How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unplayable on Mac
Game unplayable on Mac
Since the latest update, the game is unplayable on Mac. Initial screen and shop work fine, but as soon as I enter a game, the client is unusable. Everything has a lag of several seconds, cards hover very slowly and cannot be draged onto the battlefield.

Mac Resolution issue
The resolution is not working properly for Mac. Can only run in windowed mode. Need to fix resolution to accommodate fullscreen.

Mac optimization, iPad Pro optimization, and some Mac bugs, and please, please, fix fullscreen on Mac.
Mac game really needs improvement. (I have a MacBook Pro M1 with MacOS Monterey)
Recent bugs:
The text in menu buttons will not show up.
The app won't launch from the dock shortcut, have to launch from inside epic client.
Two-finger swiping on the touchpad doesn't work, it pretty much only scrolls in one direction, it just goes wild.
Sometimes going in and out of the app it will stop playing sound, or some other problem.It is just ridiculous that the fullscreen mode clips the sides of the screens. It only recently got full screen. Windowed doesn't…

MTG Arena for Mac on Steam
Please release MTG Arena for Mac on Steam. Currently MTG Arena itself is supported on Mac, but can only be installed on Epic. Adding it to Steam would make it easier for me to recommend, especially to friends and family that are less familiar with gaming and have only heard of Steam.

mac crashes
I am surprized by number of reported bugs for Mac but I think my issue not yet reported.
Yes, I had some performance issues or screen clipping issues but generally I was happy with Mac experience.
Today it started crashing right after loading screen. So it is not like other users say once a day or after a game session.
I cannot access game at all right now.
I tried removing game data and redounloading client from Epic, nothing changed.

MTGA Crashes on Mac
MTGA keeps crashing during the loading screen in Mac Sonoma 14.5 (latest version). I uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA through Epic Games to no avail.

Can't pay on mac
I can't get to the paying interface on Mac os. If I get to the point where I'm supposed to pay it just hangs and I can't spend my money on the store.

mac client crashing
With the newest update (8/1/2025) The mac client always crashes on startup. I've tried fresh reinstalls and reboots, etc. Nothing works.

Cannot Purchase Through Store on Mac
Any time I try to purchase anything through the store I get a spinning wheel and a message saying "waiting for server" that never brings me to the payment screen. Have been trying off and on since August and have not been able to purchase anything. Using the Mac version.

Wrong client message on Mac
I play on Mac, but I get a system message that is for Windows. Mac doesn't use .exe files.

Mac OS Screen Resolution
The "Resolution" setting only has one option in Windowed or Fullscreen mode. Part of the board is cut off (see Graveyard Cut Off) because the game display ratio is wider than my monitor ratio and it's being zoomed-in to fill vertically.

unable to make purchases mac OS
Unable to make purchases on Mac OS running Arena through Epic Games Launcher. Clicking on price to purchase any item results in the client endlessly hanging on the "Connecting to Server" screen - the only way to kill it is to exit the client.
The 1-2 year old reddit suggesting running the client and Epic Games Launcher at the same time as a fix doesn't work.

Arena is stuck on "Retrieving asset manifest" on Mac
After yesterday's system maintenance, I cannot get any of my mac machines to get beyond the "Retrieving asset manifest" screen on Arena. I have tried deleting and re-installing Arena with the same result.
I don't know of any workaround, I'd be happy to try a workaround to get this working.

Crash when launching the app on Mac
Problem :
- Since yesterday, I cannot play to MTGA anymore while I'm a regular player since months.
- Each time I launch the app on my device , ) the app crashes during the launch after the "loading initial scene" phase.
- There is no error message - I just come back to my deskMy Config
- Macbook Air Apple M3, 16 go
- MacOS = Sonoma 14.6.1What I already did :

Client not launching on Mac
On the morning of Renewal and the EOE updates, the client is not functioning properly on my Mac. I have rebooted 3 times, both by opening the client directly and by launching through Epic Games. Sometimes the client launches but is very laggy, and sometimes it doesn't launch at all, showing a black screen or a "waiting for server" icon. I've also restarted my computer, reset my wifi, and reset my router, but nothing seems to work.

Mac app completely broken, doesn't open
The mac app is completely broken after most recent update. It gets to loading the card database and then crashes out.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still get the same issue.
