How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Eerie Ultimatum Doesn't Work
Eerie Ultimatum is bugged when played with both Mizzix Mastery and Omniscience. Only shows 2 targets not the full graveyard. Causing the deck to become unplayable.

"MTGA.EXE has stopped responding" error message occurs when I hover over my quests or enter the store on windows 10 surface pro 3.

Foundations Jumpstart Event - invalid cards in packets
I used a play-in Token to join the Foundations Jumpstart event.
For the first packet, I selected Legion. For the second packet, I selected Stalwart.Each time I try and play a game with this deck, the game immediately ends in a forced draw as soon as an opponent is found.
If I try and double click the deck to see its contents, the game gets stuck "Waiting for the Server..." and I have to force quit the game.

Unable to use Card Style despite having the same set of Card
I bought the field of Rune skin from the store and it's not letting me apply it in my decks. I can see I own it but it doesn't apply it.

Best of Three Sideboard View Battlefield Bug
After the recent update when playing a best of three match, after round one when sideboarding you can no longer click on the "View Battlefield" button to view the state of the game before the end of the game.
Now the only thing you see is a black screen. This is on a Windows 11 PC.

I didn't receive the level 37 "gems" of the Mastery Pass.
I didn't receive the level 37 "gems" of the Mastery Pass. Before purchasing the pass I had 1,950 gems, I bought 1,600 and added 3,550, after the purchase I got 150 plus the prize of level 27 I added the total of 550 gems, but when advancing to the current level 37, I did not receive the 400 gems of level 36.
So it should have a total of 950 gems and not 550.
I am waiting to be reimbursed.

I experience a freeze leading to a crash whenever I interact with the client
I am experiencing a freeze which requires the client to be restarted. In attempting to fix this issue, I have attempted a competely clean install (including removal of Registry keys), and I have rebooted my network and my laptop multiple times.

I experience a freeze when I enter the Quickdraft event area (ie. I can't press the button to pay the gems or gold to enter Quickdraft), and I encounter a similar freeze when I click on my daily quest in the Home screen. The freeze eventually results in the game crashing…

Crashing when I click "play" (windows)
Playing on Windows (PC). I downloaded the new update today and now the game becomes completely unresponsive every time I click the Play button and I am forced to terminate the program via the task manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists

Eluge's ability on a Sea Gate, Reborn doesn't turn it into an Island, so it doesn't get the +1/+1.

Missing cards from the FDN Starter Decks.
Missing Death Baron because I have 4 from previous set.
I have looked through my collection. This is the Foundations Death Baron that should have come in the new starter decks but I didn't get one copy since I have 4 death barons from previous sets. Would like a copy of it to put me one step closer to finishing the collection.

Arena Crashing
Since the most recent update on 09/13/2024, Arena keeps crashing whenever I try to go to the store and during games.

MTGA Freezing then Crashing on Mac (Sonoma 14.6.1) after large 9/12 Update
Successfully updated via Epic store on 9/12 and ever since Client will open but will subsequently freeze and/or crash before entering a queue.
Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped and MacOS is fully updated Sonoma 14.6.1

Still crashing on PC
Still crashing after most recent update, attempting to access the event screen for any current events causes the game to freeze and crash. Status website says all should be good but is still broken

Arena Crashing on Android
Arena is crashing when the "Download" button is clicked on the startup screen. Troubleshooting: uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted phone. No resolution from TS

Unable to side-board
Playing on an iPad. Prior to BloomBurrow I was able to side-board. After BloomBurrow I'm unable to add side-board cards but I can remove main-board cards. Traditional Timeless.

I stop playing mtg arena till you don't re-equilibrate the mono red power (for ex. banning leyline of resonance)
Balanced Gameplay was already near impossible versus mono red, adding "leyline of resonance" and "turn inside out" is ruining your game. I stop play it. It was nice to play, now it's only frustrating.
If you don't consider to do anything, well then consider to have a player less.

Sideboard Issue in BO3
