1. Game crashing when hovering over Room cards

   On Arena during games, drafting and deck building, hovering over split cards like the rooms seems to crash my game. Currently in a draft I can't play because even after autopicking because the card crashed my game, I can't even take out the card from my deck.

2. Turn off card / board animations

   Hello.

   Now that Arena has a good player base, with some of them who are playing for a long time ago, i suggest, with a button on the interface, the possibility for the user to

   switch off all the card animations / board animations.

   For those like me who play a lot and since a while, we get tired of the same animations again and again and it would improve our game experience.

   For those with little configurations it would perhaps avoid some crash and improve fluidity of the game.

   Well. I see only advantages in this options doesn't you ? Implement it please.

4. Everytime i play a planeswalker or a create card transforms into a planeswalker, the app crashes on me playing brawl on an andriod phone

   Everytime I cast a planeswalker, or a creature transforms into a planeswalker, my app on my android crashes. When I reload it, it'll take me back to the game but then crash again immediately. It's happened in 3 different games today 3 seperate times on the day.

6. Mtg Arena companion bug/crashing

   Currently dealing with a bug with companions. Checked my collection for a companion to use in one of my decks and noticed a black box among them. Attempting to click on it leads to a game crash. Thankfully can boot up the game no trouble after but it is a minor inconvenience that I can work around for now.

   Currently know of this bug on the Android version of Arena.

   My game often crashes, leaving a black rectangle on my screen, almost always while in a match, but once while in the store. Sometimes when it crashes it crashes my whole laptop. The game crashes for me about every half hour

9. Game keeps crashing

   Playing arena on iOS (iPhone). Keeps crashing several times during matches. Almost lost due to being timed out. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Was working great before the recent big upgrade. Very frustrating

10. Crashing on iOS

    I’m on iOS, iPhone 15pro. There was an iOS update yesterday and sense then the game has started to crash when loading into a match,it’s also making any ongoing audio stutter and distort.

11. Lost connection to server during ranked match

    Connection to server was lost during a ranked match, it was not on my side, it was a server issue. my game reconnected to the menu, and my rank didn't change.
    I start another ranked match and win it, and instead of ranking up, it acted just as if I lost...
    Fix your servers please, you can't just crash me like that and then denying me the next win like wtf???

13. Freezes and crashes since last update

    Hi,
    I've done the 9.53Gb update this morning and since then I'm experimenting different issues on my account (mainly freezes and crashes but also some lags).

    Roughly : I connect, I try to click on the store or on the daily challenges if I want to modify them and the game becomes unresponsive. To the point I get a Windows popup asking me if I want to wait for Arena to answer or to quit. Waiting is to no avail so far, the game never comes back. I can play games (with 'waiting for server' lags sometimes), I can access my profile or parameters, but challenges modification and store section are automatically freezing the software.

    My OS is Windows 11 Family, 23H2 version, OS build 22631.4169

    To Whom It May Concern at Wizards of the Coast/MTG Arena Support,
    I am writing to follow up on the ongoing, critical issue of the Magic: The Gathering Arena application crashing repeatedly.
    While I appreciate any effort to resolve this, the request for crash logs or other diagnostic information is currently useless to me. I have not been given clear, simple instructions on how to locate, collect, or send this information. If you require this data, please provide a clear, step-by-step guide for non-technical users.
    My primary concern, however, is not the collection of data—it is the stability of your application.
    The game crashed again just now at 2:53 a.m. PDT (October 24, 2025) right in the middle of a match. I was one life point away from winning the game, but the crash prevented me from re-entering the match, resulting in an unearned and frustrating loss.
    Frankly, it is becoming extremely frustrating. The frequency with which the application crashes, particularly during moments when I am about to win, is making the game unplayable and creating the distinct impression that the crashes are directly connected to my success in the match.
    All I am asking for is for your team to urgently fix the application's stability so that it quits crashing, especially during live games.
    Please prioritize fixing these recurring, game-breaking technical issues.

16. Legendäre Card Entering Hauses Crash in Match on IPhone 12

    When I play with my iPhone 12 with the current game version on day 2025-09-12. The game crashes every time a legendary card enters the battlefield on my or my opponent’s side. Reconnecting is futile. It crashes right away again. Until match is lost due to time restrictions. Then game works fine again in the menu. Maybe the enter animation causes that ? Maybe make an option to make this optional? Happy to see any feedback

17. Gyruda mills 4 face-downed cards include Progenitus and crash Game Client

    When Gyruda ability mills cards include Progenitus, milled cards move to graveyard face-down and Progenitus becomes revealed. then, I become can't do anything except concede until time-up, and tens of seconds later, Game Client becomes crashed. then, I reboot Game Client and return to game, curiously enough Progenitus is in battlefield. I think, Gyruda can't find Progenitus because Progenitus return to library (Hidden Zone) instead of moving to graveyard.

18. MTGA mobile cilent kept crashing over and over and stuck on "waiting for opponent" for over 4 minutes

    Mtga client kept crash over and over, kicking me out of the game with each game action. Then on my final attempt to reconnect, cilent was waiting for opponent for over 4 minutes and when i restarted, it gave me a match loss and tanked my traditional EoE draft.

    I have played over 30 EoE drafts, and this is the first time the game cilent is buggy and crash happy, and it is ridiculous that there are no settings we can change to turn down the resource use by the cilent.

    Please refund my draft.

19. Game Crashes Constantly

    All on PC, game crashes when trying to re-roll quests, game crashes when clicking on "Store", game crashes when clicking on "Mastery Pass", game crashes when clicking on "Open Packs", game crashes when clicking on "Decks", game crashes when trying to select a game mode other than "Recently Played", game crashes frequently when in a match, game crashes in between BO3 matches, game won't let me sideboard in cards during BO3 even on android. This has been ongoing for nearly TWO WEEKS, reinstalled multiple times, and changed graphics display to "medium" and "low" has not worked.
