How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Cant claim vault progress
There is a treasure chest icon after getting 100% vault progress, but when I click it I just get Waiting for server... and then back to the home screen and nothing happened.

Cheater - GARDENGNOME
Guy plays the exact same cards in the exact same order searches for the exact same creature and brings out the exact same two other creatures from his hand. Everything is exactly the same. Look at the ******* photo

Petition for wildcard refund
Dear support,
Few days ago I crafted all the banned brawl cards cause i thought we will get wildcard refund for each of them. Didnt know that doesnt work for this format. So i basically lost 12 rare and 4 mythic wildcards. Can you please undo the action of crafting those cards on my account. Would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Fix these connection issues and game crashes!!!!
The fact anytime there's any minor network or internet connection issue the game crashes is ridiculous. For the sher size of your company and the amount of revenue you receive from just arena this game should be perfect not a cash grab were u don't have to update and fix the fundamentals of the app this has been going on since I started playing years ago atleast then you wouldn't get booted and have to reload from the boot up screen and this has happened on every single device I've played arena on. Sorin of House Markov Color Identity is Wrong in Brawl
The Creature named "Sorin of House Markov" is a creature front, planeswalker flip. The issue is that the color identity is not working proper, it is white, black even though its mono black. The reminder text of Extort on the card is classifing it as a 2 color card and im unable to put it in my mono black decks. Color challenge pitting me against non-color-challenge decks
In the last game of the Blue color challenge, I'm being pitted against a White+Black deck with way better cards, somehow?? Clearly a bug, what is going on?

Darksteel Colossus + Smuggler's Surprise
When Smuggler's Surprise hits Darksteel Colossus during the mill 4 cards. It stops milling. And Darksteel is not put in the graveyard. It reveals the card, but puts it back in the library.
Reproduce
Play Smuggler's Surprise and choose to mill 4 cards.

Generating Too many Scute Swarm at Once Causes Game Crash & Match Loss
When using a Scute Swarm with a Mass Land-Recursion such as Splendid Reclamation, it causes the game to crash, leading to a match loss.

Arcane Signet tapped for mana at instant speed
Arcane Signet should have summoning sickness the turn its played. I played a game where it was casted and used same turn, how exactly does that work if no other cards specify that artifacts have haste?

Client crashes everytime I try to cast nova hellkite. Check the logs since update. I've attempted to cast it with 3 or 5 mana available and it crashes

BUG: Full control
Every time I click outside the Arena window, and then press back in the full control mode seems to be toggled.
Basically full control is getting activated and deactivated while playing Arena in windowed mode.I'm on Windows 10, Epic Games launcher

Unable to purchase items in the store
About 99% of the time, I have to reboot Arena to purchase anything from the store. However, today even rebooting Arena and rebooting my Mac computer doesn't work. I would like to get the Avatar Pass Bundle before the offer ends, but I get a "Waiting for Server" error whenever I try to buy it. Thank you.

Where are the real players
Every single game is a carbon copy of a game. I've already played every opponent plays exactly the same cards in exactly the same order. There might be a red deck or a white deck or some other combination, but it's always the same cards in exactly the same order. They never mull again. They never get f****** three lands in a row. They always get perfect. A ******* f****** cards f*** you guys fix your f****** game man what a joke

Another cheater
People start games and then they're absent from the game. I can only assume screwing off with a third-party app to stack their hand and then they come back and then get guess what they're going to win. Imagine that. Imagine that you don't f****** do anything about cheaters. Just f****** let people f****** disappear from the game come back leave paying customers waiting and then they just f****** lose

What am I supposed to do
Literally every game look at the picture. I get three lands. The guy gets 1,500 f****** creatures and wins the f****** game every single f****** game and then if I do have something to play best believe they have a f****** card to kill it immediately. Tell me it's not f****** rigged people aren't f****** cheating. It's all f****** bots man. What the f*** garbage f****** garbage f****** fix your f****** game man. Countering delayed trigger abilities by Tishana‘s tidebinder would erase other abilities.
Some permanent spells that use warp (or blitz) generate delayed triggered abilities that in effect while they're on the battlefield. Reading the rules text, it's clear that these abilities are generated by spells on the stack. However, if we counter these abilities with Tishana's Tidebinders on Magic Arena, Tidebinders erases all abilities on those permanents.
I tried to find out in the rules why Tidebinders can find permanents (usually creatures) from such delayed triggered abilities, but I can't find anything.1 vote -

- Disconnection only in game environment (no issues browsing the web)

Friends, Bots, Brawl, and Vault
It would be awesome if you could have multiple bot difficulty settings so that way you're able to give your decks an actual test before trying them against people. Plus giving the bots better deck selection of course.
It would also be sweet to be able to watch a friend's game. Just from your friend's perspective that way there's no cheating going on.
Brawl would probably be more popular if you gave it ranked matches, same with the other modes. Also would be cool to have Archenemy and planeschase as match options

Mobile crash issue when switching apps
I use MTGA when commuting and I need to switch to my bus or train ticket app when boarding. This causes the MTGA app to crash and restart. I am allowed to reconnect to the previous game after selecting the right format, but this does cause a big delay that can cost a turn or a forfeit if not fast enough. I also don't want my opponents getting the idea that I'm doing this on purpose. I think this should be looked at for a future patch for mobile as I am finding it to be a big issue and…
