How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

  1. Unlimited deck storage on local disk

    I've found myself limited by the deck slots available to me. I know that it is possible to export and import decks, but the process is a bit tedious if repeated often. Since the limitation is probably there to prevent people from spamming the servers, I wonder if it would be possible to have a checkbox somewhere in options to enable storing your decks directly on your local disk instead of the game servers, without any deck amount limit. That would really be handy for people who want to have a larger creative freedom, since the only issue it virtually…

  2. Ugin is an un-fun design cannibal

    Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a design cannibal. Arena would be a more diverse and enjoyable game without him.

    Playing with him:

    Ugin undermines the design choices of the decks that use him. There are lots of very interesting top-of-curve spells that could be used in long-game decks. When Ugin was reprinted, the hard work and creativity that went into designing those cards was stamped out by one obvious 'best' solution. Ugin (and to a less offensive extent, Ulamog) are the best top end for virtually any long-game deck. None of these decks need Ugin, but all of them are…

  3. Exert Mechanic Bugged

    I just played my first game of Amonkhet Remastered and I had 3 creatures with Exert on the battlefield. I went to Combat and clicked the Attack All button because that's what I intended to do. I was not given a prompt asking if I wanted to exert any of the creatures. Please fix this bug so players don't have to click on individual creatures for every instance of Exert; it's very unintuitive.

  4. Mouse clicks are unreliable on Mac

    I've installed Arena on two different Macs, and they’re both having the same issue: mouse interaction is very unreliable. Clicking on things doesn’t always work — I’ll often have to click a button or a card multiple times to get it to register, but then occasionally it’ll work fine on the first try. This is true throughout the interface — from the home screen to in-game actions (for example, when clicking the “Play” button on the home screen, I routinely needed to click at least three times to get the blade to open).   5. Can’t attack on iOS

    I was in a match between 11:30-11:55 CT on March 27th. Against an opponent who had an Azorious control deck.

    We were deep into the game, 10+ turns. When I tried to attack with a Vampire of the Dire Moon and Varragoth. I also had a Tergrid’s Lantern out. The only option I had was Attack All or No Attack. Didn’t matter how many times I clicked on my creatures. I wanted to just attack with Varragoth. But even when I clicked Attack All, nothing happened.   6. 土地事故、後攻が多すぎてゲームにならない

    土地事故や後攻が多すぎてゲームになりません。対戦相手が先攻の時は全く土地事故の気配が無いのに自分が先攻の時は高確率で土地事故です。調整するにしてももっとさり気なくやってください。露骨すぎます。
    それともシャッフル機能を改善して偏らないようにすることもできないのでしょうか。
    そうだとすればこのゲームに費やすユーザーの時間が無駄になるのでアリーナはサービス終了してほしいくらいです。

  7. "Friendly Brawl" Not really supported?

    Is there a "Find match" option for friendly (Historic Legal) Brawl that I'm missing? Just burned a bunch of wild cards for mystical archives that I thought Id be able to play in my new codie deck- but I can only play this deck with direct challenge? Feels bad. Maybe add a find match for this format or warn me in the deck builder that this deck will be practically unplayable? If there is a find match somewhere its too hard to find. Burned two mythic wilds.

  8. Card styles don't work

    I'm using iOS and purchased card styles of "Ruin Crab", "Hypnotic Sprite" and "Brazen Borrower" at 4/30/21. But they don't apply at playing, only apply at deck building.

  9. Buying packs of cards and not getting all packs I bought

    I bought 2 packs of 6 cards for 2400 gems and it only gave me 4 packs to open plz resolve this issue and give my account the gems back or my packs I am supposed to have plz

  11. Android login/pw auto fill doesnt work

    Option appears for google to auto fill username and password, but the app simply doesn't accept it, and leaves the PW field blank.

    How come Valkmira protection shield doesnt work on Bastion Remembrance and Dina Soulsteeper. Lost several games to that. The damage shoud be either pevented or needed to be paid with 1mana

  14. Not recieving any rewards for winning games + no quests shown in main menu

    Hello I have a big issue as at the moment - I have one many games in standard and ranked and I have not recieved ANY rewards - absolutely zero gold and xp for my wins. I also cannot see any quests in the main menu.
    I have spent on the pre release for the pack for strixhaven.

    I would like my gold and xp given compensation for the games I did not recieve rewards for and if possible the quests to be fixed.

    Obviously the scute swarm card itself was a mistake. But that's ok, I now just minimize the game screen and walk away from the computer which seems to have solved it :)

  17. Suggestion: Introduce a max deck size of around 100-150 to reflect IRL rules

    In reality, the rule exists "There's no maximum deck size, as long as you can shuffle your deck in your hands unassisted". I see players playing 200+ cards in a deck in Arena. A deck limit of 100-150 would be reasonable given almost no players could physically shuffle more than this. This prevents situations in Arena where people play 300 card 'do nothing' decks that aim to mill the opponent over the course of over 50 draw steps and drag games on for over 30 minutes.

  18. Multiplayer, more battle type and modes, future projects.

    MTGA:

    -Multiplayer battles

    -Planeswalker battles, like in the PS3 game, multiplayer for this too.

    This is a social game, though you cant currently tell.

    I can see this expanding to PS5. It could be come a beast.
    I am currently playing on PC because I havnt seen you on consoles for a while. MISS YOU!!!

    For future projects, please do not ditch the purchases we are making now.

    Id like to keep playing with the old cards (in the future) that I am playing with (and bought) today. Keep the value while increasing through new releases.

  19. Arena Timer and Animations

    When drawing your deck with Demonlord Belzenlok, the animation of the card drawing causes you to time out.
    Casting Demonlord Belzenlok on a large deck with only 4 CMC+ cards causes you to draw your whole deck, but the animation causes the fuse to run, even though there's no available game actions.

  20. game freeze

    playing theros sealed. game froze. claimed connectivity issues. I have gig internet. Cerberus pet still works. opponent just stopped playing. don't want to concede because it will count as a loss.
