How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Wildcard not given when I have four of the cards already
I purchased a mythic pack from Horizon 3. I got a Reef Worm. I had four Reef Worms already. I was not given a wild card or reimbursement for a duplicate card. Please rectify this problem.

Donnie's Bo Disappeared
Donnie's Bo showed up in a pack I opened on the Arena but is no where to be found in my collection. Nor does it show up if I search for it in "Not Collected"

Fix Item Exclusivity in Adventurer, Spark, and Planeswalker Bundles to Preserve Arena’s Clean F2P Model
MTG Arena has one of the cleanest free-to-play models in existence. From the first minute, the game teaches a simple, powerful rule:
“If you play, you can earn everything.”
Money only saves time.That rule is Arena’s identity. It’s why the economy feels fair, why progression feels meaningful, and why spending money is optional instead of coerced.
Right now, the only blemish on this nearly perfect system is three bundle-exclusive items:
- Adventurer Bundle
- Spark Bundle
- Planeswalker Bundle

My first pick in Lorwyn Eclipsed Premium Draft became a duplicate of one of the next uncommon picks

Event: Lorwyn Eclipsed Premium DraftBug: My first pick in pack 1 of the draft was Mutable Explorer (green rare) selected it, and let the time run out. When the second pack came, the Mutable Explorer became Flock Imposter (white uncommon), and among the cards in the second pick was Flock Imposter as well, positioned in the same place as the previous rare was (topmost left). I ended picking the second Flock Imposter (1st screenshot) but I would have wanted the green rare in my deck since it works much better than a second Flock Imposter. I thought…

Missing Card
Opened a card pack for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set, and received the Brainstorm full art card, and it is not available in any set, nor can I make the card with tokens. Is the card banned?

Loss connection
Yesterday, while I was in the middle of a draft, I suddenly got disconnected with a prompt saying the resources were not updated. While reconnecting, it took a long time to download the resources. When I finally reconnected, it was already down to the final picks of the second pack. It severely impacted the gaming experience.

Not getting gold after winning a game
As I finish any gamemode in the game, sparky pops up and says, "Congrats, you are well on your way to becoming a great plainswalker." I also "claim my rewards" after each game, usually gold, but my gold never updates and I'm stuck at 11,550.

Bug during draft cant see cards
Drafting Avatar TLA (premier draft) , got into pack2p1 and all of the sudden I dont see the cards anymore.

Need My Gold Back or Cosmetic Issued
Please give me my gold back (8000) as it appears the store cosmetics aren't working properly. I bought TMNT Arcade style 4 pack. You took my gold pretty easily but no cosmetic issued. Just forget the cosmetic and issue my 8000 gold back and this fixes everything.

Store Purchase Did Not Recieve
I bought "NEW" Arcade Styles of TMNT 4 card pack for 8000 Gold from store. It took my gold and removed it from store BUT I did not get them. I own the physical card of one of them. Either way I do not see this style listed in my library. Please issue my 8000 gold back or fix issue. Thank you.

Evolving Wilds always "new"
Step 1: Acquire a Lorwyn Eclipsed booster which contains a copy of Evolving Wilds, after already opening a pack with Evolving Wilds in (indeed, already having four copies!).
Step 2: Open pack.
Step 3: Note that Evolving Wilds says "New" over it, despite having a full playset of Evolving Wilds.PC (Steam, Linux)

Stop Momir events
I really dislike playing Momir (although I kind of always end up playing it, just for the rewards). It feels like a slot machine game, a very slow one. A lot of people feel this way, it's really far from Magic as a game.
There are tons of easy replacements: e.g. doing Pauper or Artisan more often. It's accessible to everyone, and would be way more fun than Momir.1 vote -
Unable to connect to server 2026-03-28 02:50 AM
I started a Premier Draft event at approximately 2:45 AM on 2026-03-28. After confirming my Pack 1 Pick 1 selection, the pack icon next to my player name didn't disappear. I waited 30 seconds or so before exiting the draft screen to try entering again, to confirm whether it was just a visual error or a network issue. I reopened the Premier Draft event page and was presented with the Play Blade option to begin a new draft, which prompted me to exit and restart the client. Now I am unable to connect to a server since the initial restart…

A way to review owned alternate arts please.
As an example today I got Rhythm of the Wild from a TMNT pack. As I am a new player and play in Standard with cards I'm familiar with so far I don't dabble much in Historic. The new deck builder defaults to standard, so it was kind of hard to find this card I owned and wanted to play. I'm sure there are others I might have forgotten in winning styles from Midweek Magic, opening them in a pack, or purchasing them when they were on sale in the store.
These are cards I would potentially spend my wildcards…

Store Error

Sudden Loss
While browsing emotes, I was subjected to a sudden loss, as if i conceded the match, but I did not. Both players were low on life, but non had received lethal damage. I suspect that the other player actually conceded, because there was no feasible way for him to win, but I ended up losing and the downtick on my ladder progress.
I did receive the rewards for a win, however, which were 50g and 25xp.

week 3 of client stuck on "waiting for server" spiel
OS: mac
issue: as per title, after ANY and EVERY match (regardless of type, ranked, unranked, event) the client gets stuck on the good ol' Bu ll sh it "waiting for server" screen. (henceforth WFS) game sounds still perform regularly (quests, rewards, yada, yada...)
ONLY difference with regular client behavior (aside the whole step-sister thing): the loading circle of WFS appears to be double stacked (background greyed out instead of black) and the background wears off when the WFS screen should fu ck of f.

Less duplicates
Why am I getting the same cards over and over? It should be to where if I dont have the card in my collection there is a higher chance for it to come into the pack. I shouldn't be getting the same commons, uncommon, etc. Why isn't there like a gold rush on weekends too? So many issues with the game. I might just stop the grind too because I can't get any of the cards I want. Plus there is no real reason I should have go grind so hard whenever I can get cards for free on other…
