How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

missing cards from collection
for the past 2-3 months i've played to build a decent collection so i can make some decks.
Some cards are dissapearing from my collection, even when i have used it.
cards of the events, cards of drafts (yes, the ones that should stay in your collection), cards from packs or even for the daily rewards.So far i can name 7 cards that are missing. some of them just 1 copy. but others 2 or more.
i've noticed that if the cards arent put in a saved deck... some of them just dissapear.

No possibility to redeem codes from packs on android

No Fleem
Oct. 3 and no Fleem cosmetics after opening 10 OM1 packs. What's the point of having a free fan event like this if you're gonna fumble it so badly? We shouldn't have to fill out bug reports for this.

BUG with golden packs
I had 5 or 6 golden packs to open and was waiting till the season ends to open them, but today they all vanished from my inventory (packs page)
only my 76 avatar packs are still in the screen.

Separate Rank ladders/ Rewards
All formats should have separate ranked ladders for players to climb. Each format takes its own skills and knowledge. Where your game knowledge is in one, is not necessarily where you are in another and it gives players something else to do when they hit their peak rank. You don't give us enough to do anyways; we complete our weekly wins in a single day. At the very least let us choose which card styles we want as a reward like a "card style" wild card Instead of giving us something random that we may never ever use. that's not…

Wrong season rewards
I received Honor card style + Consult the Star Charts card style rewards (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-august-25-2025) at the end of this season instead of Vote Out card style + Lightstall Inquisitor card style (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-august-18-2025). The rewards I received should be for September's season

Spark rank matches not counting and rewards not progressing
Winning spark ranked matches are not counting for my rank, i can't get the rewards nor play other modes because the game is not registering the progression. I already won over 6 games and not a single one counted.

Sparky is Back and Wont Go Away
Updated game client and now sparky is back...tells me every day that I have a quest, and if I complete it, I'll get a reward.

Mastery Pass Rewards bug-glitch (probably caused by orb animation)
At the beginning i thought i lost the rewards (several Mythic cards) from Mastery Pass of the previous expansion (Final Fintasy), but then i contacted support and verified that actually i got them, even if i didnt see the showcase when i completed the levels.
Afrter i noticed (it keeps happening in the present with Edge of Ethernity) that it always happens after the animation of the Orb reward. So for some reason when i complete a level that includes an Orb and something else i see the Orb animation and nothing else. I dont see packs,…1 vote -

Missing cards
I bought a bunch of Strixhaven packs and as I opened them I made notes on the new cards I'd like to incorporate into my decks (or build a new deck with). But several of the cards I made notes of don't show up in the deckbuilder as an option for me. I have checked online to see if I wrote down the wrong names, but those cards are listed on general websites as Strixhaven cards so I don't know why they won't show up in my deckbuilder.

Daily and MWM Rewards
It's been a hot topic recently, but it seems like the management is deliberately preventing End of Eternity from appearing as a reward in daily or MWM. It's amazing that even though it's the End of Eternity season, all players are about to finish the season without receiving a single EOE card from the rewards. I think it's a very deceptive management that is deceiving players.

ICR Upgrade
I think there is a problem with the upgrade rate of ICRs. According to your website: https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates?utm_medium=product&utm_source=arena#golden-packs "The ICRs included in Daily Win Rewards are uncommon standard-legal cards*, each of which may upgrade to a rare card (1:10)." However I have played for at least three days and received all 18 ICRs from the daily win rewards but not one of them upgraded to a Rare Card. Maybe there is a bug in the latest relase. I would appreciate it if you could retroactively upgrade some of the cards or reward a wildcard.

Infinite loop rule 729
Based on your own rule mtg if a player uses infinite unbreakable loop it’s a draw, stop giving them wins for doing unbreakable loops in mtga thats bull that it doesn’t even follow your own rule. You reward players for running them and punish those that want fair gameplay. Get your rules put into your app.

Game keeps freezing
For the past 3 weeks I have been having issues with the game freezing. At first it was only when I went to view new packs I had won. The screen would go blank and do nothing, despite waiting several minutes on several occasions. I was still able to play games, just not open packs.
Now it has deteriorated. Sometimes I cannot open the app at all, it freezes on waiting for server, other times it opens but again when I go to Packs it freezes. Currently I am unable to play at all.2 votes -
Pre-order bundle for omenpath
I bought the pre-order bundle for the "Through the Omenpaths" set, opened the packs and received everything in the bundle, but then received a message on arena saying I hadn't received the contents of the bundle?
