How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Greatly reduce play timers / alternate queue

  3. Support for Infinite Combo Win

    Please add support for Infinite Combo victories. Just add a button that allows us to demonstrate the combo, then allow us to iterate that several times until needed. I've lost several matches where I've had the combo to win, but was timed out. Iteration isn't necessary, but demonstration of the combo, and declared victory should be added.

  4. Filter options when choosing deck to queue with

    The filtering options in the "Decks" browser are very helpful for narrowing your view down to a helpful subset of decks.

    Having the option to use those same filters when selecting decks to queue with would be very helpful.

    The current experience of clicking historic -> select decks -> seeing ALL decks and not being able to filter to just historic decks is not particularly perfect. I don't want to choose my standard decks here.

  5. Waiting for server don't resume game

    While playing quick draft of crimson vow, the game suddenly gets into 'waiting for server' which is annoying but bearable. The problem is that once the game is no longer waiting for the server, the game play is frozen on its previous state.
    You can not do any action (i.e., you can drag cards but no spell can be cast and no ability can be used).
    The only thing that worked is closing the game and relaunching it, and it take so much time that you lose several turns.

  6. Turbo Mode + shuffle issue

    Hello, it would be interesting to create a "blitz" mode, forcing players to play within the allotted time from the start... like chess. This would avoid AFK players when losing and/or when only one choice of game is offered to them and they stay voluntarily until the end of the timer.

    In addition, I have the impression (I play between 40 and 70 games a day) that the shuffle of the cards is badly parameterized. Indeed regularly I find myself with 70% of my lands after having played barely 20 cards on the table when I only have 20 lands…

    Urabrask's Forge creates a token, Chatterfang triggers and creates a Squirrel token. At the end of the turn, the Squirrel Token is also automatically sacrificed.

  8. Slow performance on Android

    The gameplay gets very slow on game (not so much on the main menu) while palying on Android. The selection of cards is very slow, the animations runs slow on frames and my turns take forever to be played as the interface is so laggy

    I played a lot in mobile while Kamigawa where the latest and a little bit while New Cappena but since I didn't played until this last weeks of New Pyrexia and now is almost unplayable.

    I used to play in a Poco F3 and now I'm using a Xiaomi 12T Pro

  11. Please ban Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx from Explorer and Pioneer

    This card ruined the Explorer format for me ever since it was released in Explorer Anthology 2. The Mono Green Deck abuses it too easily.

  12. Bugged interaction with Yedora, Grave Tender and Defiler of Vigor

    When Defiler of Vigor is returned to the battlefield as a land, its abilities should be removed but it isn't being removed correctly. Because of this, the creatures in my hand were still showing that they could be played with one phyrexian mana in the cost but since there was no defiler actually on the board (this was in brawl), trying to play any creatures in my hand caused the game to freeze and prevent me from making any actions at all until my turn ended and the creature was returned to my hand.   13. Poison mechanic in All will be one

    The poison mechanic as handled in the new set is plain idiotic.
    Things made sense when poison was attached to creatures only; one had to work their way around the opponents' defenses and was rewarded with a faster kill timer which could not be healed back up.

    But now we are firing off poison counters for two-mana-spells with solid other effects attached?

    What's with this "Throwing around cheap cards until either player is dead before turn 6" mindset? Does MtG really need to so desperately ape other card games with ever shorter match duration?

  14. Can no longer see keywords on cards after ONE update

    Can't see keywords neither in collection, deck building, draft, or in-game.
    I had the unpleasant surprise of finding this out during my first premier draft, where I couldn't evaluate any of the cards properly because well, they were not only missing keywords but also specific numbers associated with them which is a huge problem for Toxic values and Equipment costs.

    After that I confirmed the keywords are blank in game as well. Tried different game window resolutions and graphics settings, closing and reopening the game, but to no avail.

  15. Phyrexian Vindicator + Gideon's Sacrifice

    I've been playing Phyrexian Vindicator + Gideon's Sacrifice for a while now... I'm trying to clarify if this is a bug or a rulings complication that I just don't understand. If Vindicator is on board with a Sacrifice active on the Vindicator, damage becomes very strange. If I get attacked with 5 2/2s, then Vindicator is preventing 10 damage, 5 times, for a total of 50 damage... The attached upload only shows 14 damage twice, but, that's just because that's when I snapped the picture.

  16. Mobile bug- player targeting cannot select self

    Playing on mobile, go to play fertilid’s favor, interface has 0 options for selecting yourself as the player target. Seems like a huge oversight, or just dogshit code lol. Neither surprises me from wotc…

  17. Missing coins from quests

    I am on Android device and I win the battle and then exit battle field. Once I backed out I received 1100 coins. I now have 2500 coins but before I started the match I had 1900 coins. This is not first time I've noticed this. I'm missing out on extra coins!

  19. Identical Mulligan

    This bug submission UI is really confusing. I just played a game where I did a mulligan on my starting hand.. and I GOT THE EXACT SAME HAND, even the order of the cards was identical ? What the heckers ? I will try to upload the log or something but I am baffled by what I just witnessed.
    Also that was the final game of my limited quick draft, which barely lost thanks to that nonsense :/

  20. Just scrap poison already or give us an option to opt out of the mechanic

    Poison is a broken, unbalanced mechanic. That's not an opinion. In context it's like shock, two damage, except it can't be prevented or healed. So if you were playing a lifegain deck, sorry, we're not using that mechanic. And these days it's strapped onto anything. Counterspell, get poisoned, sacrifice a creature and get poisoned. And don't get me started on the design oversight that is the venerated rotpriest. There's no way to prevent it or block it, except for one creature, and she doesn't neuter the strategy like she used to. Poison counters were always a bad idea, but you…
