How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mastery XP not being awarded
I'm doing the daily objectives and 10 daily wins and cannot gain XP for the mastery tree

Set Collector 1 Given Without Completing a Set
Upon opening a pack of the Final Fantasy expansion, my account was given the "Set Collector 1" achievement despite me not having obtained at least 1 copy of every card from a set. (See screenshots below). I also checked my collection to see if it was maybe counting a bonus sheet, but I haven't fully completed any bonus sheet either.
I encountered this error on a Windows 10 device.
If anyone knows why this could have occurred, please let me know!

Sparky's Challenge
Sparky's Challenge disappeared, I saw that I'm not the only one who reported it, I hope there's some way to fix it. I couldn't complete it

Sparky Challenge
I am a new player and are therefore playing sparky challenge for the first time. I've beaten her a dozen or so times but for some reason I am stuck at 2/3 wins.
I'm enjoying the game but am getting tired of only being able to do the color & sparky challenges.
I've Uninstalled and reinstalled already with no luck14 votes -
Add deck type "Friendly Brawl Rebalanced" to direct challenge
At this time, the only option for playing brawl in direct challenge matches is the deck type "Friendly Brawl."
All other brawl deck types ("Standard Brawl," "Historic Brawl," and "Friendly Brawl Rebalanced") are loaded into the direct challenge as deck type "Friendly Brawl."
Consequently, Alchemy Rebalanced cards are automatically switched for the original, non-rebalanced cards in those decks : there is currently no way to play Alchemy Rebalanced cards in brawl matches using direct challenge.
This results in a situation where players cannot 100% replicate the public queue "Standard Brawl" and "Historic Brawl" play experiences in a direct challenge…

Not gaining mastery xp
Since 8/21 not been able to gain mastery xp for wins or daily quest, been playing for the mastery pass, which I bought, so this really sucks.

Color Challenge final reward bug
After completing the color challenge, when I try to claim the final reward, my game gets locked on the "waiting for server" screen. I have let it sit there for 30 minutes with no change.

Did not receive reward for completing daily quest
This morning 12/10/25 when I completed a daily quest -- playing 30 green spells -- the quest disappeared but I did not receive the 750 gold reward and there was no splash screen that usually accompanies receiving the reward. It's just gone, and I didn't get the gold. This has never happened to me before. I noted specifically before I played the game that I needed only one green spell, and that the 750 gold would put me over 3000 gold so I could buy three packs -- but, nope.

Festival XP
Festival XP didn't increase mastery pass at all after unlock 1000 XP from completing 5 of the achievements

Sparky Challenge Not Showing

After completing the tutorial, I have not unlocked Sparky's Challenge; the event, which should appear at the end of the tutorial, is virtually nonexistent and not present on my home page. I'm not going to drag this out, partly because I think I've read that many users have had the same problem as me and this is a known bug, however I can't accept that I haven't even started playing and am already suffering from problems due to bugs in the game that will prevent me from getting rewards that I honestly don't want…19 votes -
Daily Challenges and Brawl
Brawl....
To my fault, I only really enjoy playing arena to play brawl. As such i build casual decks just to grind out the daily challenges, such as attack with x amount of creatures. I am finding it very hard to play arena at all lately, as I feel like I am constantly paired against competitive decks, or completely decks that counter what I am trying to do. Usually before the game fully starts. Constantly whenever my daily challenge is attack with x creatures, for example, I end up queueing into decks that are just pure removal, or a…1 vote -
Daily Rewards
Daily reward is stuck. My daily reward was 20 blue/white spells. My first match I hit 18/20. Since that match, I have cast significantly more than 2 white/blue spells, but the counter won't move and reward won't distribute.

Color challenge
Doing the color challenge as White vs Green, there's always a point at which my opponent's turn just doesn't end. Sometimes soo er' sometimes later.

Bug
This is the third time I haven't gotten the 500xp for completing my quest. It happened twice last week and again today. What should I do. PC

Friends list broken, cannot challenge friend
Friend on iOS can add me as a friend but I disappear immediately, as if I'm offline. Earlier it just said he had no friends, which is rude
Anyways, we've tried direct challenge through friendslist with identical settings but it won't start. Just gives us cancel button

The Color challenge bugs
Color challenge has a bug when playing with blue deck against the white one, when I've used Unsummon at start rounds the Ajani bot keeps enchanting positively my creatures, easing the game.

Daily quest
(Mobile/Android)
Weekly quest is not resetting/not receiving 3 quest. On Sunday, normally I should see 3 new daily quest (when prior quests were completed), but instead I only been getting one new quest. This started happening about 2-3 weeks ago.33 votes -
