2. Lotus field stifle

   On mobile iPhone after playing lotus field , you do not get an option to trigger or respond to it. It automatically sacrifices your two lands before you are able to cast stifle.

3. Report Conduct - Stalling: Immediately classified as SOLVED

   When submitting reports on Player Conduct, the issue is IMMEDIATELY categorized as SOLVED. This is obviously a fake, auto-generated response.

   Please have a genuine way of penalizing players who engage in unacceptable behavior and give us appropriate feedback on how it was resolved.

5. Sparky needs upgrade, difficulty levels, and more

   I play Sparky to get a feel for my decks, but the vs-AI mode could be a fun, more challenging aspect to Arena. There is really a lot of untapped potential here. Here are some thoughts.

   1. Give Sparky more recent cards. Maybe from the recent beginner decks. The cards feel underpowered and dated. It just isn’t challenging playing with the most recent cards against Sparky’s older sets. I have noticed that the programming only allows it to play cards that have direct interactions (for example, Pacifism on one of my creatures). It is not programmed to play cards with activated or triggered abilities. This limits its card pool and ability for more realistic, clever play. Sparky will never be able to play a Planeswalker in its current state, for example.
   2. Give Sparky difficulty settings. For example, give Sparky really good tournament decks from the most recent event and that would be the “hard” setting. Such decks would also be fun to play against with our own decks. This would also make the AI evergreen.
   3. Make Sparky smarter. Sparky had me beat, when it had two attacking cards vs 1 defender; it dropped a +2/+2 white card on the attacker who was blocked, probably because it is programmed to do so. It did successfully take out my lone defender this way. However, the problem is that it should have used the buff card on the unblocked attacker to take me to zero and win the game, as any good human opponent would have likely done.
   4. Change Sparky to give the AIs differently personalities and playstyles. Chess.com is a good example of how this can be done. Each AI player has different emotes, which would add some variety and charm. Maybe make them Planeswalkers.
   5. Sparky is particularly bad at endgame scenarios. For example, if I am leading in health, it will attack me with all of its creatures, doing damage certainly, but doing so leaves it completely open to a game-winning attack on my turn. It should learn to block in such situations.
   6. When Sparky wins, it is noticeably because I got mana screwed, or drew all forests in a green-white deck. I guess this can happen to Sparky as well?

6. no mastery experience for daily wins

   After the update today, I'm not receiving mastery experience for daily wins. I got wins 9-14 and the whole time my mastery tree was sitting at 975/1000 xp and never went up after the wins.

7. IOS friend request/challenge bugged

   I’ve tried to friend request a buddy from work we wanted to challenge each other but couldn’t friend each other we’re both on IOS I have an iPhone 11 he has a iPhone 12. When we couldn’t friend each other via display name we tried email and nothing worked. That when we tried challenging each other and still that was bugged too. So I’m reaching out to support to help us.

8. Bugs get buried under general player gripes due to bugs & feedback being handled as a popularity contest

   Gameplay bugs/issues need to be recorded independently from general feedback for application improvement. In the first place, voting for what to work on is ridiculous - you're not children; manage your own workflows and don't just outsource it to your player base.

   Secondly, by storing these together gameplay bugs are forced to compete against UI improvements, which is nonsense. You're a mature, out-of-beta application. Fix your bugs! "I was issued a game loss due to a bug" shouldn't be competing (and losing by thousands of votes) against "something something shuffler algorithm." These are two totally separate concerns and the former is a genuine issue while the latter is a subjective quality-of-life modification.

9. Enable Timer for Loops

   I just played a game (attached log) where my opponent created a loop with scurry oak + prosperous innkeeper + Heliod, sun-crowned. He proceeded to click through the cycle many times, well beyond when normally a delay timer would kick in. This gained him any desired amount of health, squirrel tokens, and +1/+1 counters on one creature. However, this did not win them the game outright. As he did not get a timer, and continued to demonstrate the loop for some time, I just conceded so I could leave and play more games, even though technically I should have gotten another turn.

   I propose a shortcutting function after X times demonstrating a loop (same actions clicked, this could have some open design space) so the game can repeat it systematically and opponent can choose to yield or choose a stop at Y loops if desired, OR at least start the timer after X times doing the same exact thing.

   This creates an abusive situation in which the looper may not be able to actually win the game, but holds their opponent ******* (I wasn't going to win this particular game, but in other games this could be important).

   Normally, in paper magic, this would be shortcuttable (it's deterministic) and a number of times would be declared and game state moved forward automatically.

   True infinite loops are actually determines a draw in paper form, although in this example scurry oak is a "may" decision.

10. historic brawl

    add a permanent historic brawl queue.
    there is no reason to block us form playing this other than bullsht moneygrab move
    i did not grind and buy all those cards to never use them again. this is bullsht.
    i wont drop a single penny on this game as long as you dont fully support historic cards

17. Waiting for a game indefinately after game got stuck

    I was playing Historic brawl on pc and the game randomly got stuck. No actions could be taken, no turn timers went off and I could not concede. After being stuck for 10 minutes I fully closed the game and on relaunch I cannot join any game mode. I get stuck on waiting for a game on pc and mobile. The longest I waited was for 18 minutes for another Historic Brawl game. I think my account still thinks I'm in that first game and won't let me join another.

18. Rank not leveling.

    While playing there is no Rank Tier that is visible before or after matches. When I visit my profile it shows that I am Bronze Tier 4 even though I have won enough to level higher. After wins there is no progression or indication in rank tiers, so this affects my seasonal rewards.

20. alternative payment system

    Xsolla payment system for PC is absurd. It works irregularly, often for no reason hanging. They have appalling customer service. I inadvertently typed wrong credit card number and they have banned me from purchasing anything else.
    
    There must be an alternative to Xsolla or I cannot buy anything from your company.
