How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Null Elemental Blast Casting/Targeting Issue

    I was attempting to utilize 'Null Elemental Blast' and it would not cast with one black mana available. I was attempting to target 'Psychic Frog' and utilize the 'Destroy target multicolored permanent' option.

  2. Omo, Queen of Vesuva does not work correctly

    I controlled Omo, Queen of Vesuva and a land with an everything counter on it. That land should have had every land type and been able to produce colorless mana because it is a Wastes. But Arena treated it only as having every BASIC land type. I was unable to make the desired play because I couldn't produce colorless mana.

  3. This is Stupid

    The fact that a bug report, and a feed back page are the same is dumb. Especially when you cannot differentiate between feedback, and bug.
    The bug reports should be a separate area.

  4. Scripted

    This game is so incredibly rigged and scripted - why would you destroy the whole spirit of the game? It’s so frustrating to play Arena. Done with it.

  5. Bad Orb, no hexproof for you

    THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION, THIS IS A BUG.

    I was playing Arena Earlier, and my opponent, had a Jade orb of Dragon Kind in play this is turn 3, turn 4 he plays Thrakkus the Butcher, it comes into play with a HExproof counter, and a+1/+1 counter, all fine and dandy, next turn (turn 5) he plays another dragon, same thing, Hex proof +1/+1 counter, not a big deal..... so they attack, Thrakkus triggers, doubles power etc, again not the issue... turn 6 THRAKKUS STILL HAS A HEXPROOF COUNTER ON HIM.... the jade ord specifically says until your NEXT…

  7. Bestow creatures enter opponents side of battlefield

    I enchanted a creature with a bestow creature. My opponent stole it using red creature with exploit but I do not recall the name. They then sacked my creature using a spell and my bestow creature visually landed on their side of the battlefield. I was confused but I didn’t realize that I still had control of the bestow creature. During my next phase I had the opportunity to attack but I didn’t realize it. That lost attack ended up costing me the game. This is a sealed MH3 event I’m playing in the mobile app on and iPhone.

  9. Product Suggestion

    Offline Mode

    I work somewhere with no reception and wifi restrictions so I can’t play. Please add an offline mode where I can vs the bot, even if I can only download say 5 decks to use offline at least I can still play offline.

  14. Bug on android

    I forgot to record but apparently you can use reanimate (the one black mana to return a creature from a graveyard to the field by paying life to its mana cost) on an graveyard with a single fetch land in it to reanimate any card from your deck without taking from your deck or hand like it just magically conjured it turn one by the way I didn't even get to play a land I was second

  17. Kartenrückseite wird nicht richtig angezeigt

    Seit dem Update von bzw auf Modern Horizon 3 werden meine Kartenhüllen/Kartenrückseiten einfach nur schwarz oder sehr dunkel dargestellt, auch der hat die Vorderseite jetzt einen verpixelten schwarzen Rahmen..

  20. Creature bestowed then got stuck in middle of screen

    A bestowed creature got un-bestowed and then was stuck in the middle of the screen. It covered up other relevant info. ios mh3 premiere draft.
