How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Cannot start Quick Draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan

    I Cannot start Quick Draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan. I go into the draft detail page, I see I have 1 victory and 0 Loses, I click Play and no matter how much time I wait I don't ever get paired with someone to play. This happened since the MTA update to introduce the new set.

  4. quick draft lost caverns

    I can't get into a game in 'quick draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan'. I can queue up, but the queue-screen just says "currently waiting" and nothing happens. I built my deck two days ago and can't play it. I can get into games in other gamemodes normally.

  7. Can't equip more than 9 phrases emote

    In the emote selection section of the profile, I cannot select more than 9 phrases.
    The counter below the list correctly shows the correct number selected and gives out an error when going over 15.
    The general error of "cannot equip more than 15 emotes of the type phrase" appears after the 10th emote is selected, disabling the confirm button.
    Selecting and deselecting a sticker eliminates the error and reactivates the confirm button, but when pressed it shows another error and propts you to discard any changes.

  9. incorrect sideboard display

    When creating a sideboard for a standard traditional deck, I can add cards to the sideboard up to 15 cards, however, the menu only shows 7. Attached is the image that shows that I have added Temporary Lockdown however it's not in the list. This has only started since OTJ update.

  12. Bug with mercenary tokens on Arena mobile

    If you have a stack of mercenary tokens from the new set that tap to add +1+0 at sorcery speed, it seems impossible to target any other mercenary with that ability. When activating it, that mercenary stays on the top of the stack and no matter where you press on the stack it just taps and targets itself. Completely useless. It appears to work fine with any other creature, there's just a UI problem with stacks of them on mobile.

  13. [Android] Message emotes cropped in match

    Description: New message emotes for Outlaws of Thunder Junction (Ex. Howdy) appear cropped out of the game screen during a match.

    Steps:
    1. Equip new message emotes in Profile
    2. Enter a Bot Match
    3. Open emotes and scroll to new message emotes
    4. Send one of the new message emotes

    Expected result: Message emotes should appear inside the emote grid

    Actual result: Message emotes are cropped out of the game viewport.

    No workaround found.

  15. Bug Gisa x Lazav

    I tried building a deck with Gisa and Lazav and noticed that Lazav isn't getting the +1/+1 from Gisa even though he is a shapeshifter.
    Is that a bug?

  16. Near Lockup after attaching Deconstruction Hammer on top of crewed Bladewheel Chariot

    This is playing with the bot, Sparky. It is not an event nor anything where I lost points or anything. Just playing with Sparky.

    I attached Deconstruction Hammer on top of crewed Bladewheel Chariot and then clicked "Go to Battle" or whatever the button says. The game did not progress for about three minutes, though my mascot/pet was still animated. The game finally progressed, so I then clicked the next button to select creatures to attack. Now the game has not progressed even after about 10 minutes, though mascot/pet is still moving.

  18. Match making not working

    Multiple times today I have tried to play Starter Deck Duel. It refuses to find a match. I have let it get up to 7 minutes of searching so far without connecting to an opponent. It did this a week or two ago with the midweek Magic event but picking a different deck let me find an opponent. Changing decks today has not done the same.

  20. Breeches, the Blastmaker bug

    When Breeches flips a coin due to trigger on the stack and it lands on copying a spell, the option to respond to the copy with "Fake Your Own Death" was not available after the copy targeted the same creature. The stack simply began to resolve after the copy as placed on it with no ability for me to interact.

    None of my other instants were available to be cast either, it simply applied the copy to the stack and immediately proceeded to resolve the stack. I glanced at the bottom right of my screen and my "auto-pass" was NOT…
