Vibrance
Sometimes when attempting to cast vibrance the android client (possibly others as well) will not give me the option to pay double red and double green only either or.

Jump In deck not giving proper contents
Lorwyn Jump-In not giving the proper contents. Elves Vivid gives you only 3 forests and an Overgrown Tomb for a primarily green deck, and 3 plains when no white pips are present. Almost impossible to win.

Midweek Magic: Jump In! Landbase
The Elves Blighted combination runs 4 Mountains, with no red pips on any of the cards. There are also 4 Plains when only a single card has white, and it is {W/B} hybrid. There are so many games where I just can't play any of my cards because I have unusable red and white mana.

Could not block during combat
I drafted ECL Premier draft (BO1) and during the third game, I couldn't block during combats. I clicked on my creatures but could not assign block. Therefore I lost the game. Please give me a refund and fix this bug.

Hire more Arena devs (rant)
Hasbro, you NEED to hire more developers, and otherwise give more support to the digital face of your billion-dollar game. There are too many issues to list; just play the game and they'll readily become apparent.
It feels as if there are just enough people to work on the deluge of set releases and only one person doing quality control.
The Lorwyn Jump In Midweek Magic event broke me.

Received 3 Edge of Eternities boosters instead of Lorwyn Eclipsed boosters when reaching the 4th level of Mastery Pass

MWM Jump In unplayable deck
I picked pack 1 elementals, pack 2 vivid, now I have an unplayable mess with 4 plains and no white spells that struggles to cast anything because of the heavy color requirements with such bad mana. It has 1 dual land, and that's it. 4 "colorless" plains in a 17 land deck. Please let us change the manabase of jump in decks or at least be mindful of this when building your halfdecks. Or just don't offer multicolored packs if the mana is not going to work.

Dawnhand dissident + Soul cauldron
According to the card's text dawnhand dissident should allow you to cast any creature you exiled with it.
If you give it scavenging ooze's exile effect via agatha's soul cauldron and exile creatures it doesn't work despite it should given the card's wording. It was the dissident who exiled that creature even if it's scavenging ooze's ability2 votes -
Dawnhand Dissident Wouldn't Let Me Cast Creatures Exiled With It
As title says, had a Dawnhand Dissident on the field, activated it's blight 2 ability and exiled multiple creatures under it. On my turn, there was no way to actually cast the creatures even though I had multiple creatures with enough -1/-1 counters on them to pay for the additional cost.

matchmaking
The starter deck duel matchmaking is bad, real bad. I lost 30 to 40 games in a row. Yet I keep getting matched against high-skill players. I am horrible at the game, so I need to be matched with others who are bad at the game as well. Fix it now

Cannot Change Deck Details on Decks, Unable to Use Foundations Decks I Just Bought
Bought the new Brawl decks and am unable to use them. They come in as "Standard Brawl" not "Brawl" and are illegal with more than 60 cards. When going to change the deck type the menu is unclickable as it shows behind the UI. I cannot, in fact, change any of my decks types.

Typo
The text should be ". . . 생물 유형 한 개를 선택한다," not ". . . 대지 유형 한 개를 선택한다."
Unrelated to the photo is a mistranslation: "Curious Obsession" should be "기이한 호기심." 호기심에 대한 집착 means "Obsession about Curiosity" or "Fixation on Curiosity."

Aurora Awakener's ability should be reworded
"When this creature enters, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal X permanent cards, where X is the number of colors among permanents you control. Put any number of those permanent cards onto the battlefield, then put the rest of the revealed cards on the bottom of your library in a random order."
It should be reworded to nonland permanents since it does not consider lands when its ability is triggered.

Counter Target Creature spell resolution.
The issue is with the counter target creature spell. What happens is my opponent plays a creature. I attempt to counter it with "counter target creature spell" my opponent then plays "counter target creature spell" and his creature comes onto the battlefield. "Counter target creature spell" is an instant, not a creature spell, therefore my opponent should not be able to target it with"counter target creature spell". Please fix this bug.

BUG: Amphibian Downpour + doubling effects does not work
Amphibian downpour and the doubling effects does not work. If I have amphibian downpour and parallel lives on the battlefield, it should double the number of tokens that get attached to the creature.

Tired of Historic Brawl matchmaking
Dear WOTC,
I'm really tired of the matchmaking in Historic Brawl. Out of the last 30 games I have played using Glarb, Calamity's Augur as my commander, I have been matched about 15 times against Ajani, Nacatl Pariah, 5 against Nashi, Illusion Gadgeteer, 5 against Rusko and 5 against Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student. All of those "commanders" are banned as commander in Duel Commander and or are Alchemy Garbage. If you aren't going to actually maintain a healthy ban list for the format and separate alchemy from it, I'm quitting it completely. Most of the time I end up rolling my eyes and leaving the computer open while the timer runs out after seeing the 5th Ajani in a row.

My timer runs down while my opponents triggers are excessive! What even is that!

BUG (or UX/UI issue?): Indestructible targets not dying to -X/X AFTER taking damage
Reporting a bug OR a potential UX/UI-issue, if this is some weird nyance of the rules.
-X/-X is supposed to kill indestructible targets as soon as their toughness hits 0.
Indestructible targets take damage normally, they just don't get destroyed when their toughness hits 0 through damage.
However, if you have damaged an indestructible target first and then cast -X/-X on it, it will not die to the -X/-X even though even the client shows it's toughness as 0.
So either this is a bug OR UX/UI issue, meaning that the actual toughness to kill the target with -X/-X should be visible at all times.
In this situation indestructible targets taking damage should show the damage as "mini counters", but not touch the toughness.

Unable to cast The Last Ronins Technique
I attacked with featherbrained filcher with 2 mana available, and was unblocked. I was unable to use the sneak ability to cast The Last Ronins Technique
