How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Sparky concedes
I think the other ideas on here regarding adjusting certain parameters while battling sparky have incredible potential. Maybe an options menu under bot match where we could set match parameters and save different match parameters (similar to how we save decks). You could include options such as level for AI, card/color restrictions, concede allowed/not allowed, use locked cards, play against yourself... etc ... etc... This would allow players to fine tune their decks and playing styles as well as be able to make informed decisions on what to spend wild cards on to better suit their deck.

Piece it together/spellchain scatter
Piece it together has issues with many cards. One not mentioned by others is spellchain scatter. It really does not work well. Please fix!!

Waiting for the sever... MTG Arena is UNPLAYABLE
Mac M1 chip in Canada. The game freezes and says "Waiting for the server" anytime I click on anything. Then the application stops responding and I need to force quit.
DO NOT REFER ME TO THE "Technical Troubleshooting section" AGAIN! THIS HAS BEEN A RECURRING ISSUE FOR DAYS AND THE GAME REMAINS UNPLAYABLE!

Clicking "Cancel" when waiting for match to start results in a lose if status changes to "Entering match" at the same time
When you click "Cancel" while waiting for match to start (I was playing Quick draft), it results in a lose if the status on the screen changes to "Entering match" at the same time you click "Cancel".
In this log I was able to play one more match, which I won and then when returning to Quick draft -screen, instead of a win I got my third lose.
My suggestion is that there should be some kind of timer in the software for this situation, so you can freely click "Cancel" and the game actually registers it, even if the…

Not Receiving Mastery Experience since the last update
Not Receiving Mastery Experience from Daily or Weekly quest.

Sméagol the helpful guide and Boromir creating an infinite card drain loop.
When Sméagol the helpful guide and Boromir plus one other spirit from the new lord of the rings set all work in combination they infinitely draw from the opponents deck and cause the opponent to lose the game.

More players/multiplayer
Add the 2v2 mode or 1v1v1v1 like it was in Duels of the planeswalkers. In 2013 or 2014. It was fun and I would like to play with my friend vs other two players.

Broken Logs in 2021.8.0.3855
Since 2021.8.0.3855 update many things 3rd party devs rely on in log is gone.
The most painful endpoints we currently miss are:
*PlayerInventory.GetPlayerInventory
*PlayerInventory.GetPlayerCardsV3
*PlayerInventory.CrackBoostersV3
*Inventory.Updated
*Draft related endpointsWe understand that seemingly your backend undergone refactoring and there's no more remote procedure PlayerInventory, but there's definitely it's analogue, and please make it write data to the log.
To summarize, we need following data from log:
* Player's collection
* Player's actions in Draft
* Player's inventory updates

draft loss
was in cue to start a match and canceled to go do something. was fine stayed on for 2 minutes and then cue again only to cancel again because i had to leave was 2-0 in the draft. Came back on around 6pm to find i have a loss........

My timer ran out during my opponents stack
I lost due to my opponent flooding the stack with the scurry oak/heliod combo and My timer ran out due to their stack. it passed through my turn and would not let me interact with any of my cards in hand or on field

Draw cards, get all four copies of the same card in opening hand
The statistical probability of this is virtually 0. Fix the stupid shuffler.

Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena
I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.
I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.
Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

スターターデッキ戦にて、選んだデッキで勝利してもデッキが手に入らないようです。
また、スターターデッキの一つ「ファイレクシアの軍団」で勝利していないにもかかわらず、なぜか一つだけ獲得できている状態になっているため、入手の処理がおかしいように見受けられます。

Can't buy gems or change payment method
I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

The Stone Brain is Glitched and Causes Match Timeout for Loss
The new card from Brother's War, The Stone Brain, causes a glitch when it is activated.
The screen to input the card name you want to search for, for the card's effect, does not populate.
However, that effect never resolves, seemingly due to the screen to input a card name never populating, so you time out of the match.I have tried it with multiple decks, and closing and restarting MtGA to see if the glitch fixes itself while the effect is on the stack, but nothing changes, still time out without possibility to do anything.

Reckless Crew bug with Magda, Brazen Outlaw
I cast Reckless Crew with Magda, Brazen Outlaw and equipment on the battlefield. The card creates the tokens but doesn't allow me to equip the equipment onto the tokens. This has happened multiple times but only when Magda is on the battlefield. Would like this resolved as the deck really doesn't work if the Reckless Crew doesn't equip.

Not gaining xp
I've been playing standard battles and after a win, the game shows me my coins and xp but my x0 totals do not actually increase.
