Premier draft crashed in the first pack
I was doing a limited event premier draft for final fantasy set and the draft selection crashed after only 3 picks from the first pack. I was unable to click the avatar at the top to see if the rotation was just slow because a player was taking his time (which is fine).
However I was unable to click it. After waiting 3 minutes, I left the draft and went to rejoin. I was unable to do so (see screencapture). This event happened about 5-10 minutes before me posting this post (around 11:30am Montreal time).

claimed experience
After receiving the 1000 experience as the reward through in-game mail, I received the prize for the level gain. It took a few minutes to update on the tracker on the Mastery tab.
The issue came when I played another match, cleared one of my daily quests, earned 750 xp and gained the same level I had gained for the bonus experience listed above.1 vote -

I haven’t received any rewards after level 60 and I purchased the mastery pass. Please fix asap!

No Season Rewards Progress
I am not progressing in my season rewards. I have been stuck at Platinum Tier 1 for a few weeks. Can I fix this, or does it need to be done on your end?

Suggestion: More Mastery Pass Rewards
Hello! I just wanted to offer a thought. It would be cool to have a few more rewards in the Mastery Pass. It's kind of sad that there are empty cells in the Pass, and it would be awesome to have every cell filled, even with small rewards such as uncommon cards or even uncommon wildcards. Daily Rewards With Friends
We should be able to get daily rewards with friends, I understand the risk for botting but maybe there is a way to detect this. I have friends who only want to play magic with friends but wont play because they cant build their collection due to the requirements of the dailies.

Renewal Rewards inspection bugged
Long pressing to inspect the renewal rewards on an Android phone is bugged look at the picture to see what I mean. The inspected card is presented behind the small version of the card so you can't read the card.

anthologies
returning anthology packs.
It would be a great help if many of the anthology bundles like the ones for explorer or pioneer for example were to come back,
especially since last year around march to may there were reruns of the first anthology (EA1)
however EA2 and EA3 were nowhere to be seen, it just abruptly stopped.if it continued and a chance to buy the previous anthologies people missed it would be much obliged.

Avatar Jump-in manabases
Jump-in packs based on paper products should match the paper lists as closely as possible and the manabases should not be left completely to the auto add lands function because it doesn't accurately view Hybrid mana. I picked the Reinforced and Azula packs which basically gives you a monoblack list. The client auto filled the lands with 6 forests and mountains on top of 2 tap duals and 2 thriving moors. This makes the deck almost unplayable. I had to Swampcycle for my first Swamp in a monoblack list...

Game suddenly ended with "GreError" and a forced draw
In the middle of a game, after some series of normal-seeming actions, the game suddenly stopped with a server error reading "GreError" (I assume meaning a game rules engine error?) and a forced draw from the server. (The pop-up itself said "Result: Draw", implying that the server had handed out that result after the GRE error.)
The client continued operating normally as if the match had been drawn (i.e., it showed the "Draw" result, allowed me to inspect the battlefield, returned to the home screen normally, etc.), but the match was obviously immediately stopped by this. (Thankfully a random unranked…14 votes -
Mastery Pass card rewards not received at Level 58, Level 60, and Level 60+
I am level 67 in the aetherdrift mastery and have never received the card rewards. Level 58 mythic cards were not received

Please do more to stop "roping"
I am constantly facing opponents who "rope" to try to force a concession. Sometimes it happens multiple times a day. I cannot count the number of times it has happened. If a player is losing and they leave the game to try to get me to concede, it is rude, immature and pathetic. The problem is, this behavior is incentivized. If I don't feel like waiting around until they are forced to concede, but rather concede myself, then that player wins that game and potentially gets win rewards. They are, in effect, rewarded for this behavior. Please do…

Mastery Orb Emporium multi-selection
Currently the mastery emporium screen only allows you to buy one item at a time, It would be a nice add to have a multi selection that would allow for an allocation of orbs and unlock of all chosen items.
I don't purchase the mastery pass until I have completed it, so the orb trade in is arduous. It would be nice to have a more flexible feature set similar to the open 10 packs at once option.

No card rewards for mastery pass level 50
No card rewards for level 50 of the mastery pass. I expected to receive 2 mythic card rewards from Through the Omenpaths.

vault
Make the vault more fun
About the vault, Just make it grow whenever the player buys gems or whenever the player wins a game.
Legends of rune terra has a weekly vault and it works to watch it grow as you win games.
This could help the new players to catch up with standard metas as well.
Maybe by the end you just won a couple more wild cards but it was fun to get them by winning or buying gem packs....best

“Astonished Angel” emote is missing since 2025.53.0 update
See title - I, and multiple reports via Reddit, have pointed out that the “astonished angel” emote from the Foundations emote pack has been replaced by a blank square in our emote configuration since the most recent arena update.

Received 20 gems in rare slot of a pack despite NOT having all of the rares from that set.
I bought a pack of Foundations and it gave me 20 gems instead of a rare, with the mouseover text "You have collected all of the rares from this set". Except I haven't collected all of the rares. Please see attached images and log file. Could you please give rare wildcards instead of gems? This 20 gems instead of a wildcard feels like I'm being cheated, and lord knows I've spent enough money on this game.
