How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Store Not Working On mac
Title seems self explanatory.
I play on a 2025 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.6.1, it runs the game without issue and I've been able to use the Arena shop in the past. Wanted to pick up some wild cards to craft Badgermole Cub and hop on the mono-green bandwagon but attempting to use the shop just leads to a forever state of "Waiting for Server."
I have restarted the game, launcher, computer, and uninstalled/reinstalled. I no longer have any interest in spending the money but the issue persists and was annoying to deal with.

Couldn’t access game in progress after closing mobile app
I was playing a draft on my phone, record was 1-2 and was about to win my 2nd game. I exited the game to respond to a text, couldn’t have been more than 15 seconds, it was my opponent’s turn and I still had both of my timeouts mind you, and I come back and after a few loading screens it sends me to the main menu, still 1-2. I close and open the game again, and now I’m 1-3. I guess the game disconnected me and my opponent had to wait for my timeouts to run out while I…

The shop scammed my orbs
I tried to buy some card's styles with the avatar orbs, the store crashed, I dont have the card's styles and I dont have the orbs anymore

Arena Anthology: Shandalar & Dreamcast
The sets scryfall lists as PAST and PSDG would be fun additions to Alchemy-inclusive formats, and would be in line with the cards added by AA4, in that they're mostly impractical, but probably funny hits off of random conjuration. I do however worry that the noncreature spells from that list would see little play, but would still like to see them added.

Land style in draft
When playing in draft, the lands I get have the style that I have favorited in my collection. I don't understand why that's the default, when I play in a draft, I would like to play the thematically fitting lands from that draft, and the worst part is that it doesn't allow me to switch styles. Clicking on the arrows on the basic lands to open the styles does nothing. Plays the same spell card every single game. Seven cost black spell card that Mill 10 cards or something from each Library and puts a creature card from the graveyard. He always has it every single game every single time. He plays this character every time f******

Exclusion Mage boots me from cilent
After casting exclusion mage and targeting a creature, I am being booted from the app (android) I have to restart it and hope I was not kicked from the game. Has happened at least 4-5 times in 2-3 games.

victory but didnt count for the 0/15 standard wins
hi i got a victory when a standard player conceded, but when i went back to the home page it still shows 0/15 standard wins for the reward (250 coins and 25 xp)

Back button not working on Avatar Premiere Draft on iOS
When building deck, if you go to deck details, the back button won’t work. Will just let you edit deck name. Have to exit to Home, and all deck edit progress is lost. This has happened 4 times today, and kept me from enjoying drafts on my lunch break at work. Very frustrating.

Aang, Swift Savior waterbending cost not correct
I was playing a draft and noticed that when I played Aang, Swift Savior, it only cost 1 mana to activate his transformation ability using water bending, even though it should cost 8. I believe I also had Training Grounds in play every time, but that should only reduce the cost to 6.

Cant login to game
After putting in my account name and password it attempts to load the game and then freezes saying "An error occurred. Please restart or exit the application." The only two options are "Check status" and "Reconnect". When I reconnect it eventually does th same thing. Check status just bring me to the status page.
It still doesn't work after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times.1 vote -

Decks are missing
All, except one, of my decks are missing from the game after most recent update on iPad.

Jump Into Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender deck with 28 lands
I chose 2 decks, Roku and Powerful, this resulted in a deck that i believe is not correctly built and cannot possibly win. the deck has 28 land and only 12 non-land cards. not only did I not get my gold worth of cards, but I also dont think I could fairly win with this deck and get the cosmetic reward.

Mastery Tracker - Missing Standard Set
Why is Final Fantasy missing from the Edge of Eternities Mastery Tracker? It is a Standard set, correct? It goes back as far as Duskmourn, so....what gives?

Never received my renewal egg the game crashed when I tried to open it. Relogged and nothing is appearing.
Arena is having some big issues nothing seems to be working for me right now. My egg did not give me my rewards.
