Game crashing/freezing on more demanding actions
I am repeatedly running into optimalization issues while playing on iPhone. I run a stupid commander deck, Tatyova landfall, that has few wincons in going infinite. Some actions that triggure a large events (not large stacks, but one action trigguring on a larger scale) the game can’t handle it and after a short freeze, ends the game prematurely as a draw with an error message.
Two situations where this happens.

Freezing
Four days after the TMNT update...and you still haven't fixed the freezing and crashing issue? Maybe it's time to start hiring people who actually know something about programming, since the morons you have now tend to break the entire game every time they try to add something... What a bunch of idiots. It takes some absolute retards to take the greatest game ever made...and make people hate it.. But you always find a way.

opponent found a way to force me to lose using server connectivity
I was playing an opponent on ranked when the game "crashed" it locked up and said server disconnected. It force resets the client than i load back up against the same opponent when the client locks up again at the player vs screen. No problem on my opponents before, after or during until I was about to win. This interaction has caused me to receive two loses on ranked against the same player. I have a screen shot of the opponents name. The time was about 13:47 UTC.

Never had issues resolved - 4th try!
My last two issues for playin points and a premier event never got resolved but were marked as such. 20 points and 4000 gems was what i was asking for back. I suspect something went wrong with the system in refunding as I never received points or gems which is out of the usual fast response. I think the original issues were all due to server crashes at the time. While not a big deal, I do spend thousands on this app each year and expect it to work correctly when playing in events. Bug - Audio and Visual issue.
Platform - Android Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Game was up to date and recently reinstalled a couple weeks back because of previous audio crashes/issues. Jumped into a brawl match and the game disconnected straight away, had to click reconnect (this was on stable WiFi as well) sent me back to the main screen but with the match audio/ music still playing. Hit play for it to put me back into the same match only now I had 2 game audios and songs playing over the top of eachother. The texture on the board was also real screwy with weird…1 vote -
Issue with Quick Draft, Again...
So this is probably the 3rd or 4th time where the system crashes, then when reconnected I get an interface which misrepresents game states or is not able to function in a way to allow gameplay. I believe all have been in Quick draft. All on my Google Pixel 9(Most recent software) It is frustrating to spend time to draft and construct a deck but not be able to play out the event.

Black screen (or "Waiting for Server") when trying to access my account

since the Jan 13, 2026 - Game Maintenance - Lorwyn Eclipsed Update, I'm having trouble with my account. First it was sudden crashes, which is inconvenient but overall ok. But since Wednesday Jan 14, I cannot access my regular account any more. When I log in, the screen goes black or has a stuck “Waiting for server” wheel. Nothing happens any more.I tried all the suggested measures in the Q&A. Nothing helps. Also tried different devices. Same thing.
However, if I create a new account, this will work and I can play games just fine. Which…

Tokens not generating
Max Tokens reached, no new tokens being generated.
Was playing a Simulacrum Synthesizer deck against a discard deck with no wincon. Opponent cleared my deck of useful cards, but left some wincons for me. However, after repeatedly copying Worldwalker Helm and generating map tokens, the game seemed to max out the number of tokens at around 230 tokens.
This is probably to prevent the game from crashing.
However, multiple times when I got my wincon and had opportunities to create artifact creature tokens or copies of Perilous Snare, etc. the tokens would not generate. Frustrating because I actually would…

Game loses connection
On android mtg arena looses connectivity anytime you minimize it it doesnt matter if it's only for 1 second. Also what's more irritating is that if you have your android device to automatically connect to wifi if you are playing arena on 5g and you come in range of a saved wifi network when you automatically comment the game crashes as well. You have to close arena down reopen it just to be logged back into the match you were playing before the problem occurred just to be 2 or 3 turns behind having done nothing to your boardstate…

gem store empty
When I launch MTG Arena from my desktop windows 10 computer using Steam, everything is fine except for the Gem tab in the store. This page opens and says there is nothing available to buy. I am unable to buy gems at all, as there are no gem options showing in the store at all. I am connecting from the United States on the east coast at 3/27/2026 between noon and 1 PM.

Draft bug
Good morning, while I was waiting for my opponent during the draft, the game crashed. When I restarted it, the file preparation percentage was progressing very slowly, causing me to lose the match. The game resumed several minutes later. I was in the Premier Draft and I would like to request a refund of 1500 gems. Thank you very much. Have a good day.

Deck Contains More Than 60 Cards in Standard Ranked
Opponent's deck contained more than 60 cards in the Standard Ranked mode, which should not be possible. I attached a screenshot of the error with the IDs edited out. I also have an error log, but this website crashed whenever I tried to upload it (although it was 40MB which is under the 50MB limit). Not sure if this was just a visual bug or if the player was actually able to use more than 60 cards.

Restarting client during sideboarding fails to enter sideboarding screen
During a sideboardable (Bo3) game, my Arena client crashed. I Alt-F4'ed (Windows) to exit the game, then reopened Arena. It loaded, but got stuck at the Duel Scene: it registered as waiting for my opponent to join the game for two minutes. When I finally timed out of sideboarding, the game began with my unsideboarded deck.
If the client opens and there's an active match in which I haven't submitted my deck during sideboarding, it shouldn't wait for the opponent. Instead, it should just go straight to sideboarding.
