How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

stalling
Every few matches I encounter a player that will wait until the very last second on the clock every turn before clicking continue, never resolve cards until it times out, and drag the game on for as long as possible for no reason whatsoever. This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. Please program in functionality to take an average/total of overall 'stall time' spent. If it is extremely high ask the opponent after the duel if it appeared the player was purposefully stalling the game for no reason, word it how you want. If the said player…

Unable to select card on iPad
When attempting to select enchantments with zur’s ability, you cannot select because the phase overlay is in the way

unable to select unmounted mounts on a pile of same named mounts if one already is.
I have 3 "Seraphic Steed"s (well 4 but the 4th is summon sick so it's not piled together with the others) on my board and the ability to mount all 3 of them. I mounted one of them and was unable to select either of the other 2 to mount before attacking.

Unable To Edit Deck In All-Access Brawl Metagame challenge
I entered and paid gold to access the new all-access brawl metagame; however, mid deck building process I had the misfortune of needing to get off my phone to do something else. When I returned to complete finishing my deck, there was no option for me to continue editing my deck, meaning that I am now stuck with a deck that can not play, and to add insult to injury, am now at a loss of 10k gold. Unable to check Color Challenge deck
Whenever I attempt to check the deck for a Color Challenge, I get stuck on a loading screen that says "Waiting for the Server...", which forces me to restart the game. This occurs on both my PC and my iPhone. I note that I have already completed all of the Color Challenges previously, I believe years ago. Unable to use Card Style despite having the same set of Card
I bought the field of Rune skin from the store and it's not letting me apply it in my decks. I can see I own it but it doesn't apply it.

Dragonhand shadow tutorial bug
Trying to complete the tutorial vs Dragonhand Shadow (have tried both on PC and iOS). The cards start to stack up on the side of the screen after the player takes the first bit of damage, eventually not allowing the 3 cards from "confront the assault" to summon and block the incoming attacks near the end of the match. I cannot complete the tutorial and play the full game.

Matchmaking
After winning a match to move me from Silver 1 to Gold 4 my next opponent was the #11 overall ranked player in Mythic. After reaching out to customer support they assured me that the matchmaking had been "tested extensively", "working as intended", and was "a level playing field". This appears to be none of those things and should be addressed.

lost match draft won
I just played a quick draft match and won (the other player clicked surrender).
Then got the feedback: "did you have fun?" - i clicked smile.
Next screen my losses added +1 instead of wins adding +114 votes -
Unable to take any actions, didn't discard to hand size, and couldn't cast any spells. Mobile Tablet Platform
During the middle of a match I suddenly, after casting trinket mage, could not perform any more game actions including discarding to hand size. I went on to being unable to even concede the game and had to just restart the application

Tag Creativity as a Positive Effect
Indomitable Creativity has been tagged as a negative effect, and asks the player for confirmation before you're able to target your own permanents. As many know, it is the key combo piece in its namesake deck, where you target your own permanents to get your big creatures/permanents on the battlefield. For ease of use, please stop it from asking for confirmation when you target your own permanents, it's quite annoying and clunky to do this extra step.
In previous versions, it must have been tagged as a positive/neutral effect, and didn't require any confirmation. Not sure what changed, but please…

Unable to open vault despite being over 100%
My vault progress is currently above 100%. However, when I click it to open the screen goes black and shows the message"Waiting for server"for a few seconds and then goes back to the front page of Arena without the vault having openend and with no wildcards being added to my collection.
Restarting the game does nothing as the same thing just happens again.

iPad: draft confirm pick button behind other ui elements
On iPad, in a draft I saw some broken UI elements:
Confirm pick was only shown if sideboard is open until a card was behind it
Confirm pick had card text in front of it when a card should have been behind. Button also had margins cut off
Player view (see who was at table) not working at all
Unable to scroll when deck view was on right instead of bottomRestarting client did not help. First seen after update today. Version: 2025.53.0.3450.1203862

Boseiju, Who Endures doesn't see Wastes as Basic Lands
When Boseiju was played against me and I was asked if I wanted to select a land with a basic land type I was unable to do so because Boseiju didn't see Wastes as basic land.

Unable to sideboard in historic metagame
Hi,
I lost my historic metagame challenge run because i didn't have access to the spell pierces in my sideboard, as half my sideboard was locked off (b01 style), even though my deck is set as a traditional historic deck and i have 14 cards +jegantha) .........2 votes -

Villainous wealth exiles X cards but does not allow the player to play ANY of the non-land cards.

"The End" immune to Hexproof
The interaction: First main phase: I play "Mossborn Hydra". I press next we are in my second main phase. Opponent plays a revealed "The End" targeting "Mossborn Hydra". I put "Royal Treatment" on the stack targeting "Mossborn Hydra". "Mossborn Hydra" gains hexproof and a Royal Roll token is attached to it. "The End" resolves aka it exile "Moss Born Hydra" and each other instance in my deck, graveyard and hand. As I understand it Hexproof prevents spells from targeting the hexproofed target and as "The End" reads "Exile target creature" then it should not resolved as it…
