How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

'Decks' page stuck on 'waiting for server'
When opening the 'Decks' Page the app is stuck on 'Waiting for server' tried restarting app and phone (android). Started happening after 08/07/2025 Edge of eterneties update

Quina, Qu Gourmet - Frogs gets 1+1 counters when created
I lost a match in Mtg Arena Premier Draft against an opponent who had a Quina, Qu Gourmet on the battlefield and then played the Zanarkand, Ancient Metropolis Adventure side to get a token with 1+1 counters on it for each they control. Doing this should just create a 1/1 frog token but they got a frog with identical 1+1 counters on it, mimicking the land token. They then attacked, i had to block, they then returned the land to their hand, did it again and the same problem occurred.

NEW BUG: Jump Into Magic: The Gathering - Final Fantasy (Unlock the "resign" button instead of "home")
Unlock the resign button so people can continue to play this Jump Into Magic: The Gathering - Final Fantasy game. Currently the only option is to click "Home". See attached image.

Banned cards played in a standard event
i played in a standard event post ban on mtga, i found a opponent who plays cori-steel cutter, how can be possible? I don't know what to do, i've played the game, but i don't want to play against a player who plays banned cards, what should we do?

shuffle
I'm not sure if the Magic Arena shuffler is random. Nearly every round I play against someone they draw 3 or 4 copies of a removal card or a key card in their deck. It's so consistent that this can't be random.

wildcard refund
For the newly banned cards, I was only refunded 12 uncommon wildcards, even though I owned full playsets of all 4 banned uncommon cards (16 cards total). I didn't receive ANY common wildcards, even though I owned full playsets of both banned common cards (8 cards total). Rare wildcard refund was correct.

Vincent valentine
It is quite often I will destroy an opponents creature Vincent will say he's triggering then get no counters despite anywhere from 1-9 being needed to give to him and this has lost me several games

ultrawide is still not working when the app is switching between screens
Fix the ultrawide formatting so it stays full screen when switching to and from gameplay.

Brawl wait
I can join other games just fine, but when I join a brawl que, I am stuck in the wait screen. I even hear the sounds of a match starting and the time fuse running, but the string is stuck showing how long I’ve been waiting.

Quick draft bug
I played a quick draft event and got 3 wins and 3 losses. However the quest : Complete three quick draft matches has not been updated and I cannot redeem it. It is stuck at 0/3 win and I can't go on with the other quest.

lands mulligan/draw
Playing friendly brawl with a friend, encountered a bug where in 3 separate games, I drew only lands on all 24 starting hands/mulligans. I played one for a few turns where I mulliganed to zero, and only drew lands for those turns. Doublechecked, and my deck does have nonland cards (60 in fact). Not complaining about the shuffler, this should be statistically impossible. Think it might be a bug. Attaching two of the game logs as well.

Ultima Incorrect Resolution
I have an enemy creature exiled w/White Auracite.
I cast Ultima. Arena puts the exiled creature back into play, though it should not have, and I quickly lose the game because of it.

Stuck in Summoner's Sanctum does not prevent Weapons Vendor from activating
Placing Stuck in Summoner's Sanctum does not prevent the activated ability of Weapons Vendor from activating.
Stuck in Summoner's Sanctum has the following language:
"Enchanted permanent doesn't untap during its controller's untap step and its activated abilities can't be activated"Weapons Vendor has the following language:
"At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you control an Equipment, you may pay (1). When you do, attach target Equipment you control to target creature you control."My understanding of activated ability is when a player decides to activate a mana-costed ability. Vanille and Fang Interaction
I gained a Token copy of Vanille and Fang and the prompt asking if I wanted to meld showed up. I melded, and they both went to exile with no Ragnorock appearing. Dunno if intended or not

Spell stayed on stack
Auron's Inspiration didn't clear off the stack.
My opponent cast Auron's Inspiration and then flashbacked it a second time, however the spell never cleared the stack making it look like I could still cast Ice Magic and bounce their creature. However, out advanced to combat damage before I could cast, still showing that it was on the stack.4 votes -
Missing FF basic land card arts after update
After purchasing all the Final Fantasy basic land card arts in the store on June 16, 2025, the following day there was a update on June 17, 2025. From this update, basically half of the previously purchased card art bundles have been removed from my account. I have tried everything I can legally to try and fix it. I have contacted customer service, they pointed me here. I honestly just want what I purchased, without having to pay more.

Noticed this in a TON of games since the Final Fantasy set dropped. People are regularly casting spells without having enough mana to do so. I'm fairly new so at first I assumed I was missing something that gave them mana but since the FF sets dropped I've had it happen in like 5+ games, some of them running basically mirrored decks to mine so I know I wasn't misunderstanding a mechanic. Last game had someone with only basic lands, no extra mana abilities, no artifacts that add colorless mana spend 3 more mana than they had lands. (5 lands…

Unable to view text and titles on final fantasy full art cards
simplified version. Can you please fix the art and make the text/titles visible or give us an option to always view the clear and readable version of a card by default. Thanks

cant find a match
1: start a client, choose standart and deck for it, then try to find a match in standart format.
2: win 11, updated
3: when searching for matc, client often goes from 'currently waiting' to 'entering match' and then client sends me back to the main menu without entering match which was found.
4: when seraching for match, client goes from 'to 'entering match' and then im playing a match
5: screenshots added, log aswell
6: idk way around except to try to find a like 4-6 matches and play only 1 of them, bcs of issue-

Could not block during combat
I drafted FIN Premier draft (BO1) and after the first game, I couldnt block during combats. Therefore I lost 2 games. Please give me a refund and fix this bug.
