How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game keeps crashing

    Playing arena on iOS (iPhone). Keeps crashing several times during matches. Almost lost due to being timed out. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Was working great before the recent big upgrade. Very frustrating

    In a Quick Draft game, Bladecoil Serpent from a UB opponent, paid with BBBB and UU (discarded 2, drew 1), entered with trample and haste.

  3. iPad crash

    The app close automatically when I try to play a game. When I reopen it, the it’s in “waiting a player” and crash again. No problem in shop, deck.

  4. The Magic The Mirror Crashes iOS to Home Screen If On Battlefield

    Whenever "The Magic Mirror" is loaded onto the battlefield, it crashes iOS to the home screen. This includes both when cast as well as when trying to return to the game with it still on the battlefield. So the iOS player is then locked out of the game. 100% repro rate.

  6. koma enter the battle feild crash

    Koma enter the battle feild,my iphone crash and unable to return to battle.
    I'm very sad . I've experienced this three times with this cube draft. It might be because of my iPhone, but I'm very sad to think that I won't be able to draft anymore.thank you.

  7. Starter Deck not working

    Since last update Starter Deck challenges (PvP) are not working. Game sits in challenge room, but never connects to another player. I've let timer run up to three minutes several times on different dates. The rest of the challenge areas are working normally.

  9. Sideboard does not display correctly

    Sideboard does not displey corrctly.
    Only "1x".
    A(2) + B(4) + C(4) + D(4) + E(3) = ALL(15), displayed A&B&C

  10. ICRs not being assigned after update

    After the latest update (18.07.23), individual card rewards for completing dailies are not being assigned anymore, at least on mobile on Android. Experience and gold are handed out fine.

  11. Audio Bug: Audio desyncs then no audio

    Since July 2022 update, after playing a few short games or even one long game, audio becomes de-synced, and then audio cues stop playing, then all audio drops out. Restarting the program fixes it until it happens again after just a few matches. No other problems with game, my audio, or my PC.

  12. Jump In and Starter Deck Duels matchmaking issue?

    After today's update, if you attempt to play in the Jump In or Starter Deck Duel formats, you just wait indefinitely on the matchmaking screen (5+ minutes).

    If, however, you enter something like Historic Play and select one of the starter decks, you are able to find a match pretty quickly, so the problem seems to be with the specific Jump In and Starter Deck Duel "environments."

  13. Sideboard only showing 4/15 cards when in deckbuilding

    I am trying to modify my sideboard for my timeless Bo3 with the new set just dropping. My sideboard states that it has 15 cards in it, but only my companion and 3 additional cards show. I have not modified anything. I am able to add cards, but then it says that I am over the 15 card limit.

  14. stuck on waiting for opponent

    I am stuck on waiting for opponent, spent more than 10 minutes per time, I restarted MTGA 2 times and always the same, I also tried to start Arena on my android smartphone and the problem is still the same, I start the game and it goes directly to the match and it stucks on waiting for opponent

  15. Bug in Direct Challenge mode

    Unable to play in Direct Challenge Mode tonight with my wife. Other formats (such as Midweek Magic) worked fine, but DC mode just timed out with "network error" bug

  16. Faith Unbroken bug

    An opponent exiled my creature with Faith Unbroken and later bounced the creature that Faith Unbroken was attached to. However despite leaving the battlefield Faith Unbroken did not return my creature.

  17. Midweek magic

    Midweek magic on Arena is a great idea but could be improved. For example, almost every month there's an event that repeats something that is regularly available such as Standard or Alchemy. These should be replaced with Pauper and Artisan, which are a ton of fun and a great entry point for new players. Also, too much Momir!

  18. MTG Arena Games Crashing Since 2024.33.71 Patch on iPad/IOS

    MTG Arena has worked perfectly for me on my iPad (IOS) up until the 2024.33.71 patch yesterday. Since the patch, when I play a game, I quickly crash to "desktop". When I log back in, I return to the game only to crash back to desktop immediately. Restarting the device does not help. Never had a problem like this prior to the patch. Outside of actual games, Arena seems to be working normally.

  19. Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress

    I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

  20. Jump In 3 Times event mission

    For the jump in 3 times mission, I have completed it at least three times with a variation of doing the same jump in 3 times, resigning each time, resigning each time without going back to the home screen, and trying a couple different jump ins and have spent a couple tokens and aprox. 3-5K in gold to try and complete it but it has never progressed past 2 out of 3. Is there a workaround for this or is it bug? I have seen other people have the same issue as well.
