1. Brawl fails to load

   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

   Attempt to play any form of Brawl with any deck, including midweek magic Brawl. No additional steps, the game will attempt to connect and appears to fail loading into the match. I will receive a win or loss depending on whether my opponent decides to wait for myself to timeout. I have received match “wins” due to an opponent conceding against me due to my own (involuntary) inaction, so it appears that I do “connect” to the game, but fail to load in fully to the point that I can then play the match. Have turned off cosmetics, have updated, have reinstalled, have turned off card backs, used default avatar and default card images (no full arts). Have tried with old brawl decks, new brawl decks, building a deck in the MWM event builder, cloning decks, changing deck format type, changing commander. Have not tried on PC and not going to. Exclusive to brawl only, all other game formats work without issue.

2. I played a match against TB_Thedestroyer on arena and my judgement bolt did not kill his nova hellkite. He only had flying, nothing elseg.

   Drafted Llanowar Elves in pack one and then after the draft was met with a "some cards in this deck are not valid" screen. After inspecting deck only have 44 cards in draft pool and Llanowar Elves is missing.

4. Did not receive 'Edge of Eternities Mastery (Orbs) rewards;' "Adagia, Windswept Bastion"

   Summary

   I reached level 5 of the 'Edge of Eternities Master' and received an Orb (see image - MasteryLevelOrbReceived). I purchased the Mythic Rare Land, 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' (see image - MissingAdagiaWindsweptBastionMastery) and (see image - MissingAdagiaWindsweptBastion_Inventory).

   Repro Step
   1. Reach level 5 of the 'Edge of Eternities Master' and received an Orb.
   2. Access the 'Edge of Eternities Mastery' screen/"battle pass" and click 'Spend Orbs'
   3. Scroll to and purchase 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion'
   -> Notice it will disappear form the options on the 'Edge of Eternities Mastery Emporium'
   4. Go to card inventory, see that 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' is not available.
   5. Filter on Land, Mythic Rare, and Edge of Eternities (to see that it's not acquired).

   Additional Information / Notes
   - On the Edge of Eternities Mastery screen, I have a notification to/for 'Spend Magic: The Gathering - Final Fantasy Orbs.' When I click on that, I have one available orb; however, I cannot purchase anything from that screen because all remaining items are worth 2 orbs.
   --> I have two options to spend orbs, Edge of Eternities and Final Fantasy.

   Actual Results
   - 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' is missing from player inventory.

   Expected Results
   - 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' would be available within player inventory.

5. Terrible customer support the worst I've ever experienced

   My idea is for you guys to actually help customers that are having a problem instead of just sending them the same automated robot produced vague answer describing how you can't help them how about that for an idea?

7. Brawl is completely unbalanced

   Brawl, or historic brawl, has become a completely broken format, unbalanced, unfair and straight out unplayable. Let me elaborate. Brawl has seen in recent years the inclusion of many cards to the format. Some very positive additions include fetch lands and the MH2 elementals just to name a few. I personally was really happy to see these cards added to Arena. On the other hand, there have been some very questionable additions like Chrome Mox and the pool of alchemy cards. At the same time, for completely unintelligible reasons, Wizards decided to extend the nerfs from Historic to Brawl. So cards like Guide of Souls, Ocelot Pride, DRC, Unholy heat, Teferi time raveler, etc. are nerfed in the format. The end result is a format where your opponent can have a turn 1 Chrome Mox, into dark ritual into Rusko Clockmaker, but you have to play with a nerfed guide of souls and cannot cast on turn 1 ocelot pride. To me, after many years of playing Brawl on Arena, this situation has made the format straight unplayable. Especially considering that most of the free counter spells are not yet added (or will they ever be?) to the format, i.e. FoN, FoW, Daze, and even force spike! (Which for also completely unintelligible reasons it is added as a draftable spell from a spell book but not as a standalone card).

   I understand that Brawl is the format where players want to test 4-player commander cards, but in actuality, the format is most similar to duel commander, also called French Commander, or 1v1 commander. For obvious reasons, in duel commander, most of the cards that cause trouble in Brawl are banned, i.e. Chrome Mox, Ajani (as a commander), Ragavan, Mana Drain, Temporal Trespass, Treasure Cruise, Dig through time, just to name a few.    I play competitive duel commander, and I find this ban list equilibrates the format extremely well. Alchemy cards also contribute greatly to break the format. The now infamous Mythweaver Poq, Rusko, Oracle of the Alpha and their absurd alchemy-specific mechanics like seek, conjure and "perpetual", stablish a clear breach of power level for those of us who prefer not to play with Alchemy cards.    I feel many players share my opinion. I have a few suggestions for improving the format, that I hope could be implemented for a better play experience:

   1 - Ideally, segregate Alchemy from Brawl. You can still have an Alchemy Brawl format for those who wish to play with this card pool.
   2 - Remove historic nerfs in Brawl. If cards like Teferi, time Raveler are a problem in the command zone, just ban it as a commander only (or even better, do not allow planeswalkers in the command zone, which is the root cause of the problem, and a terrible idea overall).
   3 - Get more in line with the Duel Commander ban list. There is also no reason to ban cards such as Drannith Magistrate or Medling Mage. I get it, people want to cast their commanders, but these are cards that are part of a game of Commander, and you do not need to infantilize your Arena players.
   4 - We are still missing an incredibly large card pool in Brawl, even from very recent sets. Some examples include Pyrogoyf, Broadside Bombardiers, etc, etc. While I understand that including all new cards is a big effort, you are at the same time producing new Alchemy cards 95% of your community hates. Why not devoting that effort to actually include cards you release in paper sets?

   Somehow, I doubt Wizards will listen. But if you made it up to here, thank you for reading :) and I hope you give a thumbs up to this post! Cheers!

   Try to stop rigging matches? How is it I keep missing land drops when over half my deck is lands but some ******* idiot playing gets every removal spell known to man and hits his land drops. You people should be ashamed. Go kill yourselves.

9. Product Suggestion

   Can we PLEASE get Aether Vial to be added to the game. Out of every card I've ever seen in paper magic, this card seems to be the only one not in this game.

   I spend money and countless hours on this game, oppose to Magic online where I can actually play this card and the correct Modern format. I play mono white the majority of the time and this is the only card missing for me to have a digital copy of my deck I have been playing in real life for my entire magic career.

   It's such an important card and I don't have the ability to play it. I am begging you please. It's bad enough I have to practice with skewed rules (Modern vs Historic) but please can I have this card in the game.

   I will do anything.

11. FIC set is not listed on "Advanced Filters" screen

    Final Fantasy Commander (chocobo set symbol) cards were recently added to Magic Arena when the four Final Fantasy themed Brawl decks were added to the store, but although you can manually enter "S:FIC" in the search box on the Deckbuilding/Collection screen to see only Final Fantasy Commander cards, FIC is missing from the list of sets in the "Advanced Filters" screen. As a matter of fact, if you select the checkbox labeled "All Sets", the cards are actually filtered out of your view - the only way to see them is to make sure the Advanced Filters screen has no sets selected! Can this be fixed?

    Expected behavior:

    When "All Sets" is selected on the Advanced Filters screen, all cards on Magic Arena should be visible if no other filter removes them from the view.

    Actual behavior:

    "All Sets" selects all sets listed on the Advanced Filters screen. This filters out FIC cards because FIC is not one of those sets.

13. Jump In cards not received

    I just discovered that I did not receive any of the cards from the second Avatar Jump In event I played on the day of release. I play in the IOS app. I specifically selected Aang and Musicians in that order. I have a list of the specific cards received that I wrote down if helpful in recreating (image shows the missing Aang featured card; I unfortunately didn’t save the deck to my Decks list). I did receive cards from the other five Jump In events I’ve played. Not sure if one of the forced updates may have been an issue. Thanks for investigating!

14. Make Community Vintage Cube Possible By Allowing Crafting All Implemented Cards

    Vintage Cube is thriving on MTGO, including via community events. Arena has a similar history of community events, so why not allow Vintage Cube to happen here? I think that a large portion of the potential upside could be captured with surprisingly little work.

    Specifically:

    1) Make implemented-but-not-craftable cards craftable-but-only-legal-in-direct-challenge
    This is the only thing I realistically expect might happen as a result of this feature request, because it is a low-cost way to unlock marginal revenue and discover whether a market exists for the rest of this feature. (Note that Arena already warns when cards are not legal in certain formats on the crafting screen; for example, try to craft Zidane Tribal.)
    As you know, specifically the following cards are implemented, not yet craftable, and of interest for Vintage Cube:
    - the Power Nine
    - Sol Ring
    - The ten Alpha dual lands
    - Mox Opal
    - Ponder
    - Preordain
    - Serum Visions
    - Thought Scour
    - the ten Ravnica signets (because talismans are not implemented)
    - Iona, Shield of Emeria (merely nice to have, but take my money!)
    - Unmarked Grave (merely nice to have unless archon of cruelty is printed)

    By itself, this will at least make it possible for the community to attempt to find a way to replicate the Vintage Cube experience using the cards available on Arena, which will only increase as bonus sheets and anthologies continue to accumulate. If additional work is at all on the table, read on.

    2) Print single cards that should parse cleanly (i.e., use already-implemented functionality) and are significant archetype enablers.
    I think these are high bang-for-buck cards. (The Forces are sorely missing from Timeless as well; perhaps a hypothetical future Timeless Anthology could kill two birds with one stone?)

    • Tolarian Academy
    • Force of Will / Force of Negation (compare Force of Vigor and Commandeer)
    • Tinker
    • Entomb
    • Vampiric Tutor / Imperial Seal
    • Flash (admittedly not certain this parses cleanly)
    • Mishra’s Workshop (“spend this mana only” is on over 90 cards on arena)
    • Brain Freeze (not asking for Lion’s Eye Diamond)

    3) Print single cards that should parse cleanly and are among the best in the cube

    • Mana Crypt
    • Mana Vault
    • Karakas
    • Library of Alexandria
    • Strip Mine
    • Skullclamp

    4) print single cards that should parse cleanly and are iconic or combo enablers

    • Grim Monolith
    • Basalt Monolith
    • Triplicate Titan (Tinker/Flash overlap)

    5) Print specifically Gut, True Soul Zealot

    It’s in the top 50-100 cards, should parse cleanly, and the art is already on Arena as Gut, Fanatical Priestess. Just ignore “Choose a Background” to avoid implementing that.

    6) Wishlist: print alternatives to Animate Dead and Necromancy that are easy for you to implement

    I understand that asking for actual Animate Dead and Necromancy is unrealistic, but reanimator is a central archetype. I understand that WoTC employees can’t look at custom card designs, so I won’t make suggestions, but it seems likely that alternatives could be designed and implemented easily (for example, using digital-only mechanics) if you wanted to surprise and delight customers.

    7) Entirely unrealistic wishlist: implement broadside bombardiers

    I understand that random commander set cards, even if they don’t require new mechanics, are unlikely to be implemented for this use case.

    8) Entirely unrealistic wishlist: implement the monarch cards that see play in cube

    See above.

    I have 6/10 on gold pack's to get a new gold pack and i dont gett eny progression to get a new pack.
    I did buy 10 takir dragenstorm, 13 phyrexian and 6 zendikar rising and im stil missing only 4 pack to get a gold pack now.

    Steps to reproduce: After "Pain for All" enters the battlefield attached to a creature and the ETB trigger goes on the stack, remove the creature from the battlefield in any way (exile, destroy, bounce).

    Platform: Steam, MTG Arena

    Actual result experienced: If the creature is removed after the trigger goes on the stack, the trigger will deal no damage.

    Expected result: The trigger should still deal damage based on last known information of the creature's power.

    Additional context: Tested in "Pioneer Storm Herald combo", where the old combo was Storm Herald + Colossification + Burning Anger. With the printing of Pain for All, was testing it as an upgrade over Burning Anger. However despite the wording on the two cards being identical, Pain for All's damage can be stopped by removing the attached creature unlike Burning Anger. Asked in the MTG Judge IRC to double check I wasn't missing something, and the agreement was that the damage should still go through. Attached log has the issue happen in the last two matches played.

17. These Art Styles Are Not Working (TLE / FCA / etc)

    When you think of the most readable cards ever made for Magic; the following are at the bottom for me.

    Some of these are just outright lazy whilst others are missing styles. Please weigh in on future art, cause I'm taking precious time to have to look at more simplified card that you can actually read.

20. Modern Horizon Japanese Booster box event

    Hi ! I just bought for 8000 gems a run with the modern horizon 3 event today. And I can only see 7 of my cards (I'm not speaking about the rares opened in the begining). I tried all the filters and I already did a lot of sealed on mtg arena so it's not a classic miss of filters. I just can't make a deck at all as I don't have any visible cards but the 7 I just told you about. Is anyone experiencing that ?
