Player timeout with opponent stack flooded
The opponent flooded the stack with over 100 triggers and should have eventually passed priority or lost. But in the end, instead of the opponent timing out, I timed out. To be specified that I had no play to make, so no priority to pass on my side. This is completely absurd, as it is like a player receives a game loss in real life because its opponent has left the table and has gone away. And no, it is not a problem of device compatibility because my device is Arena mobile compatible since day 1 release. It is unbelievable…

Can't target Giada for no reason
I was playing historic ranked in mobile, my opponent cast Giada font of hope on their second turn, I had swift end and erebos intervention in my hand, I was able to cast them but when I did the game did not allow me to target Giada, which ultimately made me loose the game

Spells with Storm mis-target, losing the game, if you run out of time, even if you already specified a target when put on the stack.
So, I run a deck that plays with Invasion of Alara and Displacer Kitten + Planeswalkers and Storm. Storm is specifically Grapeshot (https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=598999) & Tendrils of agony (https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=517584). So, when my somewhat infinite engine gets going it puts a ton of stuff on the stack due to Displacer Kitten flickering Invasion of Alara and various copying creatures like Surgical Metamorph, Phyrexian Metamorph (https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=491350), and Clever Impersonator (https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=470628). Player Block System
It would be nice to be able to block certain players from your queue when finding games.
I find that I am up against the same players over and over again. Some they autoquit when they see my name. Some I do the same to them knowing that they are going to play a deck that I'm not fond of playing against (i.e. mill or mono red)
Mainly though to get rid of the players that don't do anything. I find most of the games I play are against those. They time out at mulligan and time…12 votes -
Game couldn’t let me target my opponent’s creature
Today I’ve encountered a bug that didn’t allow me to target my opponent’s creature in any way, and didn’t let me block it.
It was a usual ranked explorer best of 3 game, my rank up game to be specific, and my opponent played a 3 mana creature, and i just couldn’t target it or do anything with it. I’m playing on IOs mobile version.

Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena
I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.
I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.
Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

Unable to cast blitz
With 1 or more life and 4 swamps untapped, I was unable to cast Tenacious Underdog for its blitz cost during main phase 1 or main phase 2. There were no permanents, effects, or abilities preventing me from activating this ability from the graveyard.

During sideboarding I was unable to select any cards. After rebooting after I won a different match I was unable to select the claim button.

Calamity, Galloping Inferno does not produce two tokens when multiple targets are on the battlefield
Having an optional target (Planeswalker or Battle) when Calamity attacks will cause the repeat trigger to not work, producing only a single token.
- Player 1 has Calamity, Galloping Inferno and any non-legendary creature to saddle
- Player 2 has a Planeswalker or Battle on the field
- Player 1 attacks, Calamity only produces a single token.

Unable to sideboard in game 3 on mobile
In a ranked Bo3 match, between games 1 & 2, I was able to access my sideboard and make changes to my deck. In between games 2 & 3 however, when viewing my deck and sideboard, I could not add cards from my sideboard into my deck by tapping them; I was able to remove (or add additional copies) cards from my deck by using the + and - buttons, but could not replace them with cards that were in the sideboard and not the maindeck- obviously though, I could not register fewer cards than legal, so I was unable…

Player Intentionally Waste Timers
I have encountered a lot of sore losing players intentionally wasting their turn timers in the hopes that you concede first. Usually it is the turn when they finally see that there is no way for them to win the round and will just throw insult by depleting the timers. I suggest that there should be a temporary ban on accounts with repeated offenses like that. I guess that would mean putting a facility to determine if the player was made inactive (circumstantially) or just being a sore loser with an active connection but is doing nothing but waste…

Portent Tracker would not target battle
Portent Tracker would only allow me to untap lands, defense counter ability was greyed out, despite having a legal battle to target. Probably lost the match because of the setback.(PC, March of the Machine quick draft)

Healing Grace can't target instants
"Healing Grace" - "prevent next 3 damage that would be dealt to any target this turn from source of your choice. Gain 3 life."
When I play this instant to protect a creature that is about to be dealt damage from another instant I can't choose the attacking instant as the "source" to prevent damage from.
I would be expect to be able to prevent damage from an instant given the text says "from source of your choice".

Fatal Push not allowed to target 2-drop!!
Why the **** was I not allowed to target this 2 Mana creature with Fatal Push?!

Unable to Sac/Activate Rootwire Amalgam
Unable to Sac/Activate Rootwire Amalgam. I had 5 open mana and wasn't able to activate/sac Rootwire in response to removal. It doesn't specify sorcery speed and doesn't recuire a tap so it should be able to happen at instant speed. This is a huge problem because a player needs to be able to access their card abilities at all times they're supposed to be available to them.

Problem with Friend Challenges--Network Error--Unable to submit deck
I'm running a Powerbook Pro (2018) with OS 12.7.1. When I try a friend challenge with my son, who is on a PC, he gets into the game right away and I get "Network Error--Unable to Submit Deck" regardless of what deck I submit. This has been going on for a few days. It does not matter who initiates the challenge--it's always the same result for me.

repulsive mutation would not let me target a spell
In limited, OP suspended Crashing foothills. Upon the final time counter being removed and the spell being placed onto the stack I played Repulsive Mutation with x=3. The spell would let me target my creature but then would not let me choose the spell to target allowing only submit zero to be chosen.

"copy target spell. You may choose new targets for the copy" bug
Playing LOTR draft I encountered a bug where the effect of a card saying "copy target spell. You may choose new targets for the copy" (for reference Gandalf the Grey's effect) didn't let me choose the same target for the copy of the casted spell which in theory should've let me. I lost the game for this bugged interaction.
