How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game froze on mobile app during paid quick draft in mtg arena
The game froze during a crimson vow quick draft, and was unresponsive. This was on the mobile app on an iPhone on the last iOS. Because it was unresponsive, I had to restart. Doing so resulted in a loss. I have had this happen on multiple occasions and would like some kind of compensation please.

Alchemy cards in historic brawl
- I made a deck in standard brawl, containing alchemy cards. After changing my deck type to historic brawl, the standard versions of alchemy cards persist but arent legal now. I can add the legal versions to the deck, but i cannot interact with the non-legal ones. 2.I am on PC
- Im not able to delete, move or interact at all with the standard versions of alchemy cards after changing deck type from standard brawl to historic brawl
- expected result: i should be able to interact with these cards even though they arent legal in the format.

Xmas gift
Would have been nice if players were though of on Xmas. Especially with so many other companies doing events that give gifts to players. Throwing us a few packs or some gems or gold would have made no change to your bottom line. The players are the ones who keep you in business by spending money on paper and now on arena. Without you all have no jobs or a business. A little thank you to us would have been really nice vs an email that says oh look at this 1 new card coming out. It’s really a slap…

Enable banning players that abuse rope
Some players abuse the roping system, clearly to annoy the opponent. It's extremely detrimental to the experience and to the community. Yes, you can report players but frankly no one know if anything happens at all after that.
There should be a feature that if a player ropes every single priority more than 10 times on a game it allows you to ban that player so you don't ever play against that player again.

Loss suffered during matchmaking
I was in Quick Draft waiting for a game to match. The "cancel" button disappeared as if I had matched. I waited for about a minute, then the "cancel" button reappeared. I cancelled the matchmaker only to find out that a loss had been accrued to that Quick Draft. Can I get my gold/gems back for this?

Acerak the Archlich + Omniscience infinite loop?
I'm not sure what is being played that makes the dungeon never complete but my opponent can just keep playing Acerak forever. He keeps getting sent back to the opponents hand because a dungeon wasn't completed, but the opponent has completed it/looped it several times as evidenced by the tokens in his cycle. Eventually winning by the dungeon step of dealing 1 damage to me as he repeats it over and over again by endless free Acerak cast loops.

Brushfire elemental Dealt way too much damage to me
Brushfire elemental as a 3/3 alone dealt over 12 damage to me wtf wizards, fix your **** or my husband will, and he'll bill you the damages to boot

Crash at the deck selection screen
I suggest you to work on and resolve the crash that occurs when I want to change my deck in historic random battle.

'Attack with X creatures' and 'Kill X creatures' quests lead to bad and unfun gameplay
The daily quests exist to motivate players to log in everyday and play games. Most quests are open-ended enough that players can play whatever kind of deck they like to finish them, and that's great cause it motivates people to play. The 'attack with X creatures' and 'kill X creatures' quests however don't allow that freedom, they force you to play certain kind of decks, that most people don't like, and force you to play sub-optimally as well. The best way to finish these quests is to stuff a deck full of haste creatures or removal spells, and spam them…

There is a bug with the free decks with 2 colors on PC. The Alchemy card block the deck and we cannot retry this card of the deck.
The alchemy card is an illegal card in the free decks 2 colors. We cant retry this card in red in the deck. the deck is illegal. I cant play with these free decks 2 colors.

Gifting Gems and Coins
Hello,
My son loves to play Arena (I play, too), and I thought a great gift would be to buy him gems and coins, or gift him the ones I've amassed through playing my daily quests. However, there isn't any way to do this that I could find. I had to log onto his account and just buy them there, which wouldn't be an option if his laptop didn't happen to be handy. It would seem like a no brainer to have a way to gift these items through the site to "friends" on the app. If that's possible, it's…3 votes -
Can't Concede
I can't offer the opinions of others, but not being able to concede is absolutely ridiculous! You are effectively wasting my time by not allowing this. I don't care if my opponent wants to see his/her win. I don't want to have to sit and wait to start another game or to stop playing because of all of the horrible features you have put in the game that aren't there in table-top magic. You've already done enough to ruin the game, why push it?

Rank Bug
I am not gaining rank when I win games, but I am losing rank when I lose, the ranking system is completely broken. This seemed to start when I first played BO3 in Mythic, until then I had only been playing BO1 and everything seemed to be working as expected.

Hullbreaker’s Horror Should Be Legendary

Absorb Energy wouldn't target Galvanic Iteration
I had a Manaform Hellkite out. Opponent at 11 life.
My turn. I have an Absorb Energy and a Galvanic Iteration. I should be able to target my own Galvanic Iteration with Absorb Energy causing my Hellkite to create the extra 3/3 I need to kill my enemy.- Have Galvanic Iteration and Absorb Energy
- Cast Galvanic Iteration
- Cast Galvanic Iteration again.
(No chance to counter own Galvanic Iteration, lose game)
