Stop forcing us to play with/against Alchemy cards
Magic: The Gathering is a popular and successful TCG and has been for 30+ years. Stop this stupid Alchemy **** that aims to fundamentally change the core gameplay mechanics. Just make Arena a digital version of the paper game that we like. What is complicated about that? I've uninstalled Arena for now because I'm sick and tired of how little WotC/Hasbro seem to care about their product, and I won't be coming back until there are serious changes made to actually have Arena be a proper digital version of Magic. Again, this should not be complicated. Magic is already a successful game. You don't need to go screwing around with it and changing everything. If we wanted digital-only mechanics we'd be playing Hearthstone. Give us Magic. Until you do I'm not coming back.

Matchmaking
Standard Ranked matchmaking is broken. Doesn't matter what deck i use, I'm lucky to win once every 5-10 matches. almost every match I'm paired with someone that is using a deck specifically to counter whatever deck I'm using. i have tried multiple different decks, even had a friend whose Mythic rank help me build a solid deck that can beat most of their decks and still I am lucky to squeeze out 1 win on occasion.

Games freeze after update 02/24/2026
Hello,
I am reporting a persistent game freeze (soft-lock) occurring on my Poco X6 5G (Android/HyperOS) since the latest update. The game completely freezes whenever I or my opponent activate an artifact or certain spells.
Although the screen freezes, the turn timer continues to run in the background, leading to unfair losses in both Ranked and Play queues. This makes the game unplayable on this device.
I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Performed a clean re-installation of the app.
Cleared the Android System WebView cache and updated it.
Used Xiaomi's Game Turbo to optimize performance and RAM.
Repaired game files (this fixed the issue for only a few matches before it returned).
This appears to be a client-side animation or trigger bug introduced in the recent patch. Please investigate the compatibility with Poco X6/Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 devices.

Since the most recent update, numerous bugs that completely halt game progression have been widely reported on social media (SNS) and the official bug reporting form. Specifically, the game crashes when trigger stacks resolve, or when tokens are sacrificed or die. Despite these extensive reports, we have received absolutely no response or acknowledgment from your team, leaving players frustrated and helpless.
At present, a wide variety of bugs have been submitted via the bug reporting form, but many of them—objectively speaking—have been left unresolved for years. This makes the bug reporting system appear largely ineffective.
Do you even have any intention of fixing these bugs? Must we, as loyal users, continue silently submitting reports indefinitely, with no improvements in sight?
The bugs introduced by this latest update are extremely severe and demand immediate attention and fixes. Why has there been zero official announcement or communication from Wizards regarding this?
We urge you to address this promptly, provide an update, and roll out a hotfix as soon as possible.

Bugs
Ever since the new update, I can't finish a match, it'll randomly freeze on my opps turn, then the timer will start for me, when time runs out, the screen is frozen. Plz help.

Unable to remove card during deck building in deck builder
After drafting, was in deck builder cutting cards, and I clicked twice to remove two cards but got odd behaviour. Instead of removing either card, the first card I clicked kind of zoomed in and moved up in the UI and became unclickable.
I couldn't move it, couldn't interact with it, nor could I interact with the cards under it. Tried changing to view and not view sideboard, but the view change didn't affect the bug, was still present.
This bug was not impactful otherwise though. It did not crash the deck builder, I could still add and remove all other cards and interact with the sideboard. When I hit "done" and went back into the deck builder, I saw the cards had not been removed from the deck, and the bug was now gone.
Minimally impactful, but very odd behaviour.
Also, I've tried 3 times now to post this bug report with attachments, and every time the site freezes and crashes. Have picture and log if you need more details.

Space bar issues when attacking
When i pass to the attacking phase, if i try to attack all using the spacebar shortcut , it doesnt do anything. otherwise if i click on the button attack all it normally happens. that has been the case after the update. PC - WIndows - arena client - 5/5/2026

Make Standard Standard Again
Play by the rules?
Standard is 60 cards. So when I play standard, I expect to play someone with 60 cards. Can you tell me why I've run into players more often than not, with cards above 60? Explain to me how you're allowing decks to be used that have 260+ cards in their deck, but I can't used a card that's not "allowed" in standard and only in historic or timeless? Tell me how you can restrict the cards being used but not the volume? Please fix your game.

Game freezing/ screen locking again
I'm back again, I'm not usually one to complain about too many things, but this bug has literally cost me money at this point. I'm playing on Android, but I've seen it affecting both. It seems totally random, today it happened after I attacked an opponent, and I'm well aware anything is possible, but it sure seemed like I was on my way to winning that match. This has happened every day since the latest update, costing me wins in premier draft events. I don't know why I expected today to be any better.

Triggers/Interactions that cause a card to display on the right side of the screen cause Denial of Service
Prior to the rollout of the TMNT set/scenery, this was not an issue.
What happens:
A card will cause the opposing player to interact with the board/game somehow. For example, a card will cause the opposing player to mill two cards. The card will display on the right side of the screen, which is correct behavior: it's showing me what the player is supposed to do. The problem is this state of the game does not progress. I cannot tell if it's something that is actively being exploited by the opposing player or if it's a lag/race condition of some sort.It should be noted that in almost all the cases, I am not the Active Player at the time. The interaction is up to the opposing player.
This has happened atleast 4 out of my last 10 games.
What this causes:
The game will think that I am not responding to whatever action is currently on the stack, but the only things I can do in the UI are send Emotes, Hold down my finger on any card to see the detailed screen, and sometimes I can click the Cog icon that allows me to access the "Concede" option. This results in me having to use up all my Timeouts (despite all my best efforts to get the game moving).When I click the Cog and go to Concede, all that does is remove the Cog and I'm stuck in a worse spot.
I have to power off my device and then re-enter the app. When I re-enter, the game will say that I need to download 1 Gig worth of assets (I always have to download it if this bug occurs).I mention the phrase "Denial of Service" because I am put in a spot where the only option is to power off then try to start a new game hoping I don't have the same issue.

Model Number: MPGT2LL/A
Network Settings: Connected Via WiFiPrior to the rollout of the TMNT set/scenery, this was not an issue.

Game is crashing during initial load screen
After the latest update my game will not get past the initial load screen. It gets to “loading initial scene” and then crashes. 2/25/26

Matchmaking is rigged
Why do I constantly have to play against decks with the same mechanics as mine? Or constantly get matched with someone that has the exact deck to negate mine... this is not fun at all. I don't expect to win every time, but this is absurd. One here and there, sure. But three in a row is obviously a matchmaking issue. Not to mention the people that are literally taking up the clock to make plays in hopes you just FF.

Game crashing
I am playing the midweek event on iOS. I am trying to change up my sealed deck and when I remove the lands and add new ones the game crashes then resets. It was repeatable. I tried four or five times.
