +1/+1 counter into play and a Plains with Nissa's Zendikon, my opponent had a Ancient Greenwarden. I attacked with my Archon, my opponent blocked with his Ancient Greenwarden, and the game automatically passed the turn. I could have used Rabid bite to destroy his greenwarden with my animated land, thus resulting in a loss, since he didnt play any flying or reach creatures, and didn't destroy/exile my archon.

  5. Tier does not increase with victories

    Tier will decrease to minimum level, but never increase up on wins. Appear to be stuck on Gold3/4

  7. Normal play queue is affecting my constructed rank

    Since ZNR released i've been trying out new deck ideas in the normal play queue.
    For some reason after every match, win or lose my constructed ranking is being affected.
    I don't want to keep losing rank because i'm trying new ideas in a queue that shouldnt be ranked.......

  8. Player Draft Token Missing

    I saved a player draft token from the previous mastery pass to use when this new Zendikar set came out. When I was finally able to log in today, I noticed there was another player draft token in the shop, so I bought that. However, the little icon at the top of the screen says I only have one player draft token.

    Is this a visual bug, or was my old player draft token removed during the recent update? Please help!

  9. Constructed Rank Affected by non-constructed play after switching from "standard ranked" to "play"

    It happens for me when I play in a standard match, and then switch to regular play afterwords. If I close out and go straight to play it doesn't affect my constructed rating.

    To replicate, play a "standard ranked" match
    switch to "play"

    Work around is to close program and log back in.

  11. timer

    My Nissa of Shadowed thoughts bugged when targeting a land. It wouldn't allow me to target anything but did again after my timer ran out. After I successfully untapped a land the games times stopped working. It kept giving me priority when it shouldn't and my opponents timer wouldn't work. The game completely froze after playing a land off scale the heights. eventually my timer ran out.

  12. Crash During Draft

    My Arena crashed during a draft. When I hit "reconnect," it stuck on the "An asset error occurred during your last play session. Validating asset file to ensure stability, this may take a while." It is stuck at 10% and will not move.

  13. Decks disappeared, can't import or build new decks

    After the update and hot fixes yesterday, all of my decks disappeared. I can't use the big + button to create a new deck, and I can't import a deck either. Clicking on any button on the Decks screen does nothing except Collection, which does show up properly.

    Also if I try to "Add to decks" for a draft deck, that doesn't do it either, the deck doesn't show up in Decks. My wife's and son's accounts signing into the same client on the same computer do not have the same problem.

    Please help! I can't play any constructed or…

  14. Moraug's Landfall Trigger does not successfully trigger

    Just lost a game I should have won because Moraug's trigger didn't go off properly. I casted him, played a land and moved to combat but didn't receive my extra combat phase or buffs.

  15. Could not Block with Allowed Blocker - Cost me Game

    I ended up losing a draft because I had a creature that I could not assign as a blocker, even though it was free to do so. I have the log captured, and the screenshot of it showing up as available to block.

    I checked to see if there was some kind of spell cast that forced me not to block - nope - it just wouldn't let me select it as a blocker.

    It ended up costing me the draft game, which is really frustrating.

  17. Lost a step on my Constructed Rank after a victory

    Won a match BO3 at 6:50a PT 9/18/20 at Gold Tier 3 and instead of gaining any steps in my tier, I lost a step after a victory.

  18. Card bug : Valakut exploration don't deal the usual damage if the exiled card is a land

    I play Valakut exploration, my opponent either .
    I use landfall, the card remmoved from the game was an island, at the end of my turn, the island don't damage my opponent.
    He du the same, get a spell and do the damage .

  19. Impossible to play in second main phase

    During my sealed, after my combat phase, it was impossible for me to cast a spell. And the game was stopped on my phase. I was forced to exit the game. Fortunatly I don't lose the game (was at 4W/2L) but I don't win it even if I was very closed of the win.

  20. brazen borrower

    Brazen Borrower could not target glorious anthem in a standard match. My opponent had some tokens, Basri Ket, Hushbringer out. I couldn't bounce the anthem and I lost the match because of it.
