How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

cant click anything on mac
I use a Macbook Pro 14"
I can open the Arena, it loads everything but then I cant click on anything. Most of the time, I also cant click on top left corner (MTGA) to end the program, I have to do it via cmd+option+escape.
Other programs work fine, just Arena...
I deinstalled it several times, doesnt help. The problem is still there if I install it on a new User on the same laptop.12 votes -
Jump In! Challenge. New player won't let me complete
New player. Completed the 3 Jump In! events for a Jump In token. Won the events, got the card and everything. Was 2/3 for this, won, took the card on the third time same way as the others. Instead of completing the challenge it went back to 1/3. Not sure why.

Act on suggestions
You have at least six suggestions to fix the Koma crashing on iOS. How many do you need?

Disguise is not an activated ability but Myrel blocks it.
My opponent controls Myrel, shield of Argive.
I control a disguised Unlielding Gatekeeper. During my opponent's turn, when I try to turn my Gatekeeper face up in order to exile a creature, the game does not allow me and does not even give me priority. It seems to treat Disguise as an activated ability, even though according to the rules it should be a special action.2 votes -
Vexing Bauble vs. Grief
Shouldn't Vexing Bauble counter Grief if it is cast for it's Evoke cost? I was expecting that to happen during my Timeless event. See the attached log.

In quickdraft my opponent conceded and it registered as my third loss.
My opponent conceded a match in Quick Draft, and upon returning to the Bloomburrow Quick Draft menu it registered the win as my third loss.

Don't steal our money
Connection dropped mid-event. Games resulted in losses and lost gems.

Blast zone bug
Played blast zone. Paid 6 mana to add 3 counters, but it added 4 counters instead.

Waiting for the Server after every match
On Android after every match I receive the "waiting for the server" screen. It does not return to the home screen even after a couple minutes. Restarting the app resumes normal functionality until completing another match where the same issue occurs.

Phyrexian Unlife\Solemnity
Trying to post a bug I saw.
One of my decks utilizes the phyrexian unlife\solemnity combo. My lock was on and while the oppenonent kept attacking with his massive board of goblins I was roping with no mana open or responses available. This happened during two consecutive turns.
I wish I had captured a log to submit, but I didn't think of it until right as the game was ending and it was too late.

Sunfall And Lockdown cause game to crash.
My game crashes anytime I play Sunfall or Temporary Lockdown. It basically crashes whenever i board wipe.

Convoke + Sacrifice
The same creature can't be tapped for Convoke and then sacrificed for an additional cost of a spell.
Hoarding Broodlord + Sacrifice doesn't work

Ban intervention and format cure
Please, intervene more decisively with bans in every format. Historic and Timeless, specifically, need more cure from you.
Ajani and Bombardment are blocking Historic and playing against Mono Green is very boring, because you have to watch indefinitely your opponent playing. My opponent's turn lasted more than 5 minutes in my last match. This kind of thing pushes the players away from Magic Arena, causing big losses to your game.
Arena formats, especially digital ones, need more attention, because of the higher number of matches compared to tabletop ones, and you have the task of creating a healthy environment.

Boros Mice is being Neglected
I've been playing Boros Mice for a few months now and it feels like almost every other deck outperforms Boros Mice. Why play boros mice if i can just go mono red and get turn 3 wins super consistently? Boros Mice needs HELP! Why did Duskmourn add like 3+ New and Powerful Cards to every deck? decks that were already TOO POWERFUL? Decks that bully boros mice all gained new powerful cards. Game Crashes when trying to purchase gems
I play Arena on my Laptop (Windows). Every other aspect of the store and game works perfectly. However, every time I click on the Gems icon or attempt to purchase gems, the game freezes and crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Please help

card style

Not receiving xp on daily quests and didn’t get mastery pass reward
All if a sudden I’m mot being awarded mastery xp when completing daily and weekly quests.
If screenshot helps as proof, I completed previous step yesterday reaching 1000xp but didn’t get step 9 reward (2 mythic cards), today I’m doing dailies and xp is not being added.2 votes -
I coud not side boading
BO3 game, I coud not side boading.
I can take cards out of the deck, but I can't put cards into the deck.
I was planning to aim for the top 250 in this month's ranked matches, but due to this bug I had no choice but to give up.

Exorcise targeting rules interaction bug
The new card Exorcise was able to target 1 power creature Arabella, Abandoned Doll, in multiple games. Arabella had no modifier, 1 power. Exorcise card text reads “target … creature with power 4 or greater.”

Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God Creates copies of itself
I think this bug is too powerful since Nicol Bolas can have all the planeswalker abilities, however, what the cards say is what must be fulfilled, it clearly says that "create two copies of Jace, except that These will not be legendary", however , Nicol Bolas
creates a copy of it, therefore what is written is not fulfilled, here is the screenshot. I'm not saying it can't be, but if it's going to be applied that way, it should say create two copies of Nicol Bolas, not Jace. And if Nicol Bolas must create 1 or 2
