How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. mastery rewards past lv 90 not recieved

    I'm at mastery level 103, and just bought the mastery pass after finishing a draft. I got all the rewards up to and including mastery level 90, but none of the 13 uncommon cards came through.
    I couldn't see that I recieved any rewards other than the lv1 rewards (as a pop up on the screan), but checking the packs tab showed that I got them, looking at the mastery tree showed the orbs, I got the token, the gems (not sure about the gold but probably got that too). klicking on build new deck showed that I had gotten…

  2. Friendly Brawl

    Can't play brawl with friends. Whenever you send a challenge it just gives standard decks and says decks are invalid. I can see this issue being a problem for months now. Can we not get this fixed. You are only hurting your game. Numerous people only play this to play with friends.

  3. Setting to decrease cpu usage and graphics

    I think I would be really beneficial if there were some settings to decrease the graphics. Often times, I lose mtg games due to lag from the high intensity in all the graphics. I lose more due to these issues than actual play. As well as it had gotten so bad once that I could no longer draft cards in a draft.

  4. add confirmation check when opening the vault

    Please add a confirmation check when players click to open the vault.

    I have ( on more than one occasion, unfortunately ) accidently clicked to open the Vault, when I had actually wanted to keep in closed so that I could monitor my progress towards completing the next Vault.

    Once you open the Vault, there is no undoing this action !

    A confirmation check asking whether you really want to open the Vault, would be incredibly helpful, so that you can avoid accidently opening the vault when you really don't want to.

  6. While sideboarding, opponent quits and it gives me 2 game loss

    I’m 1 win away from diamond constructed. Playing best of 3 constructed. I loose game 1 and while sideboarding my opponent quits but I receive 2 game loss and now I am 3 wins away from diamond. This is unacceptable. Please fix

  7. Pioneer with Existing Cards

    Instead of waiting like 5 years until its all avaliable It would be awesome if you could add a beta Pioneer format consisting of all the cards already legal on on the platform, then gradually add the remaining cards as they get introduced.

  8. QQ hotkey improvement suggestion

    When using qq to tap for all mana it would be cool to have a way to manually untap specific permenants. For example: I want to quickly see how much I can max out Hydroid Krasis but still leave open Phyrexian Tower

  10. concede rival banquilleando y pierdo un peldaño de wins ganados!

    concede rival banquilleando y pierdo un peldaño de wins ganados! Primera partida del día de hoy. Juego historic bo3, el rival gana primera partida, estando banquilleando para la segunda partida sale como rival concede y el cartel de victoria! sin embargo, en vez de subir halo me han descontado como si hubiera perdido una partida en bo1!! De verdad que con tantos bugs es frustrante jugar al arena. adjunto archivo log. me van a dar alguna respuesta o solución?

  11. Lost connection to server

    Hi, I was playing a quick draft AFR and in my third game, turn three or four, when I suddenly lost connection to the server, prompting me to try and reconnect. After many attempts I was unable to do so. I checked my internet connection and all was okay. I then had to log into my phone and try to play the game however by the time I was able to, I had missed a turn or two, had my board cleared and was very far behind. Was there a known issue with the servers?

  14. Players use Concede during sideboarding to take advantage on ladder

    For months, more and more players concede while sideboarding (using ESC+concede), taking an advantage of the partial result, especially if the match-up is bad for them.
    Yesterday only, on 6 duels, it happened to me 3 times.

    The software keeps only the present results match after match, instead of the whole Bo3 result. Which brings clearly to cheating behavior as players are now doing so take advantage of the system failure. Herebelow are some conceding exemples:

    1 / Player A concedes while sideboarding at 1-0 : he wins on the score of 1-0 and get one rank brick. Doing so,…

  15. Splendid Reclamation + Ruin Crab = Unexpected match ending bug (repeatable)

    Pulled 30+ lands from graveyard to battlefield with Splendid Reclamation while Ruin Crab was on my battlefield. Caused error that crashed the game forcing a "draw" when it was mill for win. This is not the only time this has happened and is a repeatable bug as it has happened 3 other times in the last week.

  16. フィーチャードラフト　参加報酬について

    お世話になっております。

    元はダブルフィーチャードラフトに1回参加する
    たびに1つのカードスタイル入手だったところ、
    2枚にして頂けるということで感謝致します。
    ありがとうございます。

    その一方で、欲しいカードスタイルが当たる迄
    ダブルフィーチャードラフトにチャレンジ
    しようとしていた私にとっては、今回の対応は
    あまり嬉しくない点があると感じました。
    それはスタイル配布のタイミングです。

    私はスタイルをコンプリートするつもりは無い
    のですが、今のままでは"欲しいスタイルを確実
    に入手"するために、コンプリートに相当する
    回数のドラフトチャレンジが必要になります。
    (スタイル配布タイミングで欲しいスタイルを
    入手できていなかった場合、再挑戦もできない)

    このままでは当初のイベントとは主旨が
    変わってきますので、別の対応が必要だと
    感じます。

    スタイル配布枚数は以前のままでも良いので、
    ドラフト参加のたびにどのスタイルが入手
    できているかわかるようにして頂きたい
    と感じるほど、いまの対応は私にとって嬉しく
    ありません。

    大変お忙しいところ申し訳ございませんが、
    別の対応方法をご検討頂けますと
    ありがたいです。

  17. Ainok Bond-Kin bug

    While playing on 02/07/2022 approximately 8:30-ish PM my Ainok Bond-Kin was tapping when I activated ability Outlast. There is not a "tap" symbol on the card to suggest that it needs to tap for the ability. I recently added this card to my deck to see how it would play...and well, it doesn't. I cannot attack with it after I have added a +1/+1 counter.

    I'll keep playing with it to see if it is every time I attempt or if I need to logout completely to jump start the system.

    Should of screenshotted it but it wouldn’t allow me to cast nor discard it from hand. Was able to cast different spells. It cost the game. XD

  19. Pre Order Kamigawa Neon Dynasty bundle disapeared

    I pre-orderred both Kamigawa bundle. There showed up in my pack tab as unoped and able to be redeemed on the 10th of Feb. One of them is not showing up anymore (the one with the draft tokens)

  20. PLAYNEO redeemed but didn't receive anything

    I think you enabled the code playneo too early. I tried keying it in out of curiosity and it accepted it. However, it waited for the server and eventually didn't do anything. I went to the packs section and alas there was nothing there. After retrying the code it says it was already redeemed.
